Ive been going to Lee Nails for years and they never disappoint. David is always accommodating when I call for appointments and Kami is my go-to nail tech who is a delight to work with. Everyone is so friendly and you cant beat their convenient location. And the comfortable massage chairs are an added bonus! I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful and professional nail salon!

My first experience here was a one star, the person who did my nails, although a very nice person, took a really long time (over an hour) and on top of that it was done really poorly. You can see that it’s not clean, the shape is uneven and my nails were not painted to the edge either. My nails started to bubble and chip off within 24 hours and only got worse over time. Unfortunately, I was the last person there on Saturday night so I had to wait till they were open again on Tuesday morning. (Today)When I came back in, I had a five-star experience! The man upfront was immediately apologetic and made steps to make this right. He was not here on Saturday but he did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable with a different technician.Kammy (I don’t think I’m spelling her name right) was my technician and she was absolutely amazing! She was gentle the whole time throughout the process of taking the polish off and redoing it. On top of that, she was very meticulous and making sure that my nails came out perfectly! The evidence is in the pictures!This experience and the integrity of the management blew me away. I would definitely come back from the service I had today alone! I think that my first experience hopefully was a fluke, perhaps the person was off their game or something.Overall, 10/10 would recommend this place, especially Kammy!

Even though they did my nails up real pretty, I got a nail fungus that has taken 3 years to go away. I wouldn’t recommend.

They are so respectful and professional. I finally found a place that will be a regular stop for me. Other places always had me lose a nail a week later, but not at Lee Nails. I love it there. The environment is clean and safe.

I walked in with no appointment and got seated right away. I got the Gel manicure that was a great price and my eyebrows done. Amy did such a great time, I highly recommend her. She is sweet and easy to talk to. The tools were in sterile packets, which was reassuring. Very clean. Everyone was in really nice and has a lot of polishes to choose from. I will definitely be going back. Thank Amy!

Horrible Service! Thao is extremely unprofessional and hurt my hands several times during my manicure. When I mentioned it to her, not once did she apologize or acknowledged her mistake.I reported it to the owner who said his name was David (the guy that sits at the front) and he told me its because Im always on the phone when I come in the store. I doubt hes the owner but according to him he is! I had to really walk away from his arrogant statement.Terrible Service! They lost a good customer.

Customer service sucks!!! I have gone here for several years and the attitudes seems to have gotten worst. Im not going back...I now go to a different nail salon where they are quick and easy... love posh on Fort Jackson Blvd..

Alot of salons offer services but the products they use is not the best. I can truly say LEE NAILS uses high quality products for their services. Your polish and buffied feet last for two weeks as recommended. My mother find this place to be convenient and professional. Great job!💅

I love the service here. The only downside is that they are in such high demand. You MUST make an appointment if you want to be seen on the weekend.

Ive had several of the technicians provide manicures and pedicures and always had wonderful service and great nails! Jenny is my favorite, though, and love having her skill and gentleness.

Changing my review: I used to like this place, but Ive dealt with 3 bad experiences in the 5 times Ive been there. The front desk guy was super rude to me when I was made to wait 35 mins and while I was waiting I was trying out polishes to kill time. And he snapped at me saying the person cannot be testing all these colors on you, when I was walking towards the shelf to put those back. And mind you I had already tested colors and made a decision as I had 35 mins to kill. He walked away mumbling stuff like you need to relax or you need to shut up. Im not entirely sure. But who talks that way to a customer whos paying you money to keep your business going?

They are very friendly and sterile. My daughter took me there for manicure, pedicure and eyebrows everything was perfect..

I apparently told the guy i havent had my nails done since high school. So i know nothing about the new stuff theyre doing now. He asked if i wanted a gel polish i said yes. Picked my color out. Sat in the chair. Girl started doing my nail then she put the polish on my natural nails. I said no i wanted the acrylic. She was like ohhh. If i told yall i dont know the new stuff. Explain it better to a customer who doesnt understand but yet wanna still charge me $15. Im so pissed right now. Because i said i dont know too much about the new stuff theyre doing now.
