So I decided to give them a try for an oil change, I pulled up close to 9:30 am, first off one tech asked if I’ll like him to tap off my coolant for $5 extra, I said NO.. other places don’t charge for that service.. then another tech came telling me my battery reading is saying I need new battery then he showed me a receipt that was printed at 7:26 am.... Go figure...! For a filter and an oil change for a 2016 Toyota Corolla almost $100.

A+++! This location has helped me multiple times and today went above and beyond. My car broke down a couple miles away and I walked there. Without question one of the team members, Nicole, volunteered to drive me to my car and fill the oil. Special thanks to her manager Sharif who allowed her to do so! Once the oil was in my car it still wouldn’t start and needed a jump. She called her brother Marison (also a team member) and he came w jumper cables. All around they went above and beyond and took pride in their work. The professionalism and kindness they showed me won’t be forgotten and wish I could give more. I’ve been going to this same Jiffy Lube for many years. Even when I lived closer to the city, Id come back just to go to a place that I trust. The employees are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Ive never felt intimidated to ask questions, or like I was being taken for a ride with any recommended maintenance or pricing. In fact, most of the employees are very contentious about the cost, and will mention coupons, etc. I really, really like this particular Jiffy Lube.

Fast, efficient. Didnt try to sell me an air filter when I was just there for an oil change. Thats refreshing. And kind of striking now I think about it...2 oil changes ago I was at a different JL and they talked me into one filter, showed me another which I declined, said maybe next time. The folks this go around didnt mention it at all....

I went into Whitman Jiffy Lube today due to a mice issue in my cabin air filter. The mice were building a nest in there and I had never dealt with this problem before, since my car is always clean! When I went to Whitman Jiffy Lube, Sharif, Jon, and Calvin helped me out right away and fixed the problem. They gave a very detailed assessment, replaced the filter and cleaned up the nest remains in the part of the vehicle the mice had been getting into. I would absolutely go back to Sharif, Jon, and Calvin again for maintenance on my vehicle. They were all very helpful and friendly. They answered all of my questions and now I dont have to worry about the problem anymore. 5 star customer service!

We had been experiencing hard shifting with our work truck for a bit and had separate concerns about not being able to see oil on the dipstick despite recently having changed it and confirming no leaks, no burning, no smoke, etc. The staff performed the transmission flush and checked their work multiple times. Then Sharif, the GM, took it upon himself to troubleshoot what was going on with our oil. Oil was added, drained, measured, added again, he tried countless ideas to figure out what could be causing the lack of oil on the dipstick. Just when we thought we had a huge problem, he found a rusted hole in the dipstick tube that the dipstick had gone through; the cause of the lack on the dipstick. Not the huge issue we feared at all, and he did all this for no added cost! Not only that, but he gave us $20 off our transmission service! We will absolutely be going back, the whole staff was so attentive and helpful.
