She was so friendly and helpful getting everything scheduled. The guys came within the scheduled window and were very respectful and professional throughout the whole cleaning. They were even very patient while I moved cats between rooms so they could get to each vent.I would absolutely recommend these guys!

I called to have duct work completed. I ask the lady on the phone why they charge a fee for inspection fee when many other businesses do not. The owner called me back and said he does not want to do business with me that I should go else where. I am a professional business person that only ask a question. I definitely recommend Fresh Air Corp if you live in the Columbus area and are looking for a duct cleaning service. The folks from Fresh Air were easy to work with. From my initial call, to setting up a duct cleaning, to having the work done, everything was smooth and the communication was great. When the technicians showed up to hour home to do the cleaning they wore foot covers and masks (Im writing this during the COVID-19 pandemic) and took every effort to keep our home clean while they did their work. Even though we dont have pets, they asked if we did to make sure that they wouldnt run out of the house while they did their work. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly. They asked permission before making any decisions, and they were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. Will certainly call on them again when our ducts and vents need cleaning.

We had the air duct system cleaned which included the complete cold air return side and furnace interior. We had this done on Thursday, April 23, 2020. We are hoping that having this done will somewhat keep the dust issue at bay. The technicians were very professional and pleasant and any questions we had they were able to answer. Definitely an asset to Fresh Air Corp and we will use their services for future needs, and we will recommend this company. I contacted Fresh Air Corp online (on a Sunday) to inquire about their services and received a call the following day. Alicia was very helpful explaining what the different services entailed and how much they cost. I went with the duct service cleaning and sanitizing because the prior owners of the house had a dog and the entire home smelled as such. We had new carpet put in which alleviated the odor, but I knew there was likely a lot of pet hair/dander in the vents. Moreover, the sticker on the furnace indicated that the ducts hadnt been cleaned since 2008. Alicia sent before/after photos and there really was a lot of dust, etc. beforehand.The technicians, Dre and Chris, arrived on time, were courteous, and professional. They laid a drop cloth to protect the floor from the hose, set up plastic covers to protect the walls as the hose bent around corners, and even wore protective foot booties. They arrived in a box truck with a giant blower inside and that hose was connected to the duct work which was able to create a vacuum and remove the debris. Other companies seem to use the equivalent of shop vacs and I cant imagine they create as much pressure The sanitizing service further ameliorated any pet odor and left the house smelling fresh. It took a little under two hours from the time they showed up and the time the left. The service was a little expensive, but considering how thorough the cleaning was and the power of their equipment, I think it was a good value. Ill call them again when the time comes!

I was very pleased with the duct cleaning job that Joe and Kaylen performed at my home on 10/5/20. They were very professional, conscientious, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Came to our house and said it would be $199 that he had to wear a mask and our dry vent system was a hazard. We had a special of $89 to clean our vent. But he could not do it for that much.

Jason was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the process. I felt very comfortable with him completing the task at hand. He was able to answer all of my questions and give additional feedback on things he noticed about our system. Alicia was VERY nice and helpful with scheduling the initial appointment. We had a wonderful experience with Fresh Corp from the start to the end, the day of service. Actually we were referred to them by our furnace tech that we trust a lot. The whole process was very smooth. The techs were very professional and experienced. Of course the price is higher than the regular advertised services but it seems better then others. Special truck and hoses and equipment that I havent seen used by others before. This is few days after the service and if going forward we feel the difference we will sure repeat. Good thing is that this is so thoroughly done that we will need to do this once a 3 or 4 years. Good job!

Extremely professional service. Eric and Andrew (?) were in my home about two hours and seem to have done a very thorough job. Barry, the owner, spoke to me before the job and described the service and how it would be completed and it went exactly as he said. Although they were not the cheapest quote we got, I believe this is a situation where you get what you pay for. With an infant at home, a difference of $100 is more than worth knowing the job will be done correctly and completely.Additionally, they did not try to upsell anything or surprise me with any additional charges. They suggested we schedule service again in 3 years since we have a young one and two big dogs. That seems more than reasonable. We will definitely use them again.

The office manager-Megan- was very helpful and communicated very well about the air duct cleaning process, payment, etc. And she stayed in touch about when the technicians would arrive to do the work. The team arrived on time and made great progress. However when Tyler was collecting the payment, I noticed 5 or 6 magnets covers still on the vents. Tyler was told they had everything . After they left, i found 3 pieces of their tubing still in my basement and all of the vents in the basement closed. I also notice that they didnt remove the returns covers... just poked something in between the fans... every room has noticable spots where they poked through the grids.As it was over $500, and the need for their equipment, i called the office. Stated all of the above and was told repeatedly that THIS was not the normal...they must have been in a hurry....No mention of correction of the warped bent return grates...just please put their forgotten tubes on my porch...🤨😐Will not be a repeat customer.POST NOTE: I was contacted by the office after this review was posted. Was offered $150 to reimburse the damaged vent covers and for the trouble of cleaning up after them. It has since been rescinded. 😐.

Quick, professional, great service.Used them again, still highly recommend, but they broke the light bulb in the utility room and didnt tell me. Im not upset about a cheap bulb, it happens, but it would have been nice to know before I walked in.

Three guys worked on the job. They were done in about an hour. I liked that they wore booties over their shoes to keep the floor clean. The lead guy politely answered all of my questions. The reason for four stars is there was an area in the basement where a lot of dust/dirt was left on the floor and shelves that blew out of the duct. It was not cleaned up.

The two servicemen arrived on time, completed the work in the estimated time to complete, were courteous, friendly and professional. As I had just purchased a new home that was less than well kept I opted to go with Fresh Air Corp even though from calling around they were on the higher price point. I was amazed at how much I could hear being sucked into the vacuum. The previous owner had pets and I was afraid to turn on the furnace for fear of what might be blowing back at me. Now, however, I am not worried one bit. The service men replaced one panel that was removed previously on the cold air return and sanitized the entire system. I ran the furnace after they left and I couldnt be happier that the remnants of dog odor are no longer there. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this company to others.

Our HVAC company (Fire and Ice) referred Fresh Air Corp to us for a complete air duct system cleaning. Our HVAC company no longer provides this service, hence we asked for a referral. First off, Becca Long is a great communications person via phone and email. She informed us about the whole process and sent a statement on cost (no hidden fees or charges) via email. Once the two person crew arrived, they were pretty good and courteous. Erik and Dre were prompt, they had a pretty good process on setting everything up, cleaning our ducts/vents, and cleaning up afterwards. Overall a great job and good price point.
