These nails look horrible, and to make things worse they are rude and aggressive. The customer service is trash. They add on random charges and by the time you are done you owe double the amount you came in for. Dont waste your time or money on this place

My nails look horrible. I paid $20 just for them to paint my toes and this is what I got.Should’ve done it myself.My nail chipped and it hasn’t been 6 hours. The quality is poor. Left my nails VERY messy.

First and last visit. The gentleman that did my nails wasnt very gentle or friendly and acted like I was more of a bother. Happy to take my money though. Back to Pure Nails I go!

I will never waste my time to come in here again, i literally sat here for 1 hour before I could get a lady to do my nails, then she tells me that she’s going to do another girls nails before me even though I was there before her.

Great place! Had my lashes done and my nails done. Nails werent exactly what I wanted but they still look great

Before my service I showed a picture to the guy and he said he could do it but then once he started my nails he said he didn’t have or couldn’t do any of the designs I showed him. Afterwards I had to ask the lady or I believe manager if what I asked him was true, that they didn’t have any foil or crystals that I wanted..she said no and that they did have them and had to get another guy to do the designs and still wasn’t satisfied with them. I went into this nail salon just hoping to get a fill in & simple designs I showed them from a picture and they didn’t do nothing I wanted! The designs were even simple to what they have on google! Just a waste of my money and time. I also feel like I paid way too much for what I got. won’t be back here again

If I could give zero stars I would. If you are doing nails you should be educated on skin! I understand that it’s a nail salon but it should be no talking in a different language around customers. I have a port wine stain on my hand it is a birthmark That I am born with and I have eczema. I have been getting my nails done for many years and never had a problem. Yes the nail tech would ask what happened and I would explain and I would still get my nails done. This man at royal nails refused to do my nails because I have eczema and port wine. He seen my hand when I was sitting down instead of asking me about it. He tells me to go wash my hands thinking it can just come off. If you have eczema you know that if you have lotion on and you wash your hands your hands become ashy or very dry! Once I sat down he proceeded to talk in his language with his Co-workers. One of the other workers came over and they continued to talk in their language and after all that he wants to ask what happened to my hand? As I’m explaining to him I feel as if he wasn’t listening and basically saying he wasn’t doing my nails because he’s not educated. Then the lady came over and they continued to talk in their language then she says he will do your nails. I said it’s okay. Not to mention when he was doing my toe nails I told him that the towel was hot and I mean burning hot.This is my first and last time coming here. There’s a god that sits high and look low I’m not going to say nobody should come here just know what goes around comes around. He see’s everything. Remember that.

Royal Nails is a true spa experience. The atmosphere is elegant and you are pampered not processed, like so many other places.Sandy does beautiful lashes! I honestly have to take them off to get a new set.They are up to date on all the nail trends and they have any color you can think of in their polish collection.The prices are very good and when you leave there you not only look better you leave all your stress behind!I love the massage chairs and they always offer me a drink. They offer water, soft drinks and wine.It is a pleasure to do business with Sandy and Andy and I would recommend Royal Nails!

I did called 2 days in advance for an appointment to get my brows waxed and tinted, needless to say, they had no knowledge of it. Other than that, my brows were done very well. Sandy is a BEAST at what she does. Im going back

Update 1/16: I spoke with the owner Sandy and was asked to return. The tech that originally did my nails no longer works there (thank God!) My nails were fixed and Im very happy with the results this time. I appreciate her resolving the issue in a very professional manner.So I am new to this city and found this place on Google. They had 4 stars and the pictures looked good enough for me to give them a try this past Friday. I was there for nearly 4 hours and no I dont mean including wait time. The tech had to redo my nails but because he was asked to he filed them down really thin and short, hurting my hands. Within 24 hours I had 2 nails break. I asked for another tech to fix it and originally she agreed, but then came up with reasons as to why I shouldve said more before I left the establishment as if I DIDNT have to already have them to redo my nails before I left that day. I have not had my nails done a full week, mind you I only get gel polish or the dipping powder, and my nails are chipping and breaking. Also while there I witnessed the owner arguing and disrespecting a customer for a request she was making. Not professional at all and they have techs that are clearly not trained, I will not be returning.

Wasn’t sure what rating to give overall because my first experience was horrible. I mean the worst I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done for about 25 years.The first guy drilled my nail bed to nothing, but my nails down to nothing, has my nails hurting!A week later I contacted sandy and she allowed Tina to redo them! She was very nice and professional about it and I think the guy no longer works there.And even though my nails are still in bad shape ( they will heal) and I had to get tips which I have not done in over 5 years. Tina was very nice kind professional nurturing and funny.She did an amazing job. I may even go back.Thanks again. Tina and sandy. I’m Shanell.

