I wish I had a better experience at this salon but it just went downhill quickly. They didn’t shape the nails like I asked. I got a pedicure but they didn’t even cut my nails. I needed a powder dip color change and they started to take off the previous color and then tell me they can’t finish because they have an appointment shortly and asked me to come back the next day. I’ve never had such an unprofessional experience at a nail salon. If you choose to go here I’d suggest making an appointment since those take precedence to them. Good luck.

Had an appointment scheduled for myself and a friend, the day before the appointment I received a text asking if it would be okay if we had our services done at their second location Magic Nails. Reluctantly we agreed, but now I wish I didnt. After the service started it was clear he was in a hurry and/or didnt care. He didnt ask what length I wanted, just went and cut them ( I wanted them longer) and I have never seen ombre acrylic nails done that way (tip color applied first then the nude color that wasnt even nude and then a semi clear acrylic coat on top). The ombre looks horrible but thats not even the worst part, he SANDED OFF MY CUTICLES. 3 of my nail cuticles wont stop bleeding and the rest are damaged and so sore. I told him he was being very rough and I only got a quiet sorry as a response. My nails hurt so bad and half of them are still bleeding after 24 hours. 2 nails I have no cuticle left, just bloody ripped skin. have to wait for my nails to heal before I can soak them off. My friend had the same experience. Worst experience, never going back and would not recommend.

Went here after making an appt for 3 manicures ND 1 pedi. They took us in less than 10 minutes did a wonderful job too! Danny is amazing ND very social ND nice! Will definitely b going back I finally found a nail spa to go to!

I have been going here since I moved to Columbia in 2016 and they do the best pedicures in town! They always take their time doing your nails. They also do amazing full sets too. Try to call ahead to make an appointment to make it easier for yourself and the staff!

Ive never had my nails done, I chose this place because they had pictures of really pretty stiletto nails. Im so happy with the work they did and the attention to detail is amazing!! Its been a week and they are still going strong and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

They were very rude. The owner would complain every time a new costumer would come in. She told another costumer that the color would be too bright for her. And then did not give me what I paid for. They did not allow me to pick the color I wanted. I asked for an acrylic nails and she said you need to get dip powder instead and made my sister get acrylic when we both as asked for acrylic. OVER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER AGAIN

I went to Spa Nails 1 on a whim since my normal nail salon (Spa Nails 2) wasn’t able to get me in. I came in with Dip but wanted to take dip off and put gel nails on. She pried my dip off with a fake nail tip leaving my nails completed ripped up. None of my nails are the same shape or length because she ripped the length off. The nails look like I did them myself. Would not recommend coming here!

They were very pleasant and were willing to fix a bad nail job done by another place.

They are so awesome they try to do new things all the time. They are so nice and clean and their excellent on their nails. This is my spot to get my nails done. If you want to get a petty, wax, and nails done this is the place.

Very friendly, polite, thorough. The first time I didn’t have an appointment but got in right away. I was getting gel manicure and I had a lot of questions along the way. Every question was answered and I was very happy with how they turned out. I’m so glad I found them-this is my favorite place.

Its great salon. I got gel pedicure then really great job. I brought design what I want, my artist did great job exact what I want. Also his massage! Its so nice (massage included). I was not supposed to get manicures but changed my mind! Definitely Ill back this salon again. Friendly, nice service, professional work.

Absolutely the WORST dip and almost the worst pedicure I have ever had. The tech was FaceTiming the whole time and she even cut me with the drill on two fingers. The nails are completely crooked.

My new favorite place. I found this place from Google reviews and Im so happy I did. I had a 6pm appointment and did have a to wait a bit to get seen but after the results of my nails, I didnt mind at all. I can see why they get busy. Love the shape of my nails and how clean the gel manicure looks. Technician did such a great job.Thank you guys for taking me in and I will be back.

I would not recommend this place. I said I wanted dip with tips and I reminded the guy doing my nails twice that I wanted tips and I did not get tips. Not only that but he cut my nails wayyyyyy too short but didn’t even file them. I don’t think he even knew English because when I said I wanted tips he just mumbled something in his language. I was not pleased with my nails. $45 For the type of nails that I didn’t even want and are uneven bc they weren’t even filed? I don’t think so. I’m never coming back

The man doing my nails was extremely rude. I would never come here again. He yelled at me and my friend because we couldn’t understand him and cut my friends fingers. They were super aggressive and put a design on my friends nails she never asked for. While doing my friends nails he looked at her and goes “are u dumb??”. DO NOT WASTE UR TIME

The manicure was incredible. My feet feel so pampered. My stress levels plummeted as soon as I sunk my feet in the little tub and sat back into those comfy chairs. The ladies here are so sweet and very attentive to their customers needs. I felt taken care of and was very pleased with the finished product. My toes look great! I will be coming back soon.

I have tried a lot of nail places in Columbia and none compare to Nail Spa if you are looking for design. They can do any design you bring them and they also have hundreds of pictures in the salon to chose from too. They have all the glitter and rhinestones you can imagine. They are usually booked if you try to call the day of, so schedule ahead of time. But its worth the wait. Love this place!

Called at 9am, got in at 9:45am! Got the best manicure and pedicure of my life. Everyone was so nice and made sure I liked everything the whole time. Decided I wanted nail art and there were almost a hundred options to choose from! I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a manicure or pedicure in Columbia!

