I used the salons on-line appointment system to get a manicure appointment. When I got to the salon they did not have me down. The woman at the desk was rude and did not particularly care. She called another woman who told me in order to actually secure an appointment they require me to give them my credit card info on-line so they can charge me if I miss the appointment (the appointment site made it seem optional). I did not provide that info. I do not know who all has access to my card information through their appointment system nor how long they keep my information on file or how secure my information will be. The services at this salon are nothing special and I will not do this to get an appointment. If you do it GOOD LUCK,

I don’t normally post negative reviews, but I rely heavily on reviews when trying a new place. I would not recommend this business. My technician was ok. She was nice and did her job. But she left before I was done so had to deal with another technician when I encountered a problem. I had a pedicure and my nails would not dry, even after standing 10 minutes at the “drying machine”. I’ve had several pedicures and never had this problem. I was told it would take 24 hrs for polish to dry and I could not wear shoes, socks or sleep with blankets or sheet at night so polish could dry over night. Again, this is a first for me. I was also told they don’t do gel polish on toes, so this was my only option. Not ideal for a pedicure.

Jessica is always prompt, upbeat and does a great job waxing and tinting my eyebrows.

Beautiful salon. I have had my nails, toes and hair done. My teenage daughter has had her hair and toes done as well. Jessica gave us her full attention. She remembered our conversation from before. She is so sweet and nice. I have finally found a place to go to get everything done. No more going to 2-3 places. I cant wait to get a massage.

I had bought a gift certificate for my wife to have a manicure/ pedicure. She loved it and stated they treated her very professionally. She later took her elderly mom in for a pedicure and they accomodated her special circumstances.

I liked this place but for some reason was under the impression that they only used natural products which is not the case. But the technicians are super nice and fun. I enjoyed my time there.

I got tinsel put in my hair today. It was cheap and easy and there were a lot of color options! The woman who did my hair was so sweet and speedy. She was very nice when I called a few days prior to set up my appointment and ask some question. I didnt get anything like a haircut or nails or anything done, but I dont have a go-to spot. So I will definitely give them a try for those services too because the customer service was 10/10 today and the environment was very clean and cute!

This salon is the only place I will go to get my nails done. They are very clean and use products with no formaldehyde and safer in general. My manicures (on natural nails) can last from 1-2 weeks and they shape them nice. My pedicures can last a month or more. Quality products and people.

Love this place! Its the only place I go to get my nails done. The staff is lovely and I think their natural practices really help keep my nails healthy.

If you go to Natural Nails, you haaaave to get your nails done by Andrea. If I had never had my nails done by the other girl, this salon would have been a five. Andreas manicures are superb- they last a long time, shes chatty without being intrusive, and she always goes the extra mile to make me feel pampered. The girl I had last time though... not great. Not only were my nails showing tip wear after 2 days, she lectured me about eating right and using sunscreen during the manicure. Not that that isnt good advice, but advice isnt exactly what Im looking for when getting a manicure. That plus the fact that the polish was a little uneven near my cuticles (and my cuticles didnt look any better after she was done), made the whole experience not worth the $28 (plus tip). Good salon overall, you just have to get the right girl.

Jessica, the salon owner is truly concerned about her patrons. She gives you her undivided attention and will be sure that you enjoy your experience at her salon. Shes my stylist and I absolutely love her and the relaxing experience I have with her. She always makes sure that I like my cut and style before I leave. I have referred friends and coworkers to her and they say the same things about her. An added bonus, her prices are very reasonable. I havent treated myself to a mani or pedi yet, but I will. She also does permanent makeup. She did mine☺

I have been getting my hair cut hear for 3 years and I wouldnt go anywhere else. I always get in quickly and she does a great job!

Just got a pedicure done today, and it was the worst. Terrible Job, and Very Expensive ($38). The inside is also gross. The lady that did my nails was nice, but thats about it. Poor Job and WAY overpriced for what you get!

I get my nails done on a weekly basis, and thought it would be fun to try a new place...bad decision. They make you take off your own polish, the technician was uncouth, and obviously fresh out of beauty school. I had one of the worst pedis Ive ever had...I could have done a better job myself and saved $35. A tacky salon, with broken/noisy pedi chairs, and and terrible service!! I hate to say it but it was all together white-T.
