I went in for a pedicure and the lady acted like I was an inconvenience to be a customer. At one point, she cut the side of my nail from top to bottom and pulled the entire side of my nail off. I knew instantly there would be an infection. After she was done, she rinsed all the tools in my dirty foot water and threw them back into the drawer with the other tools to be used on the next person. I went home and immediately started soaking my foot in alcohol to avoid an infection. Got one anyway. The very next day my toe was so sore I couldn’t step down. I had to go to urgent care to get a topical and oral antibiotic.

This was my first time going here and the last. Although the lady performing the service was very nice and I do like how my nails turned out, i cannot say the same for my cuticles. I was cut multiple times on my cuticles and I won’t risk the infection it may cause nor should anyone else

Myself and two of my friends arrived without an appointment and was told to pick a color and have a seat in the chairs that they had prepared for us. I wouldn’t put my feet in the bowl because there was a dirty film around the bowl. I asked her if she could clean it out. She quickly cleaned it. After that they used tools that were not sealed and she turned her latex gloves inside out to do our feet. We didn’t want to buy the more expensive package because we didn’t want the leg massage. She acted as though she was offended. She didn’t push back the cuticles And the polish didn’t even last 24 hours. Some people don’t want their legs massaged I’m one of those. Would not recommend.

Not a good experience at all. Called ahead and booked an appointment for 4. 3 pedis and one full set. We got there and Only a couple customers and 3 employees were there. The employees were very rude. Obviously talking about us while pointing. Acted like they didnt want our business. Barely spoke to us at all except the usual color question. Pedicure was probably the worst Ive ever had. My friend had a different lady and got a better service but still mediocre. The pedicures were all finished before they even started the manicure. While an employee stood there instead of doing the service. After over 10 mins of standing there she finally started on the last of us, the mani. Which should have been started first. Not worth the money, service was not good, customer service was horrible. Will NOT be back.

They did a wonderful job, no complaints whatsoever! I was in a rush for my graduation with limited amount of time but they got me in quick. As quick as they were they did a really nice job.

So I do not have the prettiest toes, but I have been filing my toenails and they were all the same length and looking nice before I went in for this. I will include photos so you all can see for yourself. They butchered my feet. I specifically told the woman I like the length (about 3mm ) and to just shape them (they were already Squarish, just wanted them uniformed.) She got the clippers out and hacked off the entire sides of both my big toes. Then hacked off random sides of all my other toe nails, I asked her again for square nails and not to cut them but she just kept on. She took almost all the pretty length I had off of my nails but left like 3 random toes long. Then proceeded to make most of them rounded. After that she painted them extremely poorly and even glued a rhinestone onto my toe upside down. I told her i do not like them and to please fix it, and she removed the rhinestone and did nothing else. I was in tears. I approached another woman working and asked her to fix them. She told me to go back to the woman who screwed up my feet to have the polish removed. She then proceeded to file so hard that she cut me in several places the worst being the quick on my right big toe to where I bled. The other woman came and repained my toes much better but at this point they are butchered and hideous. Oh - forgot to mention this was my 6 year olds first mani/pedi and they completely screwed up her toes as well on the paint and still wanted $90 from us. DO NOT GO HERE EVER.

The nails were all cricked and different lengths. They were also lumpy and terribly shaped. I do not recommend this place at all do not go here.

Said they were open until 8pm. Daughter and I got there at 7:20. The door was locked. They cane to the door and told us to wait a minute then let us in. We came in just for basic manicures but were talked into dip manicures. Nail tech didnt even take all of my old nail polish off first. They rushed through the manicures, in the process cutting my daughters skin on her finger. Charged me $90 then rushed out the door. Her top coat started coming off that night. Mine came off the next day. Nails started chipping and the polish was caked on. My nail beds are still damaged. We will not be going back.

Called ahead to get 2 pedicures, when ebetering the shop we were seated immediately. After that the service declined immediately and the owner refused to service my pedicure and actually laid down while my friend was getting her pedicure done. After they finished her, the guy who did her was instructed not to service me and instead began helping 2 individuals who had just arrived. The owner immediately helped this party, working on both of them at once leaving me to soak my feet in cold water while my friends had been finished for 15 minutes. Finally the lady who was completely a manicure came over to service me cause an argument between all of the employees. Will never return to the horrible service.

I got my nails done here for the first time and they did a great job.I made an appointment a week beforehand and didnt have to wait at all when I arrived. The woman who did my nails did a GREAT job on the design. The attention to detail was great.I cant say how long the manicure will last, but based on my experience today, I will definitely be back.