I have been here a few times to get my gel manicures, and I have yet to be disappointed in the end result. The salon itself is rather luxurious and very clean.The services here are reasonably priced, and the folks here work fast (but the results are obviously not suffering hence the five stars). I love getting in and out in a timely manner.

Absolutely love my nails! Honestly not exactly what I was looking for and I never did anything like this on my nails other than a solid color but I seriously love how it came out! The nail tech made sure I loved my nails before sending me off and if I didnt redo or fix certain parts. Definitely recommend and would go back again!

I absolutely love this nail salon! I get the SNS and they never fail. I even came during my lunch break for a quick refresh. Although they were a bit busy I was seen immediately and my nails came out perfect! When you are in the area please check them out. My new go to spot.

Im super picky about my gel manicures and does a fantastic job about 95% of the time. They get really close to the cuticle and sides of the nail bed. The really good people even put a layer of polish on the tip of your nails before doing a second coat of polish on the entire nail. I never go anywhere else now for my manicures.

This place is amazing!!! They work so hard to get everyone in and sometimes go without eating!! People that try to just walk in need to realize they do take appointments so even if the place is empty they could have someone coming in! I will not go anywhere else in COMO!!!

They were fast and professional

I had a bad experience here. The gentleman that did my nails was extremely rough, and I left with a total of 7 small cuts on my fingers because he was filing on my skin so excessively. Nails look great, but having to wear a band aid because one of the cuts is particularly painful doesn’t really make it worth it. He watched the football game on the TV during the entire service, which I wouldn’t of minded at all except he was rushing and was hurting me.

My gel came off less than a week after I got them done. I went in with a couple broken nails & one of the women working there said that just the gel will hold my nails—no glue needed. Of course a few days later both of my nails broke again, so I went back in. I had to argue with them to fix my nail! She told me it was my fault I did something to break them and I tried explaining I already had these and she said the gel would hold. They finally fixed them but not without snarky comments about how I can’t mess it up again. Also, the fix looked terrible. They didn’t even paint a new coat of paint on one of the nails that chipped and broke so it’s even more obvious than when my nail was just broken. By the way, the other nail that they just glued down on top of the gel and the nail (didn’t take off polish to fix my huge break) broke two days after that fix. This was my first time getting my nails done in Columbia Missouri and Never going back.

Really nice service, Im surprised after almost 3 weeks of growth there is no lifting or signs of damage. Especially because I wash dishes. Definitely worth the buzz.

During my recent family vacation, I had the pleasure of visiting Nail Spa. The owner and staff were friendly, attentive, and efficient in managing our party. See not only did I arrive without an appointment, I brought my entire family -- infant included. My husband, my 10 year old daughter, and myself were in an out the door in less 90 minutes. Hands down, great value in Columbia. I would visit them again.

I love going here! Im terrible at making appointments and they ALWAYS fit me in! I was late coming in on a Saturday and Tony opened early on a Sunday just to fit me in!! Ive been to many places in Columbia and theyre the Only place that has got me the perfect coffin shape I like! Definitely reccomend!!

I am not a person to complain and Im a very understanding, forgiving, and patient person . Ive been getting sculptured nails for over 27 years... And all Im going to say is this the worst experience Ive ever had... I will never go back here ever again because these people do not listen to what you tell them.

So, the pedicure that I received was phenomenal! She was great at what she did and really helped my feet!However, the gentleman that did my nails was very rude and inconsiderate. He literally tried filing off my thumb nails to cover up his mistake. My hands still hurt from him handling them.. I will not be going back and receiving his service

After an awful experience at Lisa Nail salon I came here for a full set pink/white. Manle did a wonderful job. I’m very picky and the lines where sharp, he listened to all of my requests and I am very happy with the outcome!

The place is very clean and my shellac mani and regular pedi were excellent! Finally, a tech who uses great care! I went a few weeks ago with my mom on a Sunday. There were 2 other customers and a steady flow of people that morning. Never did we feel rushed. The prices were very fair, too. Im happy!

Went here and they took my dip nails off without soaking them which damaged my nails completely. Then I paid $50 for dip that looks clear and my nails weren’t shaped. Don’t reccomend.

This place uses cheap gel polish. Their techs are great, especially the guy but he uses a cheap brand of gel polish, which dries lumpy and bubbly.

Honestly, they deserve 0 stars. I showed up at 940am. Walked in and the Chinese guy at the first did not even acknowledge my presence. I should’ve left then bc as a paying customer that is unacceptable. The lady in the back speaks and asked me to come back in a hour for a pedicure and overlay. The guy in the front didn’t say hello, how are you, anything. The only thing that came out his mouth was “come back.” Very rude, nasty attitude, and waved me off. I come a hour and walk in. The same guy then tells me “I’m not doing it. I’m too busy.” As he sit on his laptop and is on the internet. I explain that he told me to come back in a hour and he waves me off and is extremely rude! Long story short I will never spend a dime in there and you all shouldn’t either. LEARN SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE OR DONT OWN A SHOP! Y’all should instead book with Mallory from fabulous masterpieces downtown. She was booked so I came here and wasted my time and energy. Stop giving your money to places like this that don’t respect you, your time, or money!

These people are incredibly rude and do a terrible job. I can tolerate bad customer service if the nails come out good but they don’t at all. I asked for a French ombré and you could see streaks. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.
