My third visit was wonderful. Had pedi and fill and was a great experience. Set a two week appointment. Third time was the best....benefit of the doubt was worth it.

Update: Third try was by far the best. So glad I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Made a two week appt. Glad I tried one more time. Toes and Nails look greatFastest pedi ever. My toes were being painted while a lady, who was getting a pedi when I walked in, was still being buffed and massaged and soaking. Certainly not worth the price (Sugar scrub Pedi) $32. The young man seems not happy with his job. The lady who runs the shop is wonderful and very friendly....she cant do it all herself. This was my second visit.

We enjoyed this salon. My family of 8 came in for pedicures, manicures, and nails to prepare for an upcoming event. The owners fit us right in and were super sweet to our youngest, making sure to paint their nails like a galaxy with layers of purple and sparkles. We will go back for sure.

Absolutely by far an without a doubt the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Last sun. I had talked to my boyfriend into going and getting pedis with me. So at a whim we stopped at serenity nail. And from the moment we stepped in the door they rush rush rush rush rush not one of them spoke English to us they had us and theyre point to something off a menu. And I have never had a sloppier crappier job having my feet done I still had calluses when I walk out of there, and to add insult to injury they are completely overpriced I will 🚫 waste my time or money going here ever again.

Went in for a fill and it was done in a timely manner. Employees there are very welcoming and polite. Will definitely be going back.

On Friday I went here to get a mani & pedi. gel on both. Only the man was there his wife was over seas on vacation until after the Chinese New Year. No problem he was very nice. Nice does not do good nails though. I got gel polish on my natural nails. the polish job was rushed 2 coats I think and barely under the UV light to dry. 1 nail was scraped and tore on Saturday. On Tuesday another tore. And today is Wednesday and there went another. That was $85.00 down the drain! I could have done a good a job as this.

The staff is super friendly and engaging and they always make my nails look great!

They did my acryilics and they did not do them good they disnt give me tje right shape, the polish started chipping the day after, they did not take time on the they are very bumpy and ugly it was not worth 40 dollars please dont waste your money here go to pro nails.

They did a really bad job on my French tip nails they are super uneven and sharp. I also have white polish all my fingers. Also cut my toes and made them bleed getting my pedicure. Definitely do not recommend. I shouldn’t have paid for how horrible of a job they did.

This is 4ever nail salon. Thanh & Tiana are always very nice & get me in very quickly. Thanh has been used doing my nails for about 8 years now & texted me when he opened his own salon. I drive from across town (out by I-65 near Cracker Barrel) just to go to this nail salon. For those of you who gave one star or had a bad experience I honestly don’t know what happened bc I’ve never had a bad experience. Furthermore, their prices are very great & their quality of work is impeccable. Will be going to the salon until they close or I die, which ever comes first.

Never been, called them one time

They were RUDE & did an AWFUL job on my nails. I walked out CRYING! I will NEVER be back. We went in at 5, they closed at 6. They took in FIVE other clients after me and my sister and rushed us. The polish is awful and my nails are completely different lengths. They need to shut down. I wish I could leave 0 stars!

Me & my fiancé came for pedicures. The tech RUSHED thru them. He did not like his at all. I was not to satisfied either. I got gel nails & I was not satisfied with the color my options were take it off which takes 30 minutes or he can put a design on it. He did a design so I had to wait for it to dry that’s why I get gel color so I don’t have to wait. She did not pay attention to details. She didn’t trim the nails down enough. The customers after us didn’t have hot water. They kept complaining about the cold water. This was our first and last time. They were nice tho.One & done. They charged me for things I had no idea until we paid!!!!!

I absolutely LOVE this place!! I have tried every nail salon in Columbia and they can’t compare to this place. Service is always quick and quality is even better!

I have been going here about a year. Best service I have ever gotten at a nail salon. They take their time with each customer. My daughters both go and they pamper them too. He always suggests his new colors for me because I’m so indecisive about what I want and he’s always right on the money about what looks good for me. Just love coming in for my mani/pedi every couple weeks.

My nails were rushed and not at all what I asked for cut them way to short barely gave them time to dry and all around bad quality

I went 3 times and no more!!!First time had a wonderful Pedicure, second time it was ok.Third time I had a pedicure and gel manicure TERRIBLE job in both especially the manicure, left there with lots dry skin remaining on my fingernails and they polish all over my skin instead only on nail plate!! Not coming back.

The pedicure was very nice and I have no complaints. However, I got a normal gel fill in and the old guy cut me 3 times and left jagged edges that someone else had to fix
