Well, I had a different worker today. Normally I could give a 5 star, but she did good. She just seem kinda distance today.

I would not recommend they do not deserve one star. I’m am new to the area and went in to check out the prices and overall atmosphere! I spoke upon entering and told her I was viewing the price list and I’m new to the area. I took a snapshot of the list posted on the wall and of what services they offer. Upon leaving the lady ran to the door very rude and loud and demanded my phone and for me to delete the price list. She reached for my phone and blocked the door. I asked her to please move and that I would delete it but she had no right to be rude, block the door, or scream at me! I have never in my life felt racially profiled as I did today out of nowhere! I told her that I would not ever do business and that to move because she could not try to stop my of my rights. She actually tried to hold me against my will all while talking to me as if I was less than. She told me she didn’t want my business. With everything going on in America why are African Americans still getting this type of treatment and from a group they we stand in solidarity with because of the recent Asian killings. Let me not leave out she was servicing a white woman and treated her with the upmost respect! All of this about a pic or their prices and services smh and yes I uploaded the price list too since it was so sacred to her that she was willing to put her life in danger over smh! I could have been a business owner or wanted to use there service for a group! FROM NOW ON I WILL ONLY BUY AND SHOP BLACK OWNED BUSINESS

I came by this nail salon with 2 friends. Once we walked in, we asked how long of a wait it would be and they said 30 minutes (we understood since we didnt have appointments). We ended up waiting for 2 hours even though people who walked in after us without appointments for mani-pedis had come and gone already. Once we finally were seated at the manicure chairs, the woman who was doing my nails continuously left to serve other guests (working the register, waxing eyebrows, etc.). I understand that it can be stressful working with only 5 staff members, but it would be advisable for them to just take the customers that they can (rather than refusing to turn away service for a few extra bucks). For the price of $45 (not including tip), I did not receive the nail look that I had wanted. The polish doesnt reach the bottom of my acrylics, some were applied crooked, and the nail shape (almond) was overly sharp- resulting in me having to come home and file them the way that I had wanted them to look originally (this still did not help the crookedness of multiple nails). While I appreciate that they apologized for the wait, it does not make up for the unprofessional service that my friends and I had received. I will not be coming back to this establishment and you shouldnt either. Save your money.

I just had my nails done 3 days ago with gel polish and my nails has broken and my polish is chipping and coming off. This is the worst I have ever seen. A waist of $45 . I nails usually last 3 weeks st a time when I get them done elsewhere. I will never go back and would not recommend them to anyone. They are not friendly at all.

Went there for the 1st time. My manager said it was a good place. The guy took almost 2 hours to do the dip on my nails! When he got done they looked so bad. I called and spoke to the manager and she said she would fix it. She did a much better job. She told me next time she would not charge when I came back. I made sure I asked her that is what she said. She said yes. I called today to remind her of what she said. She said that she remembered me but I pay $5. Okay that’s fine it’s just $5. No she was going to give me $5 off. She started taking off the dip (not the proper way to do it) and then she stopped when I told her that’s not what she said. She then stops and I had to ask well can you at least finish my one hand. Someone came in to get their brows done so I got up and left. She does good work but will not go back because that is not what she told me.

I went the other day and I got acrylic with gel polish and overall it was poor quality. The man who did my nails did a very messy job and got polish on my cuticles and he didn’t fix it. You can see through the paint and it was done sloppy.

Ive been in this salon twice, but I wont be returning. Went with a friend both times, and the first time, it was great. I had pedicures done both times, and the girl I had the first time was fantastic. Unfortunately, the second time we went, they were soon to close, and rushed to complete our services. Both my friend and I had issues after the fact, and it was likely due to them rushing to get us finished instead of providing quality work regardless of closing time.Neither one of us want to go back anymore, and they only get a 2 star from me because first time was really good.

My first experience wasnt a good one. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The gentleman began to apply gel polish without doing the manicure so I had to stop him. He then started filing my nails without asking the shape. Then looks at me for approval after filing a few nails and asks me Round? I replied, No, thats what you ask prior. I came again today because there was no one in there (figures) and I thought Id give them a second chance. Someone named Linda did my nails and she was not very hospitable. She was rude and somewhat disrespectful. Nevertheless, I paid for my service. This is my suggestion, do not pay your hard earned money for a terrible experience.

Im sadden at the bad reviews.😢 Ive been going to Creative Mails since March 14, 2013, the day before my son married & Ive had nothing but great service from this establishment since & yesterday I went because I hadnt been in awhile & again great Service as always. I enjoy chatting with Phillip & he did a amazing job, he was very nice, gentle & patient & of course I definitely will be returning. ☺💯💯

The worst experience Ive ever dealt with in my life!!! Never had I felt so unwelcome, uncomfortable in a place where its supposed to be relaxing. Walked in, no one came to greet me. I told them what I wanted from across the room and was rushed to pick out a color that I didnt really want because I didnt get a real chance to see all the selections. While removing the gel polish from a previous manicure, the man providing my services was drilling the gel off and burned my skin a few times without remorse. He tossed my hands like they belonged to a rag doll completely with no respect. To top it all off, he didnt even give me what I paid for (by then Ive already paid). I asked for a matte finish and didnt receive that. Another person had to slap a matte coat that didnt even covered my whole nail. Never again will I return. Save your money and go somewhere where they treat you like respect!!! And I told them they will receive a review from me and that Im never returning.

