Really great experience yesterday. The technician was very kind and gentle. Toes look great!! Another time I brought 4 other people with me to get services (2 were young children) and we all had a great experience. Lots of laughs, super kind to the kids, and professional atmosphere. We didn’t have to wait long to be seen either. They just called my cellphone when they were ready to take all 5 of us!

I’ve been here several times Today the sheriff was here & technician got side tracked. She was suppose to put another tip on but she did her own thing. She shaped my nail like the tip I didn’t ask her to do this. They still tried to charge me MiMi & the other lady who always direct me to others. Mimi said she was the manager very upset about today service.

Sidney is the only person I’d go to when I went here. She is so kind and professional! She takes her time and does your nails exactly the way you request.

Pls do not go to this location, very very bad service .Cindy and Neena were extremely rude, tears nearly came to my eyes .I wish I could speak to the owner, these 2 ladies need to be removed from their job immediately, especially Neena .

I came in on a walk in basis. I wanted a pedicure, manicure, and my eyebrows waxed.The team there were professional, clean, knowledgeable, and kind.I was so impressed by the precision of the pedicurist and manicurist. I have never been to a place where they took their time to execute perfection.Les Nails is the best salon I have ever been to by far.

Im not giving this place any stars but unfortunately I cant write this review without one star . The simple fact that I went to get my eye brows done, and I cant even explain to u how Im feeling right now. My whole eye is swollen and Ive never had this happen in my entire life, but as soon as I come here something happens so its something she did wrong on my eye brows and she failed to take care of what needed to be addressed I am beyond upset with the situation. Ido not suggest anyone to get there service dont here.I have photos to prove that someone did a bad job and she didnt use proper procedure for state bored regulations so now Im reporting them to state boredU will here from my lawyer .

First time at this salon was really great. First time I really felt comfortable with both the place and the technician. I enjoyed the massage chair and the service. I felt included in conversations, which never happens in any if the other nail salons Ive been to. Happy with the pedicure and wax service. Would recommend to a friend and return myself.

Let me first say Sydney is the best one there... by far! Only. Go. To. Sydney. I typically get gel fill ins. She takes great care in doing my nails. She doesnt make you wait a long time if you make an appointment. She makes sure the shape is right, the polish is great, and I feel fabulous every time I leave. Sydney is 5 stars, without a doubt; but, Im giving the salon 4 stars because it could be a bit cleaner and I think the other staff could be a little nicer. Theres also been multiple times where I pick a color from the nail samples and then they dont have it, which makes me sad. Otherwise... Sydney is the best!

Went to get a gel manicure. It went pretty well and I followed my nail tech to the front desk to pay. My service was $40. Usually a gel mani is $30-35. I asked and apparently they’ve started charging to take off gel polish. The nail tech didn’t tell me before hand and I hadn’t been charged that fee with this establishment before.

Came in one week ago for a full set. Today my nail popped off while I was sitting in my car not doing anything. I go to have nail replaced. The woman who replaced my nail stood at the sink as I was telling her I needed my nail fixed. After staring for a while she says she is no longer working (though she remained in the shop the entire time it took to wait and get my nail fixed) older woman begins to fix my nail. I notice her technique is not the same for a coffin nail but I allow her to finish assuming she should be able to complete nail. After filing I show her the nails are not the same and I want the coffin shape to resemble the nails I have. She repeatedly says she will file shorter while I repeatedly advise her that the length is not the problem it’s the shape. She inserts I should go to the same person. I tell her as a nail tech she should be able to provide the service the customer is paying for. After three attempts she still fails to make a coffin nail, does not paint the nail nicely and is very dismissive. I STILL paid for the service. She leaves my money on the counter and walks away. As I think about it immediately after I leave I turn around and request that it be done over. They tell me I need to wait because now they’re “busy”. Do not waste your time at this establishment. Rude and unaccommodating. I only came last week because I was in the area and I came back to have nail done by the sane person / salon to avoid being pressured to get a new set due to shady business salons practice over competition. We must stop patronizing businesses that disregard us and don’t provide optimal service to paying customers. I won’t ever return. My nail looks ridiculous. Maybe if I’d been belligerent and irate I’d have better results. Instead I’ll bring awareness to others as word of mouth is one of the most effective ways to hurt them in the only place they care.. their pockets. Don’t spend your money here.