Sandy is my eyebrow person of choice. She never fails to give me a flattering shape. Manicures and pedicures are standard, I am a fan of the glow in the dark gel polishes they carry. Usually fast service.

Omgosh they were so amazing!!🥰 My friend and I have been looking for a great after work pedi spa and Royal Nails has it all! Peaceful, clean, not expensive and everyone is friendly. I had Tina and she was awesome!! 😁 We’re definitely going back soon.

Sandy will let ppl come walk in and allow them to get ahead of you even if you’ve already been signed in and waiting for hours at a time. I have yet to see them sanitize any equipment/ seats after a customer has been serviced. Update Sandy husband discriminates against certain women. on 2 different occasions it was my turn to be serviced and as I sat down he asked me to go wash my hands, only to place another woman in my seat and have me move down to wait for the next worker to come in after I’ve been waiting since 9:00am and it was literally my turn, but due to Covid I’m thinking he’s just taking precaution to have me wash my hands, but not once did he ask either lady that he sat in my spot to wash their hands. I only went back because I thought maybe I was overreacting but after the second time I will stay with my gut feeling and go to a nail salon in which I don’t have to ask anyone to sanitize my seat and eyebrow equipment after each use.

I’ve been going for a while to get my eyebrows and eyelashes done Sandy has always done a wonderful job. So about two weeks ago I allowed them to do my nails I wasn’t really satisfied with them but I didn’t complain so I returned to get a filling and pedicure this time a lady did my nails she was a little ruff and speedy but she did a good job and my pedicure was amazing.....

Horrible experience. I traveled from Columbia SC, and wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone. The nail tech was unprofessional, didn’t listen nor do my nails the way I wanted after I attempted to explain several times. Plus 4 nails broke off within 3 days of me getting the service. Never again!

This is my second time having my brows waxed and lashes done, by Sandy. She came HIGHLY recommended, by a co worker and she didnt disappoint. She did an excellent job, they last, and look AMAZING !!! I received numerous compliments. I will return soon.

Recently got a pedicure here. I felted my service was rushed and poor. A few things were dropped from the ground and still used on me. Like the towel that was place on the foot rest and the scrub. This placed is unsanitary. My cuticle were cut too short causing me to have an infection on my toe. They only offered me to pay for the antibiotics. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!!!!! Poor service!

I enjoyed my pedicure. But the girl that did my nails came off rude. She wasnt checking to see if I liked my nails. I wanted to get rhinestones, I got up to wash my hands and she had someone in my chair when I returned. She was very rough to the point that my nails are throbbing. I wont return. Ill just stick with the place I love in west Columbia

I went on today and got a pedicure which was done well. I figured I would get my eyebrows waxed and lashes done as well. She didnt do a good job on my brows yet the lashes looked ok...I got home and used a warm cloth to clean my face, the entire left lash just fell off...so I called to advise of what happens and she stated you cannot wash your face and wear lashes. I told her that is crazy, she said no refund or nothing because I shouldnt wash my face. Thats the most ridiculous thing Ive ever heard. I will discard them and take my business elsewhere. Be weary of this shop!

Not my first time there, normally have a great experience unfortunately today was very different. They were rude and rushed my nails. Customer service is very important to me. If my request was to difficult I wouldve preferred honesty instead of an epic fail along with an attitude. I understand being a nail tech is stressful at times but always remember your customers are how you stay in business.

Their prices are not the same every time I go.. I’ll only go here for my lashes to get done that’s the only service that price is the same

Terrible! I went to get a pedicure, fill in, and eyebrows waxed. Pedicure was great but when it came to a full in my index finger was going to the left and they thought it was fine along with other things wrong with my nails! NEVER AGAIN

For my first visit I had a very bad experience!As the saying goes first time for everything went to get a pedicure and for the first time ever I was Disappointed and disgusted but it was my first and very last time going to this place!My services was rushed and thats why I felt it was POOR my skin on my toes was broken due to the drill used by the Technician or whatever you want to call them and my toes was bleeding you would think an apology wouldve been given being that she saw what she did and tried to cover it up FAST probably thinking i wasnt paying attention the designs on my toes was running and the (Gel)polish used Im not even gona speak on!Secondly I specifically asked and requested for Sandy to do my eyebrows 3 times which she told the same lady who did my pedicure to do my eyebrows overall my Services rendered was not very satisfactory for $45,Ive been to alot of nail shops and this is by far the worst especially watching them do pedicures without using gloves on bare skin (Toes) so unsanitary!!But NEVER AGAIN!If I could post a picture of my toes I would Ill NEVER refer ANYONE to this place even though I was recommended by someone to go here!Next time Ill follow my first mind and gut feeling so not pleased at all!
