The wait time was short. The young lady who serviced me was very attentive. I tipped because the service was great.

My nails look good don’t get me wrong but, when the guy was shaping my nails i got cut multiple times.

Hey guys just wanna tell ya I went here and this was the only place that didnt hang up on me. They answered all of the questions that I had. I called and asked what time I should come in and they were available and got me right in. I usually get regular polish but its not worth it just gets chipped off the very next day. I got gel this time and its been like 5-6 days since I got my nails done. I love them and she didnt cut my nails and she was really respectful. I like to grow my nails out so I dont like them down low to the bottom. I live how my nails came out. Oh and by the way the gel nails were $35. I really wish I could tell you guys the lady that did my nails but she was really nice.

Literally the only place I go to! Great service and its such a laid back place, I don’t feel like everyone is judging me when I go into here, the atmosphere is so friendly! I got a full set of acrylics done with gel polish and I showed her the picture, she laid out how much the price would be and explained each detail with its price turned out to be $104 but for the work she did I would pay it again, so stunning and I am in love with my nails!

The staff was so friendly and did my nails exactly how I wanted them. I walked in with no appointment and got my service completed within an hour and a half. I will definitely be back.

Definitely the most reasonable priced nails in town. Huge variety of nail polish shades, definitely over 300. Open for 20 years plus in the same location in the Parkade Plaza. Acrylic powder, Gel Powder, Solar Powder and Dip Powder among the top nail services they provide. Serving daughters, mothers, aunts, grandmas and friends in Columbia, MO and surrounding areas. Definitely worth to give them a try. Walk-ins welcome all week, call ahead of time if you are wondering on the wait time. Monday - Wednesday are the best time to get your services done without a long wait. Busier days are definitely Thursday - Saturday.

Please remove the pregnant lady, very rude and unprofessional. She does not listen to the customer and rushes through the job. As I was washing my hands she had the nerve to remove my belongings from my seat so she could seat the next person without even sanitizing in between ppl. How rude and gross, COVID-19 is real out here ppl.

A little bit shorter than I wanted, not as neat. Reasonable price. Will ask for Marla next time.

I am giving this review solely based off of my experience of checking in. I walked in and there were 3 ladies sitting at the nail stations and 2 waiting in pedicure chairs. I only saw 2 people working. Of course everyone stares at you when you enter but no one spoke. I signed in and no one acknowledged me. I sat down and quickly realized it was going to be a very long wait with only 2 people working. I tried to get the woman’s attention and kept saying “ma’am, excuse me,” etc. I finally had to speak louder and ask how long the wait would be and she said maybe 30 min. Which was a joke. There’s no way 5 people would be done by 2 employees in 30 min. I hate leaving negative reviews but a simple hello would’ve gone a long way in this situation!

My nails are pretty short from breakage. I wanted an overlay with gel polish. The young guy did a great job. I was very pleased. They squeezed me in 30 minutes before they closed.

Got a full set and in 4 days had to have 3 repaired. Asked if they would fix the 3rd for free and the owner told me, very rudely they would not fix it. The store itself is very dirty. Not just typical nail salon dirty, but like things haven’t been cleaned at all for months. Horrible sanitation as well. Once I went back for the last time I really paid attention and now I see why my nails keep popping off. Will never go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend.

The younger female zooms through job and doesn’t listen to customer’s request very well. Not impressed by far. I think I’ll suffer the wait times at Lucky’s Nails next time.

I had a wonderful time talking with Michelle. However, my nails were uneven, shape from nail to nail was different. When I got my full set she didn’t clean under the acrylic or buff the extra gel off the edges. From a far they looked okay but close up no. Was charged 50$ for ombré.

The guy doing my nails continuously kept play cutting my fingers with scissors which made me uncomfortable for it being my first time going there. and then he ended up charging me extra bc I got “ long nails “ but to me and another nail tech agreed they were short...Also be sure to ask about what they charge extra for because they have posted $35 full set gel but they add in little extra cost for length and different colors. If I could submit pictures I would but some of my nails weren’t even painted all the way and as I said they are short.Also, Just now realizing that they only added top coat on one of my hands as well !!! So one of my hands are glossy while the other looks dull ! SO upset and refuse to come back here.