So disappointed with my experience, when we first walked in nobody spoke to us for 20 minutes. The coworkers were talking and pointing at my friends and I as if they were speaking about us because four people came in. When we called and made appointments for that reason. Then when she started working on mine she was extremely rough. Barely rubbed my feet, didn’t touch the bottom of them at all while massaging. When she was done I had skin hanging off, nail polish on my skin, and soap on my legs still. I handed her my money and she didn’t bring change. I said hi can I have my change. She said oh you aren’t going to tip? You never assume someone is going too, but with how rude my experience has been I’ll kindly pay for my service and leave.

First visit to this place and i only came because LUCKY NAILS, PRO NAILS AND FLA NAILS were all busy with waits and i have a lot to get done today. All i needed was a gel polish change on my toes a man that works there SAT ON THE FLOOR ON A PILLOW to paint my toes and did an awful job $25 wasted. Such a sloppy paint job. MORAL OF THE STORY: READ AND TRUST THESE REVIEWS go somewhere else or just sit and wait at the better nail shops in town

They were horrible, The lady tried to over charge $45 for a nail fill, when on the board of prices it clearly says $20 also on the board it says 35 for regular acrylics and she tried to charge 50 for normal polish. overall not worth it and very unprofessional environment. would not recommend.

I asked the lady to do a design on my nails and she told me that my nails were too small, keep in mind that I am over 6 ft tall. So I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails to be done and she did it completely sloppy and didn’t follow what I wanted. It is supposed to cause $7 for nail polish and an additional $5 for a design and somehow my total was $25 without tip. The lady that did my nails was friendly at least. Wouldn’t recommend getting nail designs or painted but maybe they are good at other things.

I had my nails done on July 2021payed $80 for the worst manicure and pedicure I’ve ever had I have lumps n bubbles under gel polish it wasn’t dry befor putting on multiple coats of paint. It looks like a 5 yr old painted my nails my cuticles are cut from excessive filing my skin. I would never recommend this place. This place was rude and expected me to pay for someone else’s nails also was rude about everything.

Wax was just average. I asked for a cheek wax and the wax lady only waxed one section not the whole cheek. I also had to repeat myself several times and was NOT properly nor professionally greeted. I asked for a wax twice and the old lady with short black hair and glasses kept saying what, what did you say. I dont know if it was a language barrier issue or what. The shop was not full with customers at all, they were not busy at all. There were other employees sitting down not doing anything, therefore the proper response should have been for an employee to walk over and assist me. Will not return, only went in a pinch. Do not recommend. Customer service and quality is what I look for when I spend my money and this was subpar. Will go to another nail salon.

Horrible service and rude people ever! They are super expensive and charge you even more than displayed on the board. Even for Deluxe spa pedicure I got done in less than 10 minutes and the lady kept negotiating higher price and kept increasing as per her wish. Only stupid rude people work here. I haven’t had a pedicure in 4 years and this place treated me and my feet very well. It was $25 for regular and $40 for the deluxe. I did the deluxe and it was worth it! Definitely would come back and recommend. They also were practicing safe distancing/wearing mask due to Covid.

When we first came in they were rude and then started talking horribly about us and pointing at all of us then when they came back over to give us our change my friend asked if she could have her change and they insisted that we give a tip when we were treated poorly. This was first pedicure and it definitely could have been a better experience

So I experienced horrible customer service. After I explained why I didn’t like my nails, and also my 14 year old cousin was told to “shut up” because she wanted her nails taken off after one broke. I asked them if they could do gel on my nails and they made it look like it was gel until they actually got to doing it and loaded my nails with everything acrylic. I will never go back. They did and terrible job and my nails were so healthy and now they are screaming for help. My cuticles were cut multiple times and when I asked if she could trim my nails just a little bit they cut them way tk short and now they are all unhealthy and I am stuck extremely disappointed and ripping the polish off it looks so trashy

Bugs crawling everywhere, my nails aren’t even the same shape nor size. Cut up my hands all up. And not even that they didn’t even ask me what color I want,they did what they wanted. They also did multiple people before me when I was the first one there.

This place doesnt deserve a star at all! they DO NOT know how to do nails and they need to be shut down! my nails were LUMPY and uneven and every single nail was a different shape. I got a gel polish and they dont even know how to paint! Im not sure if it was uneven from the nail being uneven and lumpy but the way she applied the gel polish did not help. I NEVER leave reviews in my 25 years of life but I could NOT help this time. I had them take off my gel polish before I left and I soaked them off at home!

My nails are all different shapes and sizes. They cut me multiple time. And not only that they had bugs. And I asked for gel nail polish and they did the dip on me after I had asked for them to do gel more then once.

Nails are cooked, have hairs in them, and I myself an bleeding on more than half of my fingers.

