So my friend did not know that a rubber moulding on the roof is critical to block water out of the windshield area and he neglected that. The water accumulated and caused the paint on the top edge under the windshield to flake off completely so the windshield is loose. Safelite refused to do the work without even look at it due to their liability and said that is a body shop’s job. Body shops said they don’t touch any rust and told me to find a glass company. Spent a whole day running around town trying to save the car. I decided to try Mark’s and they sent Trystan to take a look. He removed the windshield, primed the area (luckily only surface rust was there, nothing got rotten) and put it back promptly. Very nice to chat as well!

We scheduled installation of a windshield several weeks ago. On the day they were supposed to install they did not call or show up. We called and they said windshield arrived broken. Scheduled installation again for two weeks later and yesterday they were supposed to install. We never received a phone call and they never called or came for the appointment. It takes preparation to arrange transportation when your vehicle is scheduled for service. This has now happened twice without any concern, communication or respect for their customers. Unacceptable customer service! We will never attempt to use Mark’s Mobile Glass “family owned, local service” again!

I bought an older car that needed a windshield and they were about to replaced it very quickly and at a good price. Dillon was the tech to replaced it and he was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Even though it was only 28F outside he did not cut any corners and it looked great after the install. Thanks a bunch guys

Dealership took my vehicle in to repair 2 chips in my windshield, whoever attempted to fix the chips, cracked my windshield even more! Marks mobile glass replaced my windshield NOT WITH A MANUFACTURERS WINDSHIELD, (like what was damaged, but with a much cheaper windshield in which this will de-appreciates my vehicle, thanks for the kindness, but its not replacing the VALUE OF MY VEHICLE! I do have before and after pictures!

I had to get warranty work done on my truck and also needed to have my windshield replaced. Marks was great with coordinating with the dealership and making everything work. I love the professionalism, and the job they do. Not my first time using them and wont be my last for sure.

Great job and service. I came in with a smashed window. It took a couple of days to get the replacement glass in, but they put the temporary covering on the window in the meantime and vacuumed out the old, broken glass.When the new glass came in they drove out to my location and replaced it there. 10/10- would recommend to a friend.

Had my windshield replaced, the day after it rained and I had a huge leak with significant water damage coming from the top seal. I Took it back, they had it detailed by Gaines service here in town and ordered another windshield. 4 days later I got my vehicle back from being detailed and they installed the second windshield. I got a call saying during installation it had cracked and was a very rare incident. They kept my vehicle overnight and had ordered a 3rd windshield. This one was installed and is also leaking in the same area as the first one. What a terrible service, 2 week ordeal 3 windshields later and still cant competently complete a simple windshield install. Marks reputation used to be outstanding which is why I went here originally but I realized their business may have outgrown their quality. And technician capabilities. Use at your own risk. I would personally never use marks or refer them to anyone in the future. And im not even the type of person to leave a review. Hopefully I can save someone a severe headache though.

This place the worst place to go.Its like a nightmare we wait for two months we call to fallow up but staff act like they dont know what going on staff are unprofessional. when they put ourwindshield they have scratch the hood of our car.when they pulled that winshield they have damage it and the inside liner of our car.I will never come back to this place.If i can give a zero star I will many times.I am not happy to this place the way they treat their customer.

The gentleman came out and couldnt have been more professional, kind and went above and beyond helping myself and tried to help my father with his classic car. The glass is PERFECT and I couldnt be more happy with the results. Not only that I checked 4 places, they got to me the very next day!

Just had my rear window replaced in my jeep. They were able to schedule a quick appointment and it was a relatively quick wait time. New windshield looks better than the old one. If I should ever have the need for repairs again, Ill definitely be a returning customer.

Thanks to Marks Mobile Glass for taking the time and helping me replace my back glass to my camper shell, when NO other glass company in town would. I’ve used Marks Mobile Glass in the past for chip seals and haven’t had any other reason to use glass replacement/repair for anything else. But in the future, I’ll be going by Marks Mobile first before I go anywhere else.

Ive gotten tons of chips in my jeeps and trucks windshields always coming here to get them fixed. 3 years ago was the first one and right before that I used safelight to fix everything. They were busy the day I needed a new chip filled so I came here and never looked back. Super fair prices and if you have any problems at all they help you out. Trim on the truck started peeling up on top of the windshield so I came in and expected 20+ to have them glue it back down. It was the original gasket trim so wasnt at all their fault, but when I walked inside the guy says Man dont worry about it and sends me on my way. Theyve done little things like this countless times with chips that are just so small they just fill them and call it good, or multiple windshield quotes to make sure I get quality glass at reasonable prices rather than just charging me a premium for something lesser than oem. Again amazing place and I as well as friends and family will continue to use Marks