Beautiful nails! I got my nails painted and they look so good. My mom got a full set. They are black and have flakes of mulicrome in them for only 50$! Will definitely be coming back for another mani😊

Had my nails done here a while back they looked aweful. They were too thick and looked like I had already been wearing them for a month after 2 days. Went back to have them fix them and said it was just the way my nails were and they wouldn’t fix them. Spent a lot of money. Pedicure by the older man was great! I will not go back.

They will not have to worry about me bothering them again....I went in for a pedicure...they acted like I offended them when I didnt want my toe polish taken off with an electric file....excuse me that is what acetone is for ....I asked to soak my feet for a while as it had been a few weeks since I had then done....no massage....no scraper...when I asked about them I was told all that was extra....dont go unless you just want a polish because that is basically all I got and if you arent getting your fingers and toes done at the same time. ..forget them being able to match the color...I didnt check reviews before I went so that is on me....as you can see I am not the only person that was unhappy with their service....I also dont like one person started on me and then getting swapped to someone else. I wont waste my time or theirs again.....

Very nice place and very professional. No waiting and she got my nails clipped, filled, drilled, buffed, tipped, polished and dried in just one hour! The prices were fair and reasonable. I was very pleased with their service.

I asked for a certain design which was just a crescent, pretty basic and she approved of the design and said she could do it. Instead, she was on the phone the whole time not paying attention and did whatever she felt like doing. So in the end I got grass on my feet... she could see the disappointment and instead of trying to fix it she said “ohh maybe next time I do for you.” Like excuse me how about right now? I got rushed to pick a color and meanwhile they’re trying to shove colors down my throat rushing me (mind you it 945 AM and I am the only customer). I kept preaching how I do not like nor want bright colors on my nails ever. What does she do? She put bright green and white grass on my feet........ Not okay with paying $100 for something I didn’t want.... I would’ve went to Varsity Nails and actually got what I wanted plus more pampering for the same damn price. Not happy and more than likely won’t be back.

Yeah the 1st time I went it was ok. So I came back for a color change and fill. My trim down isnt even and my color is patchy in so many places and my ring finger color came out some funky red speckled color not a sparkle nude. I wasted $25 oh sorry $27 dollars. I could of made my nails look better then what they are now.

This was the worst place I’ve ever gotten a pedicure. The lady was working on 5 or 6 different people at once, and she was extremely rude shaking her head, rolling her eyes, and mumbling things under her breath (though I’m sure she wasn’t in the best mood trying to do that many people at one time—but they just kept accepting everyone who walked in the door). As far as the actual results—my nail polish is all clumpy and peels right off 😐

I went Tuesday to get acrylics for the first time ever, and so many people recommended TC Nails. Its now friday and three of my nails have already fallen off. Not impressed. They told me it was $3 per nail to get fixed and Im not even going back there to get three nails fixed because theyll probably fall off the next day.

Super rude! Callef and made an appointment. Got there 5 min early. 46 min later still waiting as they have served the 6 walk ins instead of people with appointments.... I have been asked 3 times what i need and have continually been told my appointment is on hold until the walk ins are done....why make an appointment if it isnt going to be respected...mind you on top of this i asked for short square nails amd got rounded mishapen nails... Shouldnt have to babysit someone who had made a living out of this profession....very upset and will be looking for a new salon

I decided on coffin, acrylic nails. While most of them are really nice, three are crooked, one horribly so and my thumbs shapes are off. I only noticed when it was too late, and she was very hard to understand leaving me not want tl say much. I had high expectations & am sad that they fell short.

Do not waste you money here. Customer serivce is terrible, everytime I go here one of my nails break within a few days and you could get the exact same style of nails every vist and they will tell you a different price, which is usually higher. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere.

They rushed through my nails and it looked good but it only lasted a week whenever I go somewhere else my nails stay on for at least three weeks. I always get the acrylic with shellac. The customer service was terrible and they were so rude.

I have been going to TC nails for about a year now. I love their service. I got a pedicure done on Friday. I noticed the color was chipping on Monday. I called today and asked if they can fix it and the man on the phone said no …. Poor customer service then tried to argue with me about how ruff I am on my feet …. I’ve never had a pedicure chip within the first week of having it done. Won’t be going back.
