I loved my experience here and how my nails came out! The tech was excellent and the salon was clean!

My nails were ruined by another salon. I came here and Lee-Anne (not sure if I spelled her name right) told me she would try her best. She made my nails look amazing! Will definitely go back and book with her again.

I truly enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, so when I visit my family in Maryland, my daughter treat me to a great Mani/Pedi. The experience is so soothing, honestly I enjoy the massage more than anything. My legs & feet feel rejuvenated and relaxed. I highly recommend this place.

I never saw myself visiting here because I thought they were to high come to find out their prices are the same as every where else anyway my pedicure was nice

Everyone was very friendly in shop but they didnt follow health inspection rules. Items were used that were not sanitized. Be careful!!

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work that they did. I could’ve done a better job at my house by myself. I was in there for approximately 15 minutes. They have to fast my nails. When I left and I looked at my nails there are these chunks of some thing in them there are dents in my nails, and my nails are not evenly cut. That was the worst money I’ve ever spent, and a waste of my time. I do not recommend going to this place at all.

I will never go to this place two my nails came off yesterday. I just got them done last Thursday . Then they nasty don’t understand English . I paid 55 dollars to have my nails done for two them come off . Never going here again.

They didnt make sure my tips were glued on properly. Two nails broke off within 3 days. My nails look like they were done 2 weeks ago and the tips are narrower than my nails.Looks like new owners, I had been coming here for years before I returned this past weekend. Service is slow, and their English comprehension is pretty bad.

If you are looking for natural looking nails that are of outstanding quality, this is the place for you. The ladies are super professional and polite. The salon is clean and hygienic. This is a five star review due to the manual labor when getting a shellac manicure. very good!!!!

Nail Trix And Spa does the best job and they are such pros there. I havent chosen my own color in months but they always know just what I want. They are the best at shaping too. Its a sticky point for me.

Based on other reviews, this place has a bad rep, but it is always packed with people, so all the people who love to come here, dont do reviews, which is sad. I actually love this place. When I moved to Columbia, I was looking for a place to call my nail home. I consider this place my nail home. I have been to other salons and this one was by far my favorite. The people are super friendly. Depending on who you get, you just have to be more clear on your needs, but overall, they get it. The best time to come is during the week or early mornings. You get the best attention because its not usually a lot of people then. I dont have a specific person that I go to, but I like all of their work.

This salon used to be my go to for customer service and service period. The last two times have been horrible. The owner tries to be nice but does not know anything about true customer service. I went to get a manicure and pedicure to only have the pedicure done and then be told, there is no one available to finish the service. Dont waste your time coming here.

Nice people. My daughter and I went there since we were already in the mall. I had to mention to the lady doing my daughters nails that 2 of them did not look right. She tried to fix the color, but wasnt perfect. Expensive.

Will never go back. The guy didnt want to turn down three pedicures an hour before closing, but let us know pretty clearly he wasnt happy to do it. Left me alone to get down from the chair and had a tantrum because I bumped a toe. No excuse for yelling at a customer. He needs to say yes or no to walk-ins and then man up to the decision.

Had a pedicure there and the girl was amazing - spent a lot of time and gave a great leg massage too. Would definitely go back to her. Also another time went for gel manicure and did a very nice job - nails looked great and are lasting.

I went in asking for prices for manicures and waxes, and if they offer same day walk in service. Despite being a potential customer, the lady at the counter ignored half my questions while another employee working on a client filled in for her awkward and rude silence. I felt like I was bothering the receptionist to be honest, with the way she was looking at me while I was asking.I didnt bother ever coming here based on the cold demeanor alone but looking at the other reviews, I am pretty happy that I did not.

Just walked in for a full set and eyebrows. I requested a full set twice and each time they insisted I’d be happier with a manicure. Manicure looks cheap and eyebrows are subpar. And I had to pay for everything before they even got started? Yeah I’m really disappointed

Such a horrible job!!!!! Seriously. Worst gel set ever. Not only did I feel as if I was bothering her by asking for a full set but then was told I had to go jcpenny to use the bathroom. Then after I see that my white tips are all different sizes. Not even 24 hours later and a nail breaks completely off. By 1 week all my nails have lifted and now 3 nails broke off. They charge too much to begin with. I will never ever go back.

