Left me high and dry in the middle of a storm, said they call me right back as soon as they.had a driver took my phone number but never contacted me back nore showed up...

Very rude aand extremely expensive.

I didnt use them. I just looked them up.

Worst experience ever. The dispatcher had a hard time understanding. But finally said a driver would call me. 15 min past time I called them back. He said driver went to the wrong location...but didnt bother to call me. Apparently just went on with his day. So they sent another driver. This one called me but did not identify himself. Just said Hey...where you at? My grandson got in the cab but it didnt move although they knew he was already going to be late for work. So I went out to see what the problem was and had to tell the driver how to get to the location.

My driver was wonderful. He gave me peace of mind during a bad time. A very good person. I will never forget the comfort he gave me. I was really scared

I called at 12:12 pm yesterday and asked for a cab to be at my house by 2:00 pm and he said “no problem we will be there by 1:45” and he asked for my address etc... later on it’s 2 pm and I’m calling (no answer with my luck) put the final call before I was just about to leave at 2:12 pm says he’s five minutes away and I said okay 2:25 rolls around i call again “oh he’s five minutes away” and I said no he’s not you said this at 2:00 it’s been two hours you could’ve had this figured out . Meaningless to say this cab service is a complete lie and do not trust. If you notice most of the reviews are from Primarily middle eastern people. Take it how you take it . Will never call again for services . Big waste of time . Had to call off due to this issue .

These guys are awesome! I don’t usually write reviews, but this was a really positive experience for me. I came to Columbus for the first time, and they arrived within 5 minutes of me calling. I would definitely recommend them!

Driver was early. Which was great. The driver was also very polite. I recommend this service. They will definitely get you there on time.

Totally recommend that you give Express Taxi of Columbus a try. They are very reliable and Ive counted on them numerous times to drive me from my home to John Glenn Airport. If they are even a few minutes behind schedule, they will call you and advise their time of arrival.

I highly recommend this cab, we made reservation to airport early in the morning 4:00am they call us 15 ahead of time and they came 5 minutes before pick up. Give them a shot

Set up for a cab pick up this am for 0430 for a 0615 flight two days prior and confirmed it.This morning noone was there at 0430. Called at 0435 and he was on his way. At 0445, my best friend who was traveling with me, had to wake her husband and two young kids so they could take us to the airport to keep us from missing our flight. Professionalism is questionable when considering a reliable transportation company. Would not recommend Express Taxi.

Very efficient and polite service. Nice people and as a single lady traveling on my own early hours of the morning, I felt safe.

NEVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY.I called at 7:25am to get a cab at 9:15am to take me to work. At 9:20 they still had not picked me up and when I called them no one answered. I called 3 different times and no one answered. I was late getting to work because they were so unprofessional.

Just another useless taxi company in the Columbus area. With the same No cars in the area line as the next one. Im in Columbus! No cars in the area. Im 2.6 miles away from you but no cars in the area??? Ask them can you book one for later & you get i cant guarantee that. Not fit to have a business.

If I could give no stars I would. I called a few minutes ago to get picked up from a bar down town . Told me no available cabs .

Piss poor service. NEVER showed up at the location after 3 phone calls. Recommend uber and thats coming from a guy that use to not trust uber.

Was charged wrongly, meter displayed 32 dollars but driver insisted on 42. I requested for the printout receipt and he refused, saying he would write out a receipt. This was a fraudulent service provider today.

Called these guys for a taxis never told them to be here at 415 (called at 345) never showed up, never called and to top it off they texted me asking for the zip code, if you dont know your way around Columbus you shouldnt be driving a taxi, never will give them my money ever again or recommend them to anyone.
