I’ve been coming here for couple months now I’ve been to the three girls that work there they all are really good and Friendly I’m pretty bas at explaining what I wanna get done but they always do a good job I always love my nails

The woman who did my wax coughed the entire time! Very disturbing during a pandemic. If an employee is sick they shouldnt be working . Rude staff, overpriced for the mediocre work they do, I came on time for my appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes for them to start. Would give them a 0 if I could.

Kelly did not honor the poor job she did. If your nails are done with poor quality, the owner should honor something different without threatening to charge you for a polish change. The nail polish was old. There were air bubbles and the polish lifted at the cuticle.

Today i went to get a full set and pedicure it was great. Candy was my nail tech she was very courteous. Her work was very clean, and she did a awesome job sculpting my nails. Pricing was reasonable. Overall a great experience!

I love it there.its very clean, soft music thats relaxing, very nice conversations, They get you in and out, open to new nail ideas, good price, and you get what you ask for. 🥰

I went in to get the service done recommended by my sister thinking that I was going to be charge the same price that they charge my sister and got charged $20 more I feel like they pick and choose the people who they want to charge for they services and it’s not fair disappointed Only reason why I got the eyelash extension is because I’m getting ready to attend my dad funeral which hurts I just look at life different...

Titi did her magic! And she was attentive and quick. I dont like sitting long. I told her I wanted diamond and she gave me a splendid design. Also day time before lunch on weekday there was hardly anyone there . It was a win win kinda day.

Never Ever again!I got my nails done on a Thursday. The fill was horrible. My nails were bulky. They started lifting on Sunday. I went back on Mon and was asked,do I want it GLUED?ABSOLUTELY NOTA different nail tech fixed my nail and noticed the bad bulky job that was done. She attempted to fix a few. She re polished the nails she fixed after they dried I noticed the color was off a little. Instead of her taking it off she tried to convince me that it was cute.They have a sign that says: no talking on speaker phone. She (the nail tech) did just that. Had a entire personal conversation on her loud speaker phoneNever again 😒And 3 days later......another nail lifted🤦🏽‍♀️

Every time I make an appointment they get me in and out. Kelly, TeeTee, Santa, Lee and Candy are very friendly and professional. My fill, pedi and waxing are always done well and last two weeks. Can’t stay away.

The ladies are always really friendly and do a great job on nails and eyebrows! This is the only place I get my eyebrows done at.

They messed my nails up they do not look right and my nails are crooked and my cousin nails are not how she asked for them to be and my sister nails ugly and messed up

I thought they were better than the others, but they have a lot to learn about what people like today in terms of style, when it come to nail design. I do go here from time to time for lashes brows pedicures sometimes tips or just gel polish. I have no pics unfortunately and I don’t know names but as soon as you walk in the door the lady in the front middle is the best and also the manager(new)

I have been going to future nails at least monthly for the past 11 years. I love the owners and their staff. Today I went for a pedicure and eye brow waxing and I sadly disappointed. As a mom of young kids this is my me time. I wanted an ice relaxing pedicure and extra attention so I sprung for the spa pedicure. There were a bunch of new people working there and I got a new person (I didnt make an appointment). She was very fast, barely exfoliated/scrubbed my feet which were in need and was included in the spa pedicure, didnt give a very good massage and my nails werent shaped/filed well at all. I had my eyebrows waxed by the man who owns/used to own?? the place and he was great. I plan to go back but will make an appointment and make sure I get people I know do and amazing job, like Kim or the owners.

I had a wonderful first experience at Future Nails! My grandmother wanted to get her nails done so I googled a few places and came across future nails, read the reviews and decided to go. We went in, was greeted right away by Kelly, (chair on the left behind the desk) and my grandma was sat down right away. Kelly did an amazing job on my grandmothers gel manicure! While my grandmother was getting her nails Done, I saw how attentive and detailed Kelly was, I stated that I wished I had came to future nails 2 days ago when I got my nails done at a previous salon. She asked to look at them, we agreed that they were awful. She hooked me up on the house, with some flawless pink nails ❤️ She didn’t have to do that, but because of that she now has 2 returning customers 💯💗 thank you Kelly and Future nails! Will be back soon 😌

My mother and I have been going to Future Nails for about 18years. I have strayed on occasion but always went back. The owners know us well and are very personable and treat us like family. Always a great experience.

I’ve been going to this place for a while. I went yesterday (5/24/2018) for a first time in a long time. I was greeted immediately but Tammy. She was detailed and really did my mani/pedi very well. I’m looking forward to going back to her.

New in the area, tried it because my nail tech is about an hour and a half away into Southern Maryland. Sad to say that this place is out of style. If you want solid, thick, colored nails with a terrible shape this is your place. They are unable to do something as simple as an Ombré, yet still charge an arm for a terrible job. Went back a second time hoping it was Just the nail tech I got. But none of them have design skills besides solid colors 🤷🏻‍♀️

Horrible experience...After reading the reviews I thought Future Nails would be a great place to treat my friends to a luxury nail salon. Unfortunately, getting my manicure I over heard each employee at future nails speak very badly about thier customers feet while giving pedicures.Thankfully, being bilingual I can understand multiple languages. 🤓I never imagined a place in Columbia Maryland which is a upscale community speak about their customers with so much disrespect. I figured if they think we can not understand their language its okay to talk about us.(smh)Also, I noticed the prices they quoted is NOT the same; they over charge customers.All in all, after my friends and I received our manicures, pedicures and several full nail gel sets we were very displeased with there services.We were shocked and confused on how this establishment do not clean their utensils nor change their emery boards after each customer and past but not least talk bad about thier paying customer. This NOT a place I would feel comfortable returning to nor recommed anyone to visit Future Nails in Columbia off of Cradlerock. Please advise and be aware! 😞💅#NoStars -5 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible this place has been horrible since I was little. They only do one design. They do horrible eyebrows. A teenage girl did my eyebrows twice and each time they looked horrible. The only reason Im giving two stars is because the workers are typically very nice.

Very nice people but I received a gel manicure for 30 dollars and it came off within the week they also are very unsanitary and will place your feet and hands back in dirty water after scraping dead skin from your hands and feet, They are very lucky that the health department doesn’t pay them a visit so I won’t be back

Where are the old owners😩😩very disappointed in the new owners I should of known better when I walk in early afternoon on a Sat and there sitting the waiting on customers lesson learned