Do Not go to the place...... LADIES you will be over charged, they are ripping you off. The person who own this spot has other spots all through out DMV. They are very disrespectful and will tell you one fee and then another at the register and then want you to tip them. My nail looked horrible and I went back and told the lady I will not be leaving until it done right. Another lady pushed back and I gave her the business and told her, you got my money and over charged me for some gel and then going to charge me to take it off.this place need to be closed down for ripping people off.

The people are overall nice and pedicures in my experience are alright. But anything with the hands- manicures, full sets STAY AWAY! I have on multiple occasions had them cut my cuticle too far back so they end up bleeding and tender. Overall, it is an average nail salon but after one too many bad manicures I warn you to stay away!

This is the 2nd time I arrived at this location at 7:45 and they rudely told me that I couldnt be seen, it was too many people waiting already. When I walked in I signed in and sat there two other people came in and he said nothing. My daughter and I were looking at polish colors and this rude guy walks up and asks us what are you trying to get? We told him and he was like no you have to come back too many people! It wasnt what he said it was how he said it. And then he went back to his chair speaking angrily in his language and all the workers looked at us. So we left after we saw two workers go to the list and ask who to take next and he said No! I refuse to keep giving my hard earned money to people who give me their ads to kiss! I will give my money to my own people regardless of how far of a drive! They can go to hell!!!

The man who did my nails cut my skin and I was bleeding bad. All he told me was, “Go home and wash your hands with cold water. It’ll get better.” Also, the ends of my nails are messy and the length of each nail is all different (I got extentions). Still charged me a full $50. Would not reccomend this place to anyone.

My friend and I were extremely unsatisfied with our service. We had chosen colors we wanted our nails and the person switched both of our colors to something we didn’t want. They were not gentle with our hands they were also very rude to us. We definitely won’t be returning here ever!

My beautiful hard working mother came here, on her birthday, (without me, but thats besides the point) she told thatchy could not even paint her nails yellow, ensue the color was too hard. Kelly was a sweetheart according to my mother so thats why they deserved the extra stars but other than that please learn from our mistake

OVERPRICED!!!! Dont go here!!!! I had them remove my gel polish thats it and they charged me $21!!!! Had i known, i wouldve taken my gel polish off at home by myself!!!! Rip off!!!!

I was told 25 for a pedicure and it was nice but 5 dollars more for them to get the ruff skin off and that is part of a pedicure it should not be more

I just had a nightmare at this place. The lady that was supposed to do my eyebrows BURNED my eyelid. She didnt even say I am sorry and left me in the room and went out to continue a manicure for another customer like nothing happened. I was left in pain until another nail technician came to give me triple antibiotic ointment. Very irresponsible person, she disnt even acknowledge her mistake. I paid for my manicure that was already done and left with a blister on my eyelid. I have a wedding tonight and I might not be able to attend. A person working in this industry should be better qualified, trained, and Have a little more empathy with the customers. I left with the feelig that customers in that establishment are nothing more than a profit. Customer satisfaction is not important. The workers were indifferent and the manager didnt even come to see what happened. I received help from an employee who felt sorry to see me in pain.

People are nice however the woman who worked on me did not file all of my nails evenly, and my nail polish is chipping off like crazy. I will not be returning to this salon.

I went to this place on 8/6/2017 first time ever going there i was in such need of a full set for an event that i had to attend. With that being said the older male working there attended me with such rudeness i could tell off the back he was annoyed cause he didnt smile at all in till i asked him if everything was okay and said something about me in his lanuage. He didnt leave my nails as i asked him, he left patches on nails didnt fill it in completely i could tell that my nails would only last me 1 week. I was disappointed by the overall experience and the quility of work. I know now to always stick to your regular nail salon.

My expensive gel manicure started peeling within 2 weeks with my nails getting stuck in my hair each time I wash or pur my fingers through my hair. Horrible pain in the arse!!

Terrible i went their for my birthday nails she rushed me then kept eating while doing my nails and at the end when i went to the light to get my nails dried she left and never came back had to get a whole new tech to fix my couple of nails that were crooked

I observed many not using sterile equipment. They pulled nail clippers, instruments for pushing cuticles back right out of their drawers. Nothing was newly opened from being sterilized. I will never go back and I will certainly tell anyone that I know.
