The service provided by Columbus Coach from the scheduling to our safe return home was exceptional. Stacia who handled our scheduling was courteous, responsive, and listened to understand our needs. When we needed to make a change in vehicles, she worked with us to make it happen. The text notification service about the driver and arrival status kept us informed of our trip status, the process for handling concerns, and made me (trip coordinator) confident that we had chosen the right service. I cannot say enough about how much our group valued the driver, Donald. He was courteous, responsive, and an excellent driver. We appreciated his willingness to adjust whether it was the timing of our 1 stop or the travel route. He even took our pictures so we could have a memory of the trip. Because he knew the route and how to navigate the traffic effectively, his route adjustments minimized our delays and prevented us from getting frustrated. Given we were headed to a funeral service, getting there in a timely matter was important to us. We arrived there and back home in a timely manner because of his ability to navigate the traffic patterns. Most importantly, we arrived at both of our destinations safely. The reviews I have received from those on the trip all have been favorable. In fact, the mornings text messages were a request for another more fun trip with Columbus Coach and Donald as the driver!

We hired Columbus Coach for our wedding transportation and were not disappointed! The driver was very friendly and the bus was clean and spacious. We ended up upgrading our contract, and then ultimately had to postpone because of COVID. Columbus Coach was extremely flexible during this time period, even when we had to amend the contract a second time due to a decreased guest count. I would highly recommend hiring Columbus Coach!

I reserved a limo bus with this company for all of my friends and I for my 21st birthday and I truly have nothing but good things to say about this company! Our drivers name was Kathy and she was so nice and accommodating to what I was looking for out of this experience! All of my friends and I had such a great time and I will definitely be referring this company to others and be using them again in the future!

If I could give more stars I ABSOLUTELY would. We had Kathy last night for our wedding and when I tell you she was more than just a driver... it couldn’t be more true. Kathy was there for me through the entire process, adjusting my veil, holding my train, making jokes so the bridal party would laugh. She made an unexpected stop for us and made our day so special and so much easier. I couldn’t thank her enough. Do not hesitate to book these guys. They are SUPREME.

We do not need a limo often but will use Columbus Coach when needed. Believe they also have SUV(s) if you can live with something a bit less ostentatious and less cost.

I rented a party bus from columbus coach for my birthday. It was such a great experience and so easy to coordinate. Our driver, Kathy, was excellent. We had an issue with the speaker on the way there and she went out of her way to buy us a speaker on the way home so we could enjoy our music. Had a corporate golf outing and rented the Sprinter van to take my group of CEOs to/from the hotel to the golf club to the airport, etc. The van was perfect for our group, plenty of room for everyone, all of our bags and clubs. The driver was terrific, everything was perfect!

Very nice driver who got us there quickly however the air conditioning was not working. It was sweltering hot in the bus, which made the ride very sticky and uncomfortable!

They have top of the line equipment, the office staff are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Always on time. Plus I heard they have a grade a mechanic who maintains their fleet so no matter how far you have to travel theres no worries of any issues arising. I rented a shuttle bus for my sons wedding to take guests from hotel to venue and back. Columbus Coach communicated well about who the driver would be and when he would arrive. I loved that I was able to text with the driver real-time (as long as he wasnt driving) and when things changed he was very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the shuttle was not air conditioned on a 90+ degree day. That was unacceptable for guests who were all dressed up!

Our driver, Jim Dixon, was early (a comforting feeling for us) and was very professional and friendly. We live a good distance from the airport, the far northwest corner where three counties meet. Calling Columbus Coach service is economical on our long away trips because we aren’t paying for airport parking—and in the winter months we don’t want our car sitting in the elements for 3 weeks!! And you add the peace of mind and the comfort factor of a good and courteous driver, well it doesn’t get any better than that!!

I am a physician currently residing in Powell. I have used this service on multiple times on various occasions. They are always very prompt, and always arrive at least 15-20 minutes in advance. On my wedding day they were 30 minutes early. The driver Greg was very kind and professional. The limo was very spacious and comfortable. The drivers Ray and KB also picked up my brother from the airport on short notice. He could not find the key to our house and the driver waited to ensure he got in safely. Ive used other car services as well, and I can say without a doubt that this is one best driving experiences Ive had. I and very pleased and I will definitely use them again.

We hired Columbus Transportation & Tours for our wedding to pick us up from the church and take us around for the city for photo ops. After the ceremony ended we were expecting them to be waiting outside the church as we had arranged when we hired them. They were not outside, we waited 15 minutes and called them, they did not know what was going on and said they needed to call us back. After 10 more minutes we called them back, they said they were looking for a driver as they claimed to not be able to get a hold of the driver assigned to us. They finally got back to us and claimed the driver had a medical emergency and could provide us a driver that would arrive in over an hour. Anybody familiar with weddings knows that the timeline between the ceremony and reception is tight. In the end, we did not receive transportation, they were very unorganized and one individual there even gave us attitude when we were upset that they ruined part of our wedding day. I find it incredibly unprofessional that we had to notify them there was an issue. They should have been aware there was an issue with the driver and made necessary arrangements to have an alternate driver and limo onsite for us at the time we agreed upon. To make the situation worse, my wife even emailed them a week prior to the date to confirm everything was set for the date to which they confirmed it was. I would not hire this company unless you dont care if they show up or not, I think the fact they did not show up on our wedding day speaks volumes.

Horrendous customer service. I was quoted a price for a 1 hour booking on Valentines day. They took my credit card number and emailed the reservation confirmation as well as a login so I could manage my reservation. The car was supposed to pick me up at 5:00 PM. When they had not arrived by 5:10 pm, I called the number listed on my email and I was told that I didnt have a reservation. I gave them my confirmation number and the gentleman put me on hold and then told me that I was supposed to return the signed contract. What contract? Where was the contract? Not attached to the email I received.He spoke with his boss, and she stated she specifically told me I had to return the signed contract. I was told no such thing. I gave them my credit card number and they gave me a confirmation. Is that not a contract? They left me stranded but thanks to UBER, I had better service, they picked me up in 3 minutes! I will not refer them to anyone or use them ever!

Well....I reserved the 15 passenger excursion limo for my sisters bachelorette party and the 40 passenger bus showed up to pick us up. I was told I was being given more bang for my buck, but honestly I was just super disappointed. I would have preferred to have gotten what I had originally ordered instead of this seal of a deal. We made the most of the night, but it was super awkward when we pulled up to our dinner reservation and only 11 girls walked out of this massive bus.

Ive used the service for several years as an airport shuttle service. I travel weekly and want a service that can monitor my flights and adjust in the event of flight delays. The service started out as being excellent (when it was supreme limo),. The drivers were professional, met me at baggage claim, helped me with my bags, etc. But now, it has some new drivers that 1. dont show up or 2. dont track your flight like theyre supposed to. 3. dont know enough to help you with your bags either. Its basically a VERY EXPENSIVE uber service. (and that is an insult to uber!). At 85 USD per ride, the service should be better and much more reliable. Try another service, one that is more professional or try uber. Youll be happier. Trust me.

I booked with them for a birthday party and was looking forward to having a party bus. I visited their location, saw the exact bus and everything seemed to be in place, but when the night of the party came around that all changed. The driver was late so I called asking when he would be there, being that I paid for a set amount of hours. I was told that my bus was not working and they could not fix it. They then said that all other buses were out and I would not get a bus until midnight! They proceeded to tell me that they would send another bus, mind you this was a charter bus which was nothing close to what I paid for. With that being said, I had no bus for my party. The refund process was smooth, however, I was more upset with the fact that they did not crank up the bus prior to the day of the party.