I do not like to leave poor reviews, but our experience with Marks Mobile Glass was so mind-boggling awful that I had to warn others. Perhaps the automotive side of their business is better, but if you need a window replaced in a residential home I would suggest you look elsewhere. We had a hole in our window and wanted to get it taken care of as soon as possible, and it took a few days for someone to come out and give us an estimate. We were told we needed to prepay for project so they could order the window and it could take a few weeks to come in which we were fine with. About a month after paying the hundreds of dollars for the project, we had not heard anything, so I gave them a call and they said Justin would need to call me back with the information.After over a week had passed without hearing from Justin I again called the store, and again was told that Justin would need to be the one to call me back. I did not receive a call back, so after a few days I called again and told them that I still have not heard back and was just wondering what the status of the order was. I was put on hold for a while, then Anthony returned and said he couldnt find the paperwork, and that Justin is the only one who knows where it is, and he would make sure to have him call me back. At this point I am wondering what is going on? Was the window never really ordered? I cant believe there is not a system where anyone at the store can look up an order and check on its status to let a customer know whats going on. Do they not use computers there? Well needless to say we didnt get a call back the next day.Finally, with my wife being very upset, she calls and again is told that Justin is not available. She asked to speak to a supervisor who then stated that they are only supposed to be doing new commercial homes at that time. So you took hundreds of dollars from us over 6 weeks ago, with no plans to actually do the project? I get that its a crazy time and things are changing daily with COVID-19, but any type of communication would have been appreciated. If we would have received a call stating the window had been ordered but they are not able to enter homes until things started to open back up, we would have completely understood. But to be ghosted by a company for a month and half after paying for a project upfront is completely unacceptable. Then when Justin finally returned a call and spoke to my wife, he was extremely rude and tried to place all of the blame on us somehow. There was no apology for the lack of communication but rather condescending comments.After going through this experience we just wanted our money back and to use a different company. They refused to refund the price of the window as it had been already ordered, but did refund the cost of labor. This is the type of experience that was so poor that I will recommend any other glass company to every person I know that needs this type of service.

We had a chip in our window and needed it repaired quickly. Came to Mark‘s Mobile glass and then we repaired it in less than half an hour. All three people I spoke with there were very polite and were able to explain what to expect and how the repair worked. Overall I was very impressed with the customer service and grateful that they were able to fit us in so quickly!

A rock hit our suburbans windshield last year and cracked it thoroughly! Marks Mobile came out to my home with a new windshield and had it installed installed in no time! What a great business!

Had a windshield replaced and the new one had a small crack in it, I believe it was from the factory. The person who installed it found the crack and informed us. We had to take it back to have another one installed. They were very polite and professional. They do quality work and I would highly recommend them.

Had back glass put in our truck put in 3 years ago. They glue they used didnt hold. Over the weekend the back glass fell out. Thank god we were not on the road when this happen nor did the glass break. But when asking them to come and put it back in they were going to charge a us a 100.00 to come and put it back in... No more business from us or family. Yes it had been awhile since they put it in but no glass should just fall out at anytime.

They got us right in and repaired our crack in the windshield before it became a need for a new one.

Had appointment set up for them to come repair a chip in our windshield and they never showed up. When I made the appointment the guy repeated the day and time back to me twice. I called several times only to be sent over to voicemail. I still dont have a solution.

So had a crazy person throw a cell phone out the window going down the highway and it hit my windshield and broke it. I called Marks they asked if my SUV had any of these electronics I said no got the price they ordered it came out and it was the wrong glass. Seems I did have a bunch of of electronics in it so they ordered the new one and gave it to me at the price of the original. Thats above and beyond in my opinion. That was a 69% discount!!! They will have my business forever!

Pulled in to ask about small chip in windshield on new to me car. They told me it looks like those has been filled already but they went ahead and applyed a small amount of epoxy to the microchips for free, no charge. I will always remember that as a classy move. Unlike custom complete automotive or Master tech heating and cooling, both who I felt have been dishonest with me in the past.

Ordered about $400 worth of plexiglass cut to different sizes and not one piece was cut straight.Offered me $75 to make it good. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I RATHER DRIVE TO ST. LOUIS

I took my car over there after being told by a car inspection auto facility that the two chips (which had been previously repaired by the former owner) in my windshield needed to be fixed. The staff at Marks Mobile Glass were very straightforward, agreed that it looked like the windshield chips had been fixed. They said theyd take a look and smooth things out if possible. They did just that, verified the chips had been repaired by the previous owner, and said to have the auto facility call with any questions. At 4 PM on a Friday while I was trying to leave for St. Louis for the weekend (of course!), I was just 300 yards from Marks Mobile Glass on the interchange between I-70 and 63 when my windshield got a big crack. Oh no! I did not feel good about driving out to St. Louis with a big crack, so I pulled into one of the gas stations down the street and gave them a call. They had a windshield for my cars model in stock and they got me in right away. The techs were courteous, they had me on my way in probably less than an hour, and the price was quite reasonable. Thanks guys!

