French Nails is absolutely the best. Their nail technicians are very professional, friendly, courteous and very skilled. As soon as you walk in the door, you can feel the love and care. They take their time & never rush. The salon is very relaxing & extremely clean. I have been a client of Ms. Sue & Myling for many many years and I have never been disappointed in the services they provided. The salon & the staff are definitely superb. They get an A+++++ from me.

FINALLY!!! Ive found a salon in Columbia that gives a FANTASTIC pedicure for a standard rate of $35. She takes her time and pays close attention to the little details. She even cleaned my sandals before putting them back on my feet. This is by far the BEST pedicure Ive had in my life! My feet looks and feels AMAZING!

I absolutely LOVE French Nails!! Ive been going to this salon for over 5 years and although there are times I have to wait, trust and believe, its well worth it! I love ALL of the employees there! Ms. Sue and Tina are my favorites, but they are all very nice people. They are extremely clean and pay attention to even the small details. My whole family goes here for manicures, pedicures and brows!! (Tina is the BEST!) We also travel to go to this salon, and its well worth it.

My wife, daughter and I popped in for pedicures. They were extremely courteous, professional and provided great pedicures. They took their time and were very attentive. I would recommend highly for anyone to visit. They were great!

I arrived to the salon right as they opened and had to wait for about 30 minutes. However it was well worth the wait. Tina did my pedicure and my toes have never looked better. On top of that she massaged by arms, neck, and back!!!! This was needed so much and I will definitely be coming to this salon for her services!!!!

Okay so today I went to Fresh nails to get an pedicure and a manicure I called made an appointment for 430 got there and still had to wait an hour and thirty minutes I finally got called for my pedicure along with another client set with my feet in the water for 15 minutes and client set for 5 minutes the lady comes out and starts on his feet first.I said hey I was here first I was ingnored. So I got up and left and no one tried to apologize at all worst experience ever

I thought my experience was going to be good until I went to another salon and saw how my acrylic was caving in and the polish was fading after five days of having them done. Also one of the employees made me bleed and it is still hurting till this day. I also witnessed some rudeness towards customers

If I could give no stars I would. I believe the the man who did my nails was named David. I hadnt gotten my nails done in years and decided to get a full set for my bday. I was in a bit of a rush and was happy to come in and only wait a few minutes. I asked for ballerina shaped nails, which he started off doing correctly, but at the end somehow managed to give me square shaped nails. The acrylic was so thick on my nails they looked 3d. Probably the worst application of acrylic Ive ever had done. I will never in my life visit this nail shop again.

Dont go to this shop if you dont have an appointment. I had okay experiences at this salon before but my last experience was the worse. There is one lady in there that only works off appointments. The guy did my nails before and they were putting and breaking in a week and a half. Which only leaves one person to do nails. And when in addressed the issue they werent the least bit concerned. Dont go here unless you have an appointment. Customer Service noe new business is definitely not a top priority of this establishment.

From Georgia, went here to get a full in and pedicure. I will not return because I went in wanting a simple design off the internet that they said they could do. Then they started doing the design but couldnt complete the design I wanted. They are over priced, not capable of doing what I asked for, waited 45 mins to get in the chair, took them 3 hours to finish nails and pedicure. They are very under staffed...... Over bad experience, and didnt come out satisfied at all 😵

The store needs to update their hours. I traveled about 30 minutes to just get a manicure and arrived around 7:10 and they claimed to close at 7 when their door and internet both said 8 on Friday and Saturday, what the heck??

This place is by far the best nail salon in the Columbia area. I always go there to get my mani-pedi and am usually extremely pleased with the service and quality of craft. However this past Saturday (11-07-2015), I arrived with my daughter as usual and brought along a friend and her daughter, this was not the case. There are two techs I utilize Myling or Tina (tried others inside the shop just was not as pleased). So they open at 9 and we arrived around 9:25 & there were 3 other customers getting serviced, but only us on the book; I tried to make an appointment but was told they dont make appointments on Saturday morning. We waited patiently and by 12:17 we were disgusted and tired of waiting as we watched almost everyone that came in after us get seen. And we were told it was because we wanted certain people. So what was happening...one person would start on customers yet they some how ended up in Tina or Mylings chair. This was not a pleasant experience and I probably will not go back. Anyone have any suggestions for a good nail salon?

My nails was horrible...my nails was put on crooket and they where uneven and was still demanded to pay full price with a attitude..he didn’t fix the problem at all..
