I have been going to Nick for almost 2 years now. Love his work & I allow him to add his own unique design on my nails.

I am so disappointed, first time coming here because I needed a nail place. I just moved from San Diego and decided to try them first because they were so friendly when I walked in and asked if they took walk ins. When I came in and picked my color the guy who did my nails was so persistent on doing dip powder with whatever color I choose, which I finally just said okay. When he was attaching the nails the corners were lifting and a couple kept coming off. He didn’t file/cut down my nails or anything which is why I feel like they weren’t sticking. When it came to the length, and style I showed him a picture of what I wanted. 1) he said the length was too long, that it would break, and wouldn’t do the length I wanted. (Which I’ve NEVER been told that before) 2) I wanted a coffin shape nail, and I guess he got the shape right but it was TOO skinny and I even had a picture for reference. Nails came out terrible, but I just let it go because he already seemed to have an attitude with me and just decided I’ll never come back. Paid $43 and a $5 tip. (Being generous, because I shouldn’t have even given a tip because everything I asked for wasn’t given/shut down) mind you I got these nails done on Wednesday. Thursday two nails broke (thanksgiving so I couldn’t go in) the come Saturday (two days later) THREE MORE NAILS BROKE ON MY OTHER HAND!! It’s now Sunday and my hands look horrible, and they’re closed so I can’t go in to get them fixed. Very disappointed because I’ve been to many nail places and never had nails THIS bad. I wish I can attach pictures to this, maybe I’ll do it on Yelp. But yes, I will never be coming back.EDIT: ( just found out how to attach photos.) I didn’t take a picture of my original set, because I was very dissatisfied with them, didn’t think they were worthy of a picture. But the attached pictures are 3 days after getting/paying for my full set!!

Came here because my usual nail salon was booked and this one accepts walk-ins. Very disappointed. I usually get dip from my other salon and I can tell you with certainty that they did not do enough layers. Three days later my nail is chipped. They also did little to nothing to my cuticles and random pieces of glitter on my nails.

They did a horrible job on my nails. I was visiting a friend up there and I decided to get my nails done. One nails was already falling off and I asked them if they could glue it on better and he was so rude about it. All my nails ended up falling off 3 days later. Don’t waste your money here

I received a poor quality job after going to this nail salon. The lady told me she had experience doing long nails and made me believe it would be a easy job for her. However, I had to ask her to do several things over and my nails still turned out horrible. I was also given an attitude when I had asked for my money back.

I go here every 3-4 weeks to have a dip with gel manicure. My nails would last longer than a month if it werent for the nail growth! They never chip! Nick is so friendly and takes pride in his work. My nails are always the right shape, length and color; because Nick isnt just a nail tech, hes an artist. Hes honest too; hell let me know if I pick a color that wont look good with my skin tone and hell suggest a similar color that would look good. Hes so consistent and he works quickly, which is another plus! The salon itself doesnt look great, maybe a little outdated, but dont let that fool you! You will get the best service! I couldnt ask for a better nail tech or salon! Even when I move out of the Columbia area, Ill still make a trip to see Nick at least once a month. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

It was a very busy place with only three people working today. My friend went first and I went after. I was watching the nail tech doing my friends nails (She got acrylic gel), and her nails were filed crookedly and the painting was rushed. When she got to my nails, she put the acrylic nails on, but then a client from earlier came back in and demanded to get one of her nails redone. Then she came back to me. When she put the acrylics on, she did not measure the size of my nail, so the nails she put on were too small. I told her, and she just filed my nails diagonally. Also I forgot to mention that she used an electric nail filer on my nail bed which i later discovered is bad for the nails. Anyway, the paint on my nails was sloppy, and Im not happy with it. Not coming back

It was okay. I got dipped nails with extensions. They were extremely friendly with me and knew what I was asking for and gave a nice price for what I was getting. However they seemed to skip many steps that other nail salons would do. They were not in a rush but the quality of the shaping was as if they were. I asked for sharper nails(nails with a point) and I would love to give them compliments on the job but I was very unhappy. Each of my nails was not like the others. The points were lopsided on some and straight of the others. There were airbubles, bumps, and creases, not smooth. There was even a small string left of my nail after I mentioned it. In my cuticle area; instead of shaping to my cuticle it just flattened like a side of a square. It kinda looked like they spilled it on my skin and never cleaned it up. And they didnt really do much cleaning up the nails at all. Great people but low quality. Sad to say.

Hanna was very good. She has a pleasant personality and she is very professional. Will defiantly be one of her regular clients.

I love it have not had any problems at all been going for 4 years.

The girl that sits in the first seat to the right when you enter the salon did a total rush job on me. I come to the nail salon to relax and get a quality service done. She was rushing so much she ended up putting air bubbles in my nails. When the bubbles popped the dye from my jeans caused them to look horrible when I was touching my pants. I had to go back and get someone else to change my polish! I was so pissed because everyone elses nails were beautiful but mines was total crap! If I go back she will not be doing my nails.

I generally go see Hannah but all of them are exceptional and do a great job

Nice place, nice people. I dont get my.nails done, but I always hear good things from the ladies about this place.