I had the worst experience possible with this company. Are any of their employees even trained?I needed a new windshield for my 86 Dodge Ram, and after scheduling a meeting, a man named Logan came out about a week later. First off, I asked for a new seal at least 3 different times, to which he replied that I do not need one (Im the customer, if I want a new seal, shouldnt I get one? I am paying for it after all). When he went to put the new windshield in our truck, he couldnt get it to fit, so he beat it in with a hammer for about 20 minutes. The next day it rained, and of course, my truck leaked like crazy. I immediately called them back and a new guy came out. I asked for a seal on the phone, and guess what, I never got a new seal. This new guy decided to apply an EXTREMELY generous amount of sealer to stop the leaking. After putting so much on to where the windshield bulged out I told him to stop and to just leave. I pretty much paid $190 for just a windshield and nothing else considering the work they performed was on par with a 7 year old.

I didnt read others reviews before having them replace my windshield, but I didnt have any problems. They came and replaced the windshield at my place of employment the day after I called for an appointment. Quick, easy, and reasonably priced. Glad I had a better experience than other reviewers.

Needed my rear view mirror reattached. Was able to have it done in a timely manner without an appointment.

Ive brought multiple vehicles to Marks Mobile Glass over the last 15 years and at least five of the vehicles window wipers quit working wasnt anything major it was just the bolt that needed to be tightened. Not really a complaint just weird that it keeps happening.

I had a window broken in my storm door. The person I needed to talk to was on vacation but I was told they would call me back. I waited awhile and then called again. Never got a call back.

1st they would not come to my work and replace so husband took day off to take it in. They had quoted both my auto body shop and myself for a privacy rear window and when he gets it there they are oh we cant get that, but yet wanted to charge the same. They did come down in price but my Truck has privacy glass all around except the rear window 😡 then they offered to do the tint for 50.00. Unacceptable dont tell me you have something then tell me you cant get it

Absolutely awful.Never came the day scheduled and when I called they claimed they were never informed of my appointment. I was told by a worker that they would be there 11am the next day. I called at noon and was told there was a miscommunication and someone was on there way. Called again at 1:30 because no one showed up. When someone showed up at 2:30 they ended up repairing a mark that was not even the issue and then left my windshield with glue all over it.Called the manager and they said I pointed out the wrong mark and it was my fault. Terrible costumer service. Would NEVER recommend.

Not a good company. Went to have a new windshield installed, when picking it up noticed a stress crack IN THE PARKING LOT from installation, told me I’d have to buy another. Clearly your techs are inexperienced. Do not recommend. Consistently send my business elsewhere for my shop and the car club of over 2000 members that I run.

Last year: I had the back window of my very well kept 2006 Kia Optima replaced atfer a tree limb fell through it. During the replacement, they cut the headliner of the car. They are willing to pay for replacement, but it means Im without a car for a full day. They also broke the clips that hold the plastic moulding in place inside the car by the back window, and cut the paint on the roof of the car! They also didnt reconnect the rear defroster so I had to go back for that. VERY SHODDY work at best. Now that I need a windshield replacement because mine is cracked...will not take it to Marks.

Dropped off mirror to be cut its been almost 2 days havent heard anything

I had a small leak in the corner of my windshield. Mark’s Auto Glass applied some sealant for FREE hoping that it would stop the leak. If that did not fix the leak, it would require a replacement windshield to guarantee a water tight seal. After a week and several car washes, the leak has stopped. I commend them on offer a FREE repair when they could have insisted on a complete windshield replacement. Thank you for being an honest business!

Marks Mobile Glass told us they would be out to measure and fix our window. They never came the first day and the next day when I called them 2x they told me they didnt know who would have given me the impression that someone could fit me in. I was told I would hear back from the residential person probably on Monday if he could get to me. Still no phone call. In the meantime Bradys Glass has measured and installed a new window by Wednesday morning. Run the other direction and call Bradys Glass.

Had my windshield fixed there and when I was driving down the road a piece flew off that goes by the windshield and over the car door so I called them they said they had to order it I have called them several different times and they said someone would call me back 2 months later and still no word

Fast and friendly service. Tech was very helpful and pointed out that I made a mistake in telling them what type of glass to order. He switched to the correct glass and actually saved me some money. Hopefully I never need a new windshield but if I do Ill use them again.

Quick fix for a small crack. Professional and kind without any upselling.

Great price. Only problem was they installed a scratched windshield and while they were at it, they put two scratches on my roof and dislodged part of my dashboard. I called the manager who sent a different crew to reinstall the windshield and told him about the damages. The new crew took photos of the damages, didnt deny their guy caused them and told me the manager would be in touch. Never heard from them since. Looks like Safelite next time.

Yeah i have used this company three times now they seem to know their stuff on glass replacement. Heck yeah you can have them come wherever your vehicle is and theyll fix it.

Dont except Amercian Express. And was going to charge me over 50$ for a 15$ rubber seal!

Unfortunately we break a few windows each year owning a lawn service company with multiple crews mowing, trimming and edging around cars, homes and businesses. And when we do, we call Marks Mobile Glass. Hands down the best in the business!!!
