Someone broke into my car and shattered my window. My insurance wasnt going to cover it, they were able to get my window installed nice and proper. I was in and out within 20mins at a significantly reasonable price. The real GOAT. I would recommend them anytime.

A great, speedy experience

Just had my third great experience with them (one windshield repair and two windshield replacements) and they were on time, professional, and helped get everything set up with my insurance company - perfect!

Brian came out and repaired a small crack in my windshield after a rock flew up and hit it. He traveled to my office making it very convenient for me. The crack is not even visible after the repair! So happy with the service that Brian provided!

I am insured with USAA and decided to go with this company based off the good customer reviews. Needless to say I made the RIGHT CHOICE. Very pleased with the work done.

I had to get a front windshield replaced on my car yesterday. I searched other companies on Google. Others had higher fees (some fees were hidden) and bad reviews. I chose to go with Rapid Glass Service and I must say Im very glad that I did. The service was very professional from the first phone call until after my windshield was installed. Great customer service, communication and very reasonable rates! I Highly recommend!

Brian was extremely accommodating to my situation. He replaced my windshield and front passenger window at night (which was a lot of work in the dark). He came on time, replaced both windows within an hour, and accepted my insurance at the last minute. He was a huge blessing and had everything set up and ready to go within a few hours. I was so pleased with my experience with Rapid Glass! I needed immediate repair for my car from a rock shattering my windshield where there was glass inside the car. It was already after 5:00, many places were already closed and I could not get to a rental car location. Bryan answered quickly when called him after 5:00 and he was able to make me his first appointment the next morning. He ensured my car would be finished by a specific time that I needed it, and I have had no problems with my new windshield. I recommend this company to anyone who needs quick and reliable service. One of our commercial vans had a bad crack in the windshield and several of the local companies were not able to fix it that same day. I dealt with Brian of Rapid Glass who was exceptionally helpful, eager to assist us, and guaranteed the replacement of our glass window that same day! Insurance can be a pain to deal with, but Brian was calm and patient during the whole procedure and somehow the claim filing process turned out to be smooth and successful.Everyone knows how much of a pain it is to deal with a cracked glass and given the legal implications in some states, you may be unable to drive for days. But Brian was understanding and able to take care of our issue right away. I have a 2017 Jeep Renegade. My windshield was cracked by a rock that flew up from under a dump trucks tires while I was driving behind him. I shopped around on the internet later that evening for window glass repair/replacement and saw all of the raving reviews for Rapid Glass and thought I should check them out. I called Bryan the next day and he offered to stop by and check it out that same day. The next morning I filed a 10 second claim through my Geico Mobile App sent Bryan the information. He called me within the hour to confirm he received the information and had the glass and would be there the next morning to install everything. As an onsite property manager and someone who has worked in the hospitality/customer service industry for the past 10+ I was blown away at the level of customer service I received as well as the speed and efficiency. He came to me both times which made it 10xs easier and had completed the installation within an hour or less. 5 stars, and would highly recommend!! Thank you so much Bryan.

Bryan Stanley, with Rapid Glass has replaced multiple windshields for my family along with many of my clients at Imports Plus Auto Repair, LLC. Fast and courteous is the only way he does business. Not only has he replaced windshields but he installed a beautiful, frameless, customer shower door at my home.

Very unhappy with my first experience. My appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge after I confirmed my vehicle was at the intended location. I had to make a few calls & though I was promised a call back each time with a solution, I never received a call from them. I also provided them with 3 numbers in which I could be reached. They lacked empathy for how their mistake affected my work schedule. I will never recommend this company.

He works alone so he may forget things that he is supposed to do and he may forget to call you back. So you may have to keep on top of things. I had a bit of a special case, but it still took many weeks longer than necessary because he has no help and kept forgetting. He had to take off my rear view mirror and now it is so loose I cant use it properly. I will need to try to fix it.

Brian came to the house, was right on time, called before and updated me on his time of arrival, and did a fantastic job! Thank you!