This place does not deserve any stars. I ave been coming to this location for years only because I live 5 minutes from the mall. For a year now, Ive stopped going. I would go for a pedicure from one lady who is bubbly. Other than that, the customer service is poor. The manager is rude and dismissive at times. I went there two days ago, which was officially my last day going there, to get a full set ( acrylic). I wanted to take the ones I had on off and get a new set. The lady starts to cut down the nail and attempts to peel it off like a banana peel. It was painful and yelled ouch. I asked her if this was the normal way to do this because I am new to wearing nails and she said she could dip it but it takes longer. I said yes! please do, especially if it is safer, dont you at least care for my nails safety? .. silence. The lady proceeded to continuously ask me what I am getting after I had signed in and said full set and another co worker told her I wanted a full set and after I had told her I wanted a full set 2 times. She asks me if I want to get powder then says if I get powder I cant get a full set....? why ask me that when I said I want a full set. The workers are highly lazyyy. They do not care if you are a loyal customer and tip. I went to Bliss Nail Spa at the Wilde Lake Village Center. They were wayyy more polite and professional. I never plan on returning to Les nail salon even if they offered to do my nails for free. I have other friends who live around the area who have also stopped coming due to the staff being rude and inattentive and its evident in the small amount of people I see in the shop when I walk by that they have lost many customers

I went here the first time and I’ve been going ever since !I love this place.. I get acrylics done all the time and they’re so strong they never break my polish always looks amazing and the service couldn’t be better. Thanks

Me and my daughter have been going to this place for years and had no problems. Until one day my nail broke. I go back within 2 hours of getting my nails done and the Manager tried to charge me five dollars to get my nail fixed even after I tipped above and beyond. We will not be going back here again.

I wish I could insert a picture...nail tech did not shape my nails the way I wanted. Or paint the entire nail on a few fingers. The acryllic is also really really thick. I stopped here without looking at all the one star reviews. Good luck if you go there and check each finger/toe before paying. **I do not recommend gel polish there either.

THE WORST NAIL SALON EVER! My GEL polished chipped on my toes and acrylic set after 1 DAY. All of my nails are uneven and the picture I showed the lady of what I wanted I did not get. I got the complete opposite. They got rude when I came back demanding too fix my nails. DO NOT COME HERE SAVE YOURE MONEY

Treated our dad to his first pedicure. They treated us wonderfully.,....dad got to have a complimentary wine and he was in heaven. Definitely coming back. Good service, clean and friendly

Terrible. Not filed evenly, expensive and did not even buff nails. Kept reading ipad or some kind of tablet throughout. She did not have a clean station. Did not even put lotion on my hands as I saw others do. Just awful and unclean. The picture doesnt even show she hit my skin and when I pulled away, she stopped cleaning underneath.

Will never go back here. Rude and unprofessional people. Overcharged me for a gel manicure. When asked why being charged $45.00 she said to go where they charge cheaper. Then she changed her tune, but had already lost a customer. Will not be back.

Rude, Lazy Customer Service. They Rush you in and out. You are nothing but money. The quality of service is extremely inconsistent . They dont mind sending you out with a lumpy acrylic set. Every time I went, the service got worse and my nails began LIFTING sooner and They would blame me. 2 weeks and 4 lifted nails is not the fault of the customer. I had to end it.

I came here to get my eyebrows done and it was horrible. She spent no time on the waxing itself, leaving lots of hairs in the center and making the eyebrows themselves mismatched and misshapen. She left wax on my face that I later had to soak off and she didnt add anything to soothe it. The horrible job cost me $16 and Ill be filling in my eyebrows for the next month. This place may be fine for nails, but I do not recommend going here for waxing.

