AMAZING!!! I had a water leak through my roof during a storm while I was out of town. Came back to an absolute disaster. I contacted Servpro of Columbus and they took care of everything! Insurance covered everything besides my deductible. They were fast, professional, and provided high quality service. I would definitely recommend this company for anything they offer.

Floor flooded from burst pipe in my cement slab.My insurance company contacted Servpro who immediately reached out to me and set up floor demo, then air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the affected areas. Each person I was in contact with was very professional, courteous snd understanding. The demo team took great care not to have a lot of collateral damage from the process . They communicate when they’re on the way by text . I am extremely happy with their services and highly recommend them!

Service Pro provided excellent and professional service! They had very fast scheduling availabilities for our needs and a friendly call before arriving. Raymond did a throughough inspection and gave us his professional advice on how to most correctly and cost efficiently fix the issue! As the customer we felt our best interest came first which made us want to use this service for future needs!

Raymond from Servpro inspected a mildew issue in one of my tenants bathroom and was able to give me a clear path forward for cleaning the mildew and preventing it from coming back. I appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help ensure that my tenants have a safe and clean space to stay.

They came out, found lots of saturated areas in my ceiling from a second floor leak but never came back to remedy, check for mold or even send the findings/ info to my insurance ajuster! They did nothing but confirm my ceiling was drenched which the buckets I placed all over the place had already confirmed. Very unprofessional!

Rex came out, did us a great service, removed our mold and was so helpful and kind! I highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the service received. My initial project manager did very little communication with me regarding the plans for repair. After several verbal messages and no replies, i had to call the office to request that someone abreast me on my home repair timeline. It was my call that prompted a visit and later finding out I had a new project manager because the previous one was relieved from the company. No one had the decency to inform the customer (me). The new project manager did her best, but it was apparent there was no handoff. .Trying to find the contractors with the expertise to complete the repairs was a nightmare. There were instances where there was only 1 person working. Seemed impossible with the damage received. The chimney was installed incorrectly and my neighbors continued to bring it to my attention as it was noticeable from a street view. How embarrassing! The project manager had no idea that the chimney was suppose to have brick and i had to provide pictures to substantiate The wrong brick was applied. i had to bring to the attention to man laying the brick that it didnt match.. In the meantime, my project manager had an emergency and was unable to oversee the job. Was I assigned a another person, no. Who was overseeing? Ill never know. When I was finally contacted by the project manager, she humbly apologized and confessed that this company truly didnt have the expertise for the repair of my home and politely quit. It was suggested that I receive a portioned refund so I could get someone to replace my chimney. While I appreciate her honesty.. i wish it was contagious thoughtout the company. The damage occurred 12 July 2020 and my home is still not repaired. The icing was that I had to call them to remove leftover brick, large metal rods and a dumpster that was left outside my home that was visually unappealing. However, I will end on a positive note. There people who came to remove the tree that fell on my home did an outstanding job. They were timely and very professional.

I have used Servpro of Columbus Ga twice to have some facilities cleaned due to a positive covid-19 case. They were very professional. The staff was very friendly. They were on time and did a great job with the task. The price was very fair. I would recommend this service to anyone who is looking out for the safety of their employees and customers.

I used serve pro for my rental I needed help with cleaning my Ceramic floors. I was told the grout on tile will be remove while cleaning. To make a long story short the tile look the same way before they even begin. The young gentleman was nice. But I rather have Good quality work rather than customer service. Now I have to find another company.

We want our office to be as clean and safe as possible during these crazy times were all going through right now. We always spray and wipe everything we can, but we felt like we could do better. We knew that Servpro provides excellent sanitizing services after a fire or water event for businesses and homes here in town, so we contacted them immediately. We asked if we could have our office sanitized and they were here in less than 24 hours. They completely sanitized our entire office in about 30 minutes. Everyone feels safe and relieved now that Servpro has been here. We display our certificate showing that our office is completely sanitized. Servpro of Columbus has very poor customer relations I have been waiting on a call back on a project that was to be completed almost a year ago on a rental property and no one seems to know what is happening . In a addition the turn over rate on project managers on the job is very inconsistent. Their work is very sloppy. Would not recommend them to anyone even though my insurance company USAA referred me to them.

After Hurricane Sally, we had flooding in our basement. We called Servpro. The first question the guy asked was “is your insurance paying for this?” He quoted us $3,000.00!!!!! Price gauging! They should be ashamed of themselves! Families are in need of a good service for flooding in their homes.....thank god we found someone else to do the job.

