They wonderfully accommodated myself and my daughters first nail experience (5yr old). All of the techs and staff were so sweet to us. We really enjoyed our mother daughter time, and that can be attributed to the ladies at The Nail Barre 🥰

The Nail Barre was very clean and professional. I had a very nice pedicure. My only complaint is I did not like the square tub my feet went in. The square tub was awkward for both my legs and my feet. I had to scoot my chair up close to the tub to put my feet in the deep tub. When the nail technician was working my feet the square edge of the tub was uncomfortable. The nail tech also had a hard time reaching my feet and legs because the tub was so deep and big. She did her best and she did a good job. I just was not able to relax and be comfortable.

This was my first visit to The Nail barre. Oddly enough, I live in the area but didnt realize the salon was there until a friend recommended it to me. My pedicure was professionally done in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Ill definitely be back.

I dont often get manicures but decided to treat myself for the holidays. Booking was online and very easy. I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in and offered refreshments. I was the first appointment so no wait time at all. The tech was friendly, professional, and guided me through the process. Took 45 minutes for a regular gel manicure. I recieved 20% off as a new client so my total was $36 before tip. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will be a return customer.

I recently had side by side mani/pedi with a friend of mine! We were super excited, as this was our first time at The Nail Barre. We made this appointment, in person, after taking a Barre3 class. The lady we made the appointments with explained to us that since we were members at Barre3, wed get 20% our first visit at The Nail Barre! We were so excited, we figured wed add Manicures to our visit as well, since we were going to get 20% off, which the lady reminded us again! Made us splurging a little more justifiable, since this place is a little more expensive then places weve been in the past.My mani/pedi with Brandi was WONDERFUL! It was very relaxing! She took her time and was thorough! She even made a cute design on my nails. I was very pleased with everything!However, at the very end of our visit after looking at our emailed receipts we noticed it didnt look as expected. First, our pedicures were different prices when we got the exact same service. Then we noticed that 20% had only been taking off our manicures. So we decided to go back in and talk to the lady that checked us out. She quickly explained that the pedicure price difference was a mistake due to the prices recently changing. She did apologize and refunded my friend the difference in price! Then we explained to her that we only received 20% off our manicures. She told us that as Barre3 members we get 20% off our first SERVICE. We explained to her that this is not what she said to us when we made the appointment months prior and technically our pedicures were our first services!!! She wasnt the least bit apologetic for the misunderstanding nor did she say sorry or anything.Up until the very end of my visit everything was great! Unfortunately, the ending was very disappointing since we were given the wrong impression. It was just something we didnt expect to happen at a place as nice as The Nail Barre. Overall, my services were GREAT but I left feeling not so great!

I LOVED my experience here! I have found my favorite nail place! Not only do they do a great job making your nails look good, they care about the health of your nails as well. I was given several tips to keep my nails healthy and other options to try to achieve healthier natural nails in the future. Tamisha did an excellent job and I will definitely be seeing her again!!!!!

Never had a salon actually waiting for me at the door when I walked in. Well worth the money to go and have an ACTUAL appointment. I was scheduled for 12:30 and started at 12:30 on the dot. Also, the salon is BEAUTIFUL. White marble and gold everywhere. I would highly recommend trying out Lake Murray Nail Barre - I promise you will want to go back!

The salon is beautiful and very relaxing and everyone was very friendly. My tech was outstanding. My only concern was that they put 3 of us on the pedicure stand at the same time and there was no social distancing. It was concerning to me in this pandemic that this would occur. At least everyone had on masks.

Was bought 2 gift cards for this place and have tried countless times to get in and been unsuccessful. Called this morning asking for a dip manicure and she told me to come in within an hour at 11:30. I arrive and confirmed with the lady at the front desk what I’m scheduled for. I tell her that I am needing the the tips on as well and all of a sudden they can’t accommodate me due to time constraints?! Are you serious? This place has been nothing but problems. I called two days ago asking if I can just get a refund for the gift cards and was told I’d get a call back by the end of the day- nothing. Do not go here.

We had a fantastic experience at the Nail Barre. It was my daughter’s 7th birthday and they were above and beyond - it was so fun and had a great experience. The shop was immaculate - for those concerned about social distancing, they do an amazing job. A solid 5-stars - I can’t wait to go back.
