Very easy to make a reservation and pay before ever getting the parking area. Pleasant gentleman loaded our baggage and took us to the airport. When we got back another pleasant lady picked us up an took us directly to our vehicle. I’ll be back when I travel again. Thanks

I liked being able to use the app to scan in and out of the lot...very convenient! The shuttle drivers were also friendly and helpful loading and unloading luggage.

I have used this service many times and love that I can set it up online and have the pass on my phone to easily check in. The shuttle is always on time and available. My car is in a safe spot and has never been bothered. And the price is right!

The parking lot is easy to find, and easy to access. I paid in advance and added the QR code to my Apple wallet. I scanned the code at the kiosk upon entry and was granted access and told where to park by the attendant. The shuttle was fast and clean. The parking lot is decently easy to maneuver around. I felt the price was fair as well. I paid about $55 for four days!

Great experience! The drivers are SO friendly! They pick you up at your parking spot and then drop you back off there. They make sure you dont have to carry your luggage.

They make it easy. I made reservations and paid online. When we arrived at the gate, I just scanned the bar code that was emailed (or on their app). The attendant asked if I paid for covered or uncovered parking, then directed us to which row and said she would send the shuttle over.We waited only a minute - the driver helped with the bags and gave me a card with our parking spot number on it.He helped unload at departures, and I tipped him.Same excellent service when we returned.I highly recommend!

I only use the Parking Spot when I travel. I love it for the convenience sake of easy parking with transport to and from the airport. What makes it a five star is how helpful and friendly the employees are, especially the bus drivers. The drivers are quick at getting to you at your car when you arrive, they take care of my luggage for me, the ticket system is easy to use but it’s the positive and extremely friendly employees who make it so great. The drivers always help me by taking my luggage and even putting it into my car for me, this is before I give any tip (which I always do because they make this part of traveling so easy and pleasant!). I would highly recommend parking here for your next trip!

My Experience at Parking Spot Columbus is always Great. I pay for parking on-line i use my code at the gate to gain entry to park and use the same code to exit. I wait for the driver who is always prompt and they handle my bags and get me to the Airport very quickly. No hassle or drama whatsoever. Would definitely recommend over regular Airport parking.

Ive been using the parking spot in different cities for the last 4 or 5 years. When I moved to Columbus, I started using this service. The staff is excellent and very polite, but in the past year the price has gone up 200-300% on parking. It is to the point where it is not affordable. If you are ok with the higher price, then you will enjoy the service. If not, you can find better parking elsewhere around the airport.

Drivers were very helpful and handled our luggage and helped us find a place to park. I will continue to recommend this to my clients as a travel agent. With the discounts and ways to earn points it can save you so much money!!

Ive been parking here for many, many years. They used to be competitive but have recently gone off the deep end. Why would I (or anyone for that matter) park here at $12/day when right across the street the Blue lot is $5/day? I recently parked in the Blue lot and the busses ran more frequently at a fraction of the cost. Someone thought it was a good idea to rent out most of the lot to FedEx. So now, the objective appears to be to charge as much as possible and drive away the customer base. Good luck with that strategy.

So easy to reserve online. Just scan and park once you arrive. Shuttles run continuously, hardly any wait time at the airpoint. Drivers have always been friendly and helpful. Price to park is very reasonable.

Very easy process from reservation to parking lot departure. Prompt pickups on both ends by shuttle and friendly, helpful employees (especially Brandon, he was fantastic, needs to be recognized!!!). Also like the covered/uncovered parking options. I dont travel much so havent often made use of parking services but The Parking Spot will definitely be getting my business when I do!

Someone please tell me what I am missing about this location. In the last year the price has increased substantially ($9.80 prepay and $10.80 pay later}. We have been using the Green lot at CMH paying $5.00 per day, half the cost. Both times we flew recently we waited a very short period of time and our shuttle drove by Parking Spot customers waiting for their ride. The drivers have been very courteous and prompt. Support your airport and the funding it receives from the revenue not a large corporation based in Chicago.

Convenient airport parking. For me, at Columbus Intl. Covered or not, parking. Covered a little more. The whole experience is easier if you join and get the app. Only been a few times and have not seen a human cashier. With the app, you pay in advance, get a qr code, and scan that in and out. Shuttle picks you up at your car, then at the airport when you return. My experience has been fine.

Great price easy to use good app. Minus one star for shuttle bus not allowing more customers. My wife and I had to watch a bus leave the airport then stand outside in the cold for 20 minutes waiting for the next bus.

Its a parking space, not a lot to it. Busses are generally pretty quick, but it always seems a bit pricy to just borrow a parking spot. Having an account is worth it if youre going to use this place.

Super easy way to park and leave your car at the airport! I love the on line payment and you get a discount you are a AAA member! The service is fast and friendly. They give you a business card when they pick you up to help remind you where you parked when you return for an easy drop off. If you are anything like me, I recommend taking a photo of the card so you will have it on your phone in case you lose the paper copy.

Prompt pick up from free park. Driver was masked. Guests on shuttle were required to mask and seating distanced. Same experience on ride home. Did not wait more than 7 minutes for shuttle (and saw one leaving as I was making my way there). Again limited guests on shuttle on way back to protect from Covid. Touchless entry and exit to the lot. Really appreciated the excellent service and concern for my health.

Highly recommend using The Parking Spot for long-term parking at CMH. The rates are much cheaper than airport parking (especially if you reserve online ahead of time) and the staff is great. I pulled in to the lot and the girl at the gate told me exactly how to scan my e-reservation QR code and which row to park in. The shuttle was already there waiting for me and got me to the airport quickly. When I got back to CMH after my trip, the shuttle was there in less than five minutes to take me back to my car.