I have used Servpro several times in the past. I had a water heater bust causing flooding. They were quick to respond and the team was professional and courteous. They worked directly with the insurance company which helped to make the process much easier. I also use them to clean my carpets and they do a great job. I’ve had to use ServPro for water damage and fire damage previously. I’m currently using them to fog sanitize my restaurant every week due to Covid. I had a flood in my condo lat year during Christmas, I called Sevepro of Columbus and they were amazing. I called them at midnight on a Sunday, and they had Adam at my Condo 45 minutes later with fans and dehumidifiers. As Adam was setting up the equipment Jarvis was cutting the carpet. To make a long story short they prevented allot of additional damage to my condo and they were awesome!

If you are looking for great work and outstanding professionals then Servpro is the way to go! I used them for several jobs and always outstanding results when completed. Thanks again Raymond and Servpro for continued great service.

Would not recommend. They start the job and left my house looking a hot mess and Im still waiting. Its been almost 2 weeks. Everytime I call they cant give me an answer.

I called to have the company look over my roof and a few damaged spots in my house about a month or more ago. They were very quick to send someone out. The estimate estimator was courteous and professional the entire way through. Even when I discovered another spot in my house, he was quick to respond and take measurements.However, all communication from Servpro ended after that. We never heard back for an estimate or anything. After a couple of weeks, we decided to use another contractor to take the job.

I had water damage in a home that I had just purchased and Servpro of Columbus Georgia was on the spot they got there survey the damage and immediately got to work . Servpro employees were very professional and had a great attitude and assured me that they could handle the restoration and that me and my family were going to be just fine. Its very reassuring to know that they are there if anything like this happens again. Debbie the construction manager is the most experienced builder I have ever delt with before. Water damage and bad pipes wreaked havoc on my sisters house, and we had no idea where to start to repair the damage! But the construction manager at Servpro knew exactly how to help and walked her through every step of the restoration process!! It’s a whole new house, top to bottom, and we couldn’t be happier with the results!!

We had an inspection for asbestos.

I have called 3 times this evening and explained my situation to 3 different people and have been told each time that someone will be calling me back shortly. It has now been 3 hours and I still have not received a call from anyone. This company claims to be available 24/7 but from what I have experienced at this point they are not available after 5:00 pm.

I had them clean our carpets on post for a fair price, and their technician, Denise, was very professional and thorough. I have an almost 2 year old, and I failed to mention I did not want a pretreatment of chemicals but only their powerful hot water cleaning. Afterward, I began to panic, and Jeff, their mitigation specialist, stepped in and answered all my questions about the chemical used and sent Denise out quickly to do only a hot water extraction just for my peace of mind. There was never a bad attitude from anyone about my questions or concerns but instead only understanding. Thank you, ServPro. Ill be back when we move.

As their name implies, ServPro has fantastic customer service and is very professional. The carpet in my teenage sons bedroom was so bad that I was just hoping they could get it somewhat presentable until we had a chance to replace it. They were upfront with me and said that some of the stains may be impossible to remove, so I was stunned when I saw that they had managed to erase years worth of terrible stains and cost MUCH less than replacing the carpet! I highly recommend them!

I tried to contact them simply to ask them a few questions. But to my surprise I spoke to a very unprofessional individual named Lori. She hung up the phone in my face without any regard for professionalism or compassion. At the time I was taken aback and thought I would try to call again and I would get a different response. The second person that answered the phone was just as rude if not more rude. I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND CALLING THIS PEOPLE FOR AN ESTIMATE!!! Spend your money elsewhere where you will be respected while spending your hard earned tax dollars.

My mom has used the professionals at SERVPRO for many, many years on a variety of projects. I remember her telling me how much she liked the individuals, both on the phone and in person, who helped her get through some pretty rough times, in terms of property damage repair. I really didnt think much of her praise for SERVPRO until I moved back home to Columbus and experienced the professionalism, attention to detail and, most importantly, compassion of its employees for myself. So, in my opinion, it goes without saying that SERVPRO of Columbus is doing something right! My real reason for writing this review is to publicly thank Patrick for the tremendous job he did on my moms most recent project. Specifically, from start to finish, Patrick provided timely status reports via phone and text. Anytime he anticipated a possible glitch, he was quick to provide possible solutions, even before a problem actually manifested itself. Additionally, Patrick ran herd over all the trades that were involved in the repair SEAMLESSLY (thats a Herculean task in any environment!). Finally, simply said....Patrick is just a nice guy who goes the extra mile to help when he isnt required to do so. By the way, in my humble opinion, Patrick would make a GREAT manager if he already isnt one! Thanks, Patrick, for taking care of my mom!