Oh my goodness! This place is so amazing! Ive never been to a nail shop with such professionalism. You know when you get a pedicure, you dont have to worry about the foot bath tub not being sanitized. They use these disposable plastic covers each time they do a pedicure. They take their time and do an excellent job to ensure your pedicure looks awesome and you feel good about how you look. The best! I love you guys, keep up the exceptional customer service.

I asked for a french manicure in which the lady began putting on the acrylic.. she didnt shape properly as I paid 45.00 for things I had to redo myself!

Amazing experience here! I got there 10 minutes early and they immediately sat me down. The woman doing my nails (didnt ask her name regrettably) was very sweet and did a great job with my nails. It was very clean and my nails were done in less than 30 minutes.Overall I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be coming back!

Despite the bad reviews I took a chance and I’ve been here 3 times, they listen to your requests and deliver, I have bigger hands so I’m very particular about shape and thickness of acrylic and these were the 3 BEST sets I’ve ever gotten and I’m from Los Angeles. The women here are so sweet and do a great job. If you are particular about something let them know and they will execute. I definitely recommend!

Newly opened is fantastic! The owner, is so lovely and welcoming. They offer you water or tea when you arrive and the space is clean and bright. I enjoyed the pedicure and it was fantastic. The music was awesome too (which can be hit or miss at other salons). Im planning to go back soon for a facial/brow wax. Highly recommended!🍀🍀🍀🍀🍀

My mom and I just got done getting our nails done. We both wanted gel manis but they made us do dip powder. My nails are not even the acrylics are no where near the same and they are just messy and sloppy. My mom her regular nails done and they made her so dip also. They also did a design on her nails that she didn’t want. It made her price go up. They are over priced and not worth it. I do not recommend going here at all.

Decided to try this place because its close to where I live and Im so glad I did! I got a no chip pedicure and it was honestly the best Ive ever had. It lasted a good hour or so and the price was very reasonable. Customer service was also great. I will definitely be returning!

I stopped in here on a late Friday afternoon. I called 5 minutes before coming in and they were able to accommodate me immediately, which was great. Its a no frills nail salon but the ladies, (both workers and customers) were all very sweet and welcoming. did my no chip and did a perfect job. She was thorough, quick, gave a relaxing hand massage along with a fabulous manicure. I will definitely be coming back here when Im in the area.The rates are SUPER affordable. I only paid cash for a manicure. Im from rates start at in my neighborhood. This was such a deal for such amazing work. Remember ladies, its a CASH ONLY establishment.

Ive been to this place twice. Both times Ive been in I have been greeted almost immediately by a staff member or the owner. My tech takes her time. She doesnt just rush through it which has been really hard to find for me here in Columbia. She did both my regular manicure and pedicure and of course I went back to her on my second try. I gotta say, Im really surprised and genuinely happy with the service and the vibe at this salon. Really, if you appreciate great service, and overall good vibes - come to this spot. Let me begin by saying that I am extremely picky about my manicures. Luckily I came across this place on yelp! The staff is super friendly and most everyone has amazing attention to detail. I got the basic pedi as a dude. The lady did a great job! I called at around noon asking for walk in availability for two. They scheduled me for 2pm which worked out just fine! Fair prices.

This place sucks. I asked for a design the lady said yeah I can do that. She didn’t even do the right design I said no just don’t even do that take it off. She had my nails bleeding was just leaving it bleed. And we asked for acrylic they didn’t do it coast us over the money it was supposed to be. If I was you I would recommend you to not do it. This is the second time I have been to this salon. once again we had excellent service, a great price and they did an excellent job on our pedicures. I called ahead for 5 people on graduation weekend and they were ready for us as well as full staffed. We will definitely go again when we are in town.

The lady didnt check the length for my nails, so I have one hand longer then the other. She cut my finger twice with the file. Then tried to charge me 10$ more then the actual price to get her tip. 50 instead of 40$. They also been charging extra money when u use a debit card after u sign for the total should be the final charge. Do not go here !!!!

I was in need of a good sns dip job. She did great detailed work-Would highly recommended.The shape of the nail is great, polish on pointe- they had SO many colors - I will definitely be returning. I love to do nails here. Their acrylic nails are beautiful and very strong for a long time. They have a large selection of colors and all of their colors are pretty. The staffs are friendly and professional. They take time to do my nails carefully and make sure Im completely satisfied before leaving the salon. This salon is strongly recommended.

WOW, their Airbrush Nail design is so wonderful! This is the best salon for nail design. I found out this salon by coincidence. My first time there was a walk-in but everything ran smoothly, yep, their services are excellent and the prices are affordable. Recommend this place!

