I have been getting dip powder for 2 years now. 1 week ago I tried this salon for the first time. I got dip powder and the very next day one cracked. After that I had 1 crack almost each day until I went back. In 1 week 8 of my nails had cracked. I went and asked for them to fix them and they treated me terribly. First they argued with me about which ones were cracked and which ones weren’t. Then they refused to completely redo my nails so they would all match. They wanted to charge me for part of the nails! Outrageous!!!! A man that works there, who was working on a lady’s nails, turned around and started yelling at me. He continued to yell at me even after I told him that their was no need for that. What was worse is that I had my 6 year old daughter with me who was very scared. I told them at this point they could just give me a refund and I would leave. He said I could sit there all day and wouldn’t get a refund. Finally, I had my other daughter come in and take my little one out of the store in case it continued. The original lady that did my nails worked on them today. My nails do look good now, but she was so mean to me. When I would ask her a question she would ignore me and start yelling in her language. It was an absolute horrible experience and I will never be back! I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!

Very professional. Slow to get to clients, but took time on pedicure and manicure and did a wonderful job!

Found this awesome establishment a month ago and I must say, you won’t regret the services. You know theyre good when you dont even have a preference for a nail tech. They all are great.

The lady that did my nails was very nice I got a pedicure and they always do a great job here with my toes and my nails for an acrylic set.

They were okay, they were nice but I told them what size I want but they did longer then I asked

I will say I was a bit on the uncertain side when I first walked in. Little dated but so is the whole strip mall. But feet turned out great so did my nails. A very nice job on pink and white.

Me and my friend wanted to get a pedicure. We waited for 3 hours before they even came around to us. They had to come and refill our water multiple times and every time it was either freezing or burned. The bag had huge holes in it from the water sitting in it for so long. It was also very expensive just to get my toe nails painted. There was lots of people waiting and there is only three people working here, I think if you want to run a business you should make sure you have enough people to do so.

My nails are beautiful. Lan is her name Im pretty sure. She made my nails look stunning. Ive been here multiple times and no other place in Columbia can compare. If youre tired of being disappointed in nail salons, come here!! Prices are super fair especially for the work. Had great experiences with them multiple times. Highly recommend.

This place is amazing! Just came from a pedicure that was out of this world. The whole procedure takes about 40 mins, including some amazing scented soak, the actual maintenance on your foot, and then a thorough massage with more amazing oils. All of that for super cheap too! They definitely should be charging more! So worth it! Definitely will return!

I went in for a pedicure. The man was very, very rough on my feet! He noticed me clinching In my chair so he asked me was I ok? I replied, that hurts!. I looked down at my foot and a chunk of my skin was missing and it was bleeding. He had scraped the side of my foot so hard that he scraped my skin off!!! I showed it to him and he said nothing!!!! The leg massage was even painful!!!!! He was so in a rush that he didnt even paint my entire toenail!! I paid $30 for a painful pedicure that was suppose to be relaxing!!!

I had a good experience. I really liked the lady who did my nails and she did a great job. I had gel polish soaked off and a gel manicure. Also, I was in and out in 40 minutes. Normally when I go other places it takes at least an hour if not two. I would go here again.

Very disrespectful .. I walked in the lady said do you have a color I explained to her no I didnt, hell I jst walked in the door. She tells me to pick out a color and as I was looking she walks over to me and tells me that they are not doing my pedicure because they are closing, I said your sign says you dnt close for 2 more hours and she told me that if I didnt leave she was calling the cops. So I said thats fine Ill wait for them to get here. I wish there was a place except for the BBB to report them

Went in there at 6 20 was very slow only 2 people working. Left at 7 10 to get food mind u still was waiting to get serviced. I come back few minutes later from walking next door and the lady said she cant do my 💅 after waiting all that time. She lost a customer will take my business elsewhere big inconvience. If U value your time and money do not go here or waste the trip. Then she kept apologizing deft not returning ever. Going to another nail shop very unprofessional. Had me pick colors out get on chair just to turn me away.

Great customer service and prices. They accommodated me when I had to bring my baby with me to the salon.The owner was super nice and did not rush at all will definitely be coming back!!

I didnt originally get my nails done here, but went for a fill in, and they did a better job than the salon I originally got my nails done at. He did am awesome job, not sure what his name was, but I will be returning .

My experience was horrible! I went for the first time, (after being told not to) so excited to get my nails done, and they looked absolutely horrible, so I called and was real sweet and she told me to come in. So I did and she said I just needed them filled, it had been 4 days! I said no I need them fixed (they were 30 dollars!) She literally ripped my nails off, and did a more horrible job on the next set and yelled at me then told me to leave. I highly recommend no one waste their money there! (I only gave one star cuz it wouldnt post without it!)

I would NOT recommend this place if the man is providing service. He was extremely RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and refused to do my nails when I asked to see a nail color. Of course, I brought this to the attention of the owner, in which he promised me a credit for my next visit. But the experience was terrible! I would give it a 0 if it was an option.

Never go to this place the man in there is VERY RUDE!!!! went in to get a fill in and he kept complaing because my hands were wet they were perfectly dry what the hell and then he procedes to tell me he will show me how to wash my hands. I got up and walked out shouldnt have even paid for the fill in but im not that kind of person... I will tell u this I will never recomend this place to anyone. Will tell my friends and family to stay away

This is the most unclean place Ive ever been to. Theyre very unprofessional and in my opinion., all act like their on dope. Im pissed and will never set foot in thus little hell hole again.
