We, at Central Auto Repair and sales, have used them for years and never had a complain about price or customer service. Very down to earth and friendly people.

If I could give a negative rating I would. Whoever the girl is that answers the phone and deals with customers is VERY trashy. Her customer service skills are lacking. She is very unprofessional. I work in customer service at a Hotel and I would NEVER hire someone so Lazy and Unprofessional. Very bad experience will never use them or recommend them to anyone. There are too many wrecker services to choose from that have way better customer service skills.

I have used Southern twice in the last two months. Both experiences were good with friendliness and a very reasonable price. I will continue to use them. Thanks!

When NO ONE would help us.. Southern Towing did...💕 They were very friendly.. and also didnt charge us an outrageous fee.