Needed a pedi really bad in a crunch. They took me right away! My nail tech was really gentle, good massage and perfect paint job. Nice price. I will always recommend them.

This had to be, hands down, the worst pedicure and manicure I have every had. The pedicure was passable. But there was not one thing relaxing about it. The lady who did my manicure did not listen to a thing I told her and did what she liked not what I requested. Oh no, youll like it. But I didnt and I told her. She told me that the gel color would dry lighter which it didnt and when she put a heavy glitter coat on top that i didnt like... she wiped it partially off. When she was done I noticed a very large glitter on my nail, which she said looked fine. It didnt. I asked her to correct it which in essence ruined the gel polish and she just put a top coat on. My nails literally started pealing off the minute I left. I have gel manicures done routinely and this was the worst service and customer service I have EVER received. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.

Had a pedicure done for the first time at 4 Seasons Nails. The girl (did not get name) did a great job doing my pedicure and design toe. Loved it!

Worst place by far in Columbia. They did awful job. Almost all my nails were different lengths. I had to force the lady to take one of the nails off because there was a chunk of dried glue between my real nail and the fake one and she just kept telling me “it’s ok”. I finally told her “no, take it off”. Got the dip powder all over my cuticles and fingers. Didn’t even ask me what shape I wanted them just cut them however she wanted and started filing. And there’s bubbles on almost every single nail. Do not recommend this place at all.

Made an appointment for acrylic nails at 6:00 tonight. I am still sitting here waiting and it is now 6:30. Good thing I only have one other thing to do later! Place looks dirty not sure if I am even going to stay much longer

They ripped my nails off after I asked for a soak off bc I was growing my nails out and told them they were hurting me. They refuse to cut my nails shorter after I asked 3 times. Didn’t ask if I wanted square, point or round just started cutting. They charged me $40 for the nail which is fine but they added $5 to rip them off and she added another $5 to herself for a tip! I won’t be back!!!!

This is the only place I will go to get my SNS done. The staff is amazing and always super sweet. The owner, is an amazing woman and treats everyone like family. The pricing is perfect and honest. I sometimes come to with my 4 year old daughter and the staff all talk to her and play with her. One time they painted her nails on the floor in the waiting area because thats where she was playing and coloring-- instead of making her sit at the nail tables where shed most likely squirm. They give every customer a 5-Star experience and I havet even mentioned that they do a 5-Star job as well. My nails always come out perfect and last a long time. Gel manicure that started chipping within 3 days. Poor quality polish. Bubbles in the Polish. My nails were rough and not buffed out well. The guy was nice but seemed to be confused by my simple request and had to ask for help which made me nervous that he didnt even know what he was doing. Dont waste your money!!!

Me and my friend went in and both asked for just a pedicure. When trimming my nails she jabbed in so much I was in serious pain yet she continued anyway. Then when applying the hot towels, they were so hot I made her open them back up and get them off. She opened them for a few seconds then wrapped my feet again saying theyre fine. I now have a welt which Im sure will turn into a blister. Then we finish paying (separately) and realize they charged me $10 more than her yet they did the exact same thing. Drove home and studied the rest of the evening (so no reason for damage to the new pedicure). Look down 4 hours later and they are already peeling and messed up....

It is always a pleasurable experience coming here! I never feel like any of the technicians are rushing through their routine. Everyone does a fine job, doing whatever it is the customer wants in a timely and precise manner. I highly recommend coming here.

I wish I could share pictures here to show the reason for my 1 star other than this explanation. My manicure was rushed. I asked for a full acrylic set and the lady argued with me it was bad and I should do gel. I said that’s not what I wanted so she did some dip powder thing and charged me $15 extra. She deeply cut my pinky in 2 separate spots & 1 on my ring finger. My nails are dipped in the middle and are lumpy. Part of my fingers are stained and I’ve washed my hands 4 times. My total should’ve been $60 but instead I was charged $75. They were completely dead when I went there and now I know why!

My other friends nails were very sloppy paint and uneven nails! They chareged us way more than what the sign says! Lady talked me into mani to go with my pedi, and she did it while I was soaking my feet. She was very rough even clipping my fingers a couple of times. One toe ended up smudging and she covered it up with more polish. Looks awful.

I only went once and will not be back. I wanted gel polish on toes and fingers she talked me into the powder on my nails which wasnt the color I wanted and the powder requires the dremel tool which I dont like because they tear up my cuticles which she did. She made the powder so thick I felt like I had acrylic nails on again. They looked ridiculous, then did a horrible job on the gel on my toes. Complete waist of money. Oh I was also charged the same price as a pedicure and manicure when all I got was the paint. Will not be going back.