Very unprofessional and rude. Will not go back. Tech got annoyed that I didnt go for the more expensive gel nails. So she was not very friendly. What was supposed to be a relaxing mothers day present turned out to be a rather upsetting event.I noticed none of them had a South Carolina nail tech license on display.Really bad vibes in this salon. Never again.

They used the nail drill harshly last time but Im pretty sure in this state its illegal to use nail drill because you cant sanitize it. Nails were not filed evenly. Also a lot of build up under the nail.

Ruined my nails! I had gel polish on and wanted to take it off and just have a clear shellac manicure. The older man started out fine by soaking my nails so the polish would melt off. I think they started getting busy and I guess he was impatient so he picked up an electric file and started to file off the polish a little. I was a little worried at first but just did a little and continued to soak. It was partly my fault for not paying better attention (I was listening to a book on my ear buds) because I when he picked up the file again, he filed into my my actual nail bed and ruined my nails. It will take me months to get them healthy again. He said he did it because he thought I was getting Gel again. Honestly that is no excuse. They should NEVER use an electric file to remove Gel polish.

Im a big fan of Creative Nails! Everyone is always friendly and I rarely have to wait. I usually get gel polish and a pedicure and I love how long both last! I definitely recommend!

Said their top line was gel nails... It isnt, shellac they called it. True gel nails will not crack.

I attempted to get a design on my toes that I had asked beforehand if they were able to do. They said yes. The design looked as if my 4 year old did it. I told him to just remove it and to do a simple flower. He couldnt even do that. He and his staff began speaking in their foreign language and laughing. Very disrespectful. If you didnt know how to do a design, you shouldve stated that in the beginning so I wouldnt have expected it. Staff is rude and disrespectful. I felt very unwelcomed. Stay away from this place. Its not worth your hard earned money!!!

I was going regularly bi-weekly to receive a gel mani & pedi for 8 years before the new owners who are there currently and right away i felt strangely uncomfortable, then i was asked by the owner how am I able to pay for my visits?? Which was rude and gave me clarity of the feeling i had all along. Ill let you be the judge. And although the husband is a good nail tech he is disrespectful, short fused and does not like customer telling him how he or she want their nails to look. Sadly i will never go back!!!!!!

I would never go there again, the lady kept snatching my hand. She rushed and my nails are uneven, lopsided and she was very unprofessional. It was over priced just for a fill. I’ve never regretted going to a nail place until I went there. Next time I’ll stick with my gut feeling when I read the reviews not to go there

Happy with my gel nails. There were some slight communication issues. I showed them a picture of how i wanted my nails to look and was told they werent able to do it. It was a shiny black nail with matte black tips..

There is one guy in there that will leave polish on your nails and will put the gel right over top of it. I dont know his name I avoid him like the plague. Kevin is great and does a great job!

The girl that does nails is alittle ditz but Kevin is really kind and does a good job! I plan on sticking with this place until they give me a reason to switch which hopefully they wont!😃 Prices are not bad either. I recommend trying this place out!

Ive never had any issues and love going in to this nail salon. Theyve really increased their selection of colors for gel polish which is great!

The service was terrible. I got the gel French tips, 2 days later they started looking a different color. I go up there and they say I have done something and it is my fault. This happened to my coworker who got a gel color as well. It is not worth the money and I have never had this happen with any other salon. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

My nails were uneven, chunky and the shape was just a blob, they didnt put enough polish on my nails so I could see through it and then when I went back to tell her my nails were uneven, she started to file my nails very aggressive and once I left my nails were still UNEVEN

Awful I called to ask if they did gel nails they said yes so I made appointment. After filing my nails he pulls out powder, gel is gel not powder, I just let him do them. Wavy, misformed, thick. Very unhappy wont go back

The lady doing eyebrows was rude and rough. Told her My eyebrows were uneven and she flipped. She snatched the money from my hands and i couldnt even get a thank you come again. By far the worst place i ever been.

I only come here to get my eyebrows done the lady that does them is very nice, besides that I wont get anything else done, ive gotten a fullset done the shape and formation of my nails were horrible and they are over priced I dont recommend getting your nails done here ..

I will NEVER go back to this nail salon. I had an appointment and then waited 40 min just to get someone over to do my nails. The guy that did my nails did such a bad job on doing white tips that a couple of my nails came off within DAYS of going there. Not worth it.