We didnt know where the mildew was, just that something was wrong with the air in her house.The lady you sent over found the damage very quickly. They repaired a few roofing tiles, did some interior work and were on their way in only a day. The house smells so much better now, cant think you enough.James.

This was my second experience with carpeting cleaning. First time was great but this time was awful! Carpet looks worse than before it was cleaned. Called the office but no one was available to talk with me. Left my number but no call back.After contacting Michele, the team came back out and cleaned the entire carpet and title floors again. We are a large business with a lot of water damage. Poor communication on ServPros part the entire process. We wanted them to mitigate the whole repair start to finish, as they advertise they would. However, from day one to present, they have given us estimate road-blocks and not listened to our needs. We needed them to do steps a-z. They only heard a-b. The process has been delayed by weeks - all coming to a conclusion of we cannot provide the services you need for reasons x,y,z. This would have been nice to hear that on day 1- if a representative would sat down or called to truly listen to what we needed done, instead of sending someone to rush in and out of our office, taking notes on their way out of the door. ****EDIT: There is a response from Servepro, and they claim they do not have my job information and they are not at fault. This is not the case. I am reviewing for a lager company under my personal account. I think it is irresponsible to not take a review at face value or to try and deflect a criticism. I am certain I worked with Columbus Georgia Servepro. The green van was outside my office, I signed their estimates, called their offices, and emailed their department heads.

I am a vendor who has done a few jobs for ServPro over the years. This is the last time I will ever do work for them again. They have always late paid us. Yesterday I had my office help call them to ask about payment on a 2 month old invoice, and the person she talked to on the phone said your PM is in Texas and he must still have the invoice sitting in the truck because we dont have it.I found that to be an unacceptable answer and called up there myself today, and talked to the person who answered the phone and told them that the answer they gave my office help on this measly $150 invoice from 2 months ago was unacceptable, and that we need to be paid. The office person puts me on hold for a minute than tells me Oh, weve got your check its been sitting in our box up here for over a week.I told her I would have one of my office team come up there to pick up this check, since they are literally a block away from us and didnt wanna spend the money on a stamp or maybe just give us a call so we can come pick it up.If thats all it was I would not be writing this review of my experience with them. Than I get a phone call from the nastiest rudest person about a minute later talking about nobody calls them up demanding money and gets rude with us. Everytime I tried to explain it to her she cut me off and yelled that I should of been reaching out to them earlier to get my check. I mean I was like, how come you didnt call me telling me you had it like you just did, you obviously have my phone number.Than she goes onto to say theyve been in business for 40 years, I noticed you guys arent doing so well, you closed up your shop around the corner from me. I mean, who says that to somebody who has done work for them in a professional and timely manner, but gets an attitude because they want to be paid. Ive never dealt with someone so spiteful and bitter and now realize that if someone like that is in charge of sending out the checks no wonder I wasnt getting paid.Not once did she say thank you for doing the work, Im sorry for the delay on being paid, she just bit my head off. I own a business so Im sure after writing this, shell retaliate with a review on my company site. But thats ok, I felt the truth needed to be said.UPDATE:I just got a phone call from the PM. He goes on to tell me that Im calling the office raising hell about $150, I want be in business long doing that, and you aint gonna cussout my sister in law like that. I told him I never said a cuss word to her and that was a straight up lie. I than tell him that all I want is my past due check. He goes on to say its been sitting up there for a month. I said why didnt anybody call me to tell me that, he says why didnt I just go up to the office and ask them. I told him the office help called yesterday up there and nobody knew anything about it, he than proceeded to hang up on me or get disconnected, I dont know. Im very disappointed in how I was treated and feel this reflects very poorly on ServPro, no matter how many years theyve been in business.

Great people and excellent customer service.

They were suppose to work on water damage. In doing this, needing to remove belongings from area. They halfway did it leaving several items misplaced. They Also havent provided me with a key for the storage unit. No one returns phone calls either but they will abruptly let themselves into your rooms and houses unannounced. Very disatisfied and have yet to see much Mania labor which really disturbs me and makes me lack more faith. I have no access to my belongings that they moved and no one from management has cared enough to contact me despite this being an issue for about a week now. Only reason why Im using this company is because of insurance adjuster. Wouldnt recommend.

We are still waiting for them to come out and fix our roof. Theyve been paid by the insurance company and we havent seen them since. And, they did paint the interior water damage but failed to fix the roof first. They are not responding to our phone calls.

I do not recommend using this company due to the Unprofessional work ethics of a certain employee.
