Did an online estimate which took awhile to get back. Jesse was apologetic and explained they were having an issue with their email. Once he contacted me on Tues, setting up an appointment was quick and simple. The cost to replace my windshield was quite a bit lower than other places. While they could have easily come to me, due to my own situation it was more convenient to drop my car off Wed evening at the shop. By noon Thursday my car windshield was replaced. Met with Holden and Austin who did the work, very professional and personable. Overall great experience!

The woman who answered and helped me was awesome .She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and the 2 gentleman that came out were thorough and professional down to earth people.I recommend them over anyone else and Ive used others in the past .They care is the bottom line.

I got a crack in my windshield from a rock that flew up and hit my window. I called and Expert Glass got my glass ordered that day for me and got me scheduled VERY quickly. Great customer service!! Jesse came out to my house and installed my window for me. He was on time, and very quick. He answered all my questions, and did a wonderful job!I had a bad experience last year when the hail storm hit with another local company and I will NEVER use that particular company again. Not only did Jesse at Expert Glass fix my windshield but he also fixed an issue I was having with my back window as well due to this other company not installing the window properly. He went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of. KUDOS to Jesse and Kari and their crew at Expert Glass! Will always use them, and refer anyone that I know to them for their window needs!

Very friendly and professional. They were very reasonable in pricing and quick great service. The rear view mirror was a little loose after the replacement of the windshield and they came right back to fix it. I will use them again!

This company was recommended by a mechanic friend. They were able to help me in a bind, I had a time issue. Got me in an early (came to my house) done in about 30 minutes. The guys were very kind & personable. The windshield looks great, no issues. I highly recommend them. Very reasonable prices.
