Mary is SO talented and does a great job with lashes AND brows. She offers such a great price for amazing quality of lashes, as well as having customers in and out of the salon within 30 minutes. Mary Piper did my eyelash extensions, she was AMAZING. Fast and looked stunning for a very low price. You will not find this kind of service and price anywhere else in or around Columbia. I got a partial set for $50 in thirty minutes tops and it looks like a full set. All lashes are covered and I dont have to wear any mascara. Definitely staying here forever for lashes!!!

I absolutely love aesthetic studio nails! Jamie always does an amazing job literally the best nail tech I have ever had the pleasure of getting my nails done by. Emily threads my eyebrows shes fast and doesnt take too much off. Shes got a great personality always upbeat! Over all I really enjoy the staff they are always kind and they remember me. They also do their job to the fullest and that is so hard to find!

Annalise always provides expert service for my nails. She is highly skilled at her job. I have been going to Annalise over 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. I have been all over the world, and had my nails done in numerous places. New York, to South Korea, to Afghanistan (not that I had my nails done in country) and numerous states in between. This was LITERALLY the MOST that someone doing my nails actually cared. Mary took a huge chunk of her time to give me the nail art that I was really looking for. She put so much care into it that I was astonished, and thankful. She sculpted them to my fingers and didnt use tips. Ive never had it done this way, LOVE it, never want to go back to tips.. The tips pull on my fingernails underneath, these ones feel like my real nails but with the firmness I love and expect of acrylic. For the first time my nails actually fit my hands. (I have strange thumbs that usually come out looking weird). Not only ALL of this, but the atmosphere was lovely. I without a doubt would give this place a 100 out of 100. My only complaint is that I will be moving from Columbia in a few months and I finally found a place that I LOVE!! Im going to be so upset!

I called and asked about a service and the woman who answered said they were a “waist of time and money” in a very rude tone. I then asked about the pricing of eyelash extensions and before she answered she hung up on me. Extremely rude, will never be going here.

This is the best place in all Mid-Missouri to get your eyelashes done. Mary is very talented, informative, and creative. I highly recommend if you are looking for lash extentions that looks very natural and will not damage your own THIS is the place for you!!

Dinair makeup system is amazing. It is so easy to apply thanks to the excellent instructions by Mary. Even when I perspire, my make up stays fresh looking. I would highly recommend DINAIR to everyone that likes to look their best. This is yet another product that Mary highly recommended and it certainly has proven to be true. Where to start...- Im not shy to curse words, but in a place of business where you have customers is not a place to be constantly saying the f-word. Seriously? The, I assume, owner couldnt get her computer to work and she verbally expressed it through vulgar language.- I was talking about having my nails done and the words orientals and vietnamese kept being dropped. Its not great business to bash the opponents with such racial slurs. The come over here and just take over everything. Stupid people. Theres better ways to explain your distaste and promote how you have a better system.- I asked if she could do nail art. The expression I got was as if I had three heads and was a compelte idiot. I was then told, Honey, I dont know what youre saying. I dont do that. I just dont even know what that means. Nail. Art. I told her maybe a little design of a flower or just something of the sort. What? What do you mean design? I paint nails. Then, she proceeded to show me her works of art of painting the entire Wizard of Oz cast on nails. Theres no doubt in her talent, but in her ability to understand what someone wants is awful as well as expressing not understanding simple questions.- My mother wanted her nails done a certain way. She just wanted them cut and painted. The owner (I assume, again) explained how it doesnt damage the nails to have them painted this certain way she does them, but the square cute she wouldnt do since thats not a natural nail shape. Um, my mother wanted them cut that way for a reason. The lady refused, then proceeded with painting the nails. She still roughed them up. My mom has great nails, and really just needed paint and a shine, but it took her a few months to fix what was done to them. They werent smooth, and they were brittle. Oddly we were assured they would be stronger than ever. Weird.- Overall, I wasnt impressed. The end product didnt look bad, but getting there was awful. Im not really sure how theyre still in business with a personality like that.

Awful experience. I paid over $60 and my nails looked down right awful. The one accent nail on each hand looked like something my 6 year old niece could draw. And all I wanted was a chevron design!! My nails were uneven, misshapen, and down right ugly. Never ever ever will I go back.

I never actually got a chance to try out this studio, but hear me out. After looking at numerous reviews, I had messaged Aesthetic Studio on Facebook. I let them know that I was interested in coming in to have eyelash extensions done. This is (I think) the only place in Columbia that does them. I told them I was concerned with previous reviews that stated how racist remarks were made and asked if these statements were true. No reply. There has been at least 3+ reviews that mentioned racism and specifically against Vietnamese people. I am Vietnamese and do NOT tolerate any form of racism. I wanted to know for myself before I walked into a negative encounter. I sent the message October 1st, saw that it was read on October 5th, and I have yet to receive a reply from this business. Fair to say, the unprofessionalism shows.

Was visiting Columbia a year ago and went in to get a fill. I asked about the prices and told the woman that it was more than I usual spend but if she could do it I didnt mind spending the extra amount. She then told me Well, were not Vietnamese. I dont know what that is suppose to mean. It felt racist so I told her no thanks and walked out.What she said bothered me so much that passing back through Columbia I remembered the shop and am now FINALLY writing a review. I dont patronize racism and would have gladly paid the extra charge if she had kept her bigotry to herself. It felt as if she were saying were White so we charge more. Bravo..you lost my business.

Horrible place. I will never go back. I waited in the sitting area for about 10 mins before anyone acknowledged me and 20 mins before the lady that was doing my nails came out of the back, I only got there 5 mins early. The lady that did my nails was a complete racist, she was bad mouthing orientals and Vietnamese like they killed her dog and cursed the entire time she was doing my nails, Id say she dropped the F bomb 20+ times. I later found out this was the owner, I was completely astonished. She painted my damn cuticles, all I was getting done was a shellac paint. As soon as I left I went to get them redone at another nail salon and they couldnt believe that a professional had done them. Overall horrible service and attitudes in this establishment. To top it off when I was leaving the girl ringing me out asked me Dont you want to put a tip on this transaction?. I couldnt believe what I was hearing.

I had my eye brows threaded by Jennifer and they looked completely different. I had to pay to have them redone else where! Very disappointed!