Paid $30 plus tip for a gel french manicure, It has been 5 days and they are already chipped and look terrible unfortunately I dont live in the area or I would go back and complain. I asked for a simple design with my french manicure and my tech told me she was unable to do anything other than plain white. Paid with my debit card but was asked to tip in cash because they dont get the tips if it is put on the card. There is another nail salon in the mall and it was very busy, I would suggest going there instead.

Absolutely horrible. I asked for an almond shaped nail and it was no where it. Nails were uneven and started lifting after just one week. Never ever again. I’m a beauty blogger and I will not recommend.

First of all, some of the workers are extremely rude. My original pedicure is 37 dollars. If you want Gel, they try to charge you another 30. UNEXCEPTABLE. Definitely will NOT be back. Also you don’t have any cellular service and they will not give you their WiFi.

Id finished shopping and was going to leave the mall to move on to the next thing on my to-do list. As I was heading toward an exit, though, I saw that a heavy rain storm had started outside, so I decided to hang around in the mall to wait it out. Id planned to get my nails done that day, somewhere else, but thought I would give Les Nails a chance since I was stuck inside the mall. The greeting from the nail tech was not friendly, she just asked what I wanted and told me to pick a color and then sit down to wait for her. This salon is not clean by anyones standards and I absolutely would not advise getting a mani or pedi here because I cant imagine they keep their tools sanitary -- all I decided to get was gel polish on my natural nails. The tech cut my natural nails down to the length I wanted, they were all even in length, and this was probably the only thing that was done correctly. Next, she began filing my nails, and while doing this she filed them in a way that resulted in them not being a uniform shape. I politely and calmly asked her, a couple of times, if she could make the shape more uniform, and she would make a few motions on one nail, but didnt seem interested in making them look great. She moved on to the gel polish and though the color was nice -- all credit goes to me on that point -- the tech didnt paint the sides of my nails completely, but somehow still got polish on my skin around my nails. At this point, I realized the tech just didnt care at all. In the end, my nails look good, if you dont look at them too long. I dont think the work was nearly worth $20 and I wont be returning to this nail salon for as long as I live.

I have been going to this place for years and had no problems. Until one day my daughter nail broke. We didn’t understand why, we came back to get it fixed. There Manager tried to charge me five dollars to get her nail fixed. I showed her the receipt that we was just here the day before. We paid $190 witch included tips. I put my translator on my phone, she called us all kinds of disrespectful names. Another lady said we do not do a full fill-ins anymore. I showed her what she said from my phone and she asked us to leave. I filed a complaint with the security guard and the Malls complaint office. Also with the police for races profiling. I will never return to this place with my money. We will see them in court.

I get my nails done regularly every two weeks somewhere else, but had an emergency so I missed my normal appointment time so I popped into the mall hoping they could do a good job. Not only do they not know how to do basic acrylics the salon was dirty and gross. My nails were supposed to be white they are a dirty grey color she got gel polish on my hands and did not bother cleaning it. My nails were bumpy and misshapen. They were beyond rude when I demanded my money. Save your money ....

I went here based on the Google review rating. Worst manicure Ive ever had. My nails are uneven and she even clipped what she THOUGHT was cuticle, causing my thumb to bleed for about ten minutes. That still hurts days later! Im keeping it clean and hoping it doesnt get infected. Heed my warning (or check Yelp: it has a 2-star rating there).

Probably the worst manicure Ive ever gotten. I was on my lunch break and didnt have time to scrutinize before I left. I got in my car and realized that my nails were filed uneven, I had jagged edges, the polish wasnt smooth. I paid $35 for a gel mani! Never again. Oh, and this was just yesterday, and Im already chipping.

This established tried to publicly humiliate my daughter by accusing her of stealing clear nail polish. Clear nail polish Who does that? She demanded that they search her publicly, just as they tried to humiliate her publicly. When all was said and done and they were clearly in the wrong, they actually had the nerve to ask her if she still wanted her nails done. Ummm... no thank you.
