Great people are over here at diehard! It is extremely hard to find good people who are honest and want to help. I had my car just sitting in the driveway that I thought my transmission just went out because it wasnt going into any gear. I called the tow service and got Mr. Bobby, he came over in a timely manner and investigated the problem and found it wasnt the transmission. It was a smaller problem that was going to be an easy fix. Which he was able to tell the mechanics at the shop to get my car in and fixed. He saved the mechanics time finding the problem and saved me money, because if he hadnt Ford and Lincoln would have charged me an extra 100 dollars to find the problem. Thank you guys so much for your expertise and your honesty. If I ever need a tow I know who I going to call for now on!

Very fairly priced and super nice!! Everything was handled over the phone. Someone came all the way out to my work, picked up my key, then picked up the car and delivered it to the shop of my choice across town! The car was picked up quickly and the guy he sent was super too. He made a bad day much better for me. Thank you so much!!

Today July 30th one of the hottest days of the year, my car overheated in the parking lot at Wal Greens Port Royal. My dealer suggest Andys towing what a rude person he was and said he couldnt come help me because he was afraid hed miss six or seven calls if he came to Port Royal. I called Die Hard Towing whom Ive used in the past their service is like no other, the driver Hershal immediatley ask if I was ok due to the heat. He was there within thirty miuntes. I will be calling the powers that be at Jaguar / Land Rover of Nashville about Andys sorry service and hope that they decline to use Andys. Thank God for the professionalism of Die Hard Towing and Hershals kindness. I will never call anyone but Die Hard, it would have been terriable if I had small children or an elderly parent in this heat with me. Andys is out of College Grove where I live and we passed him no one in tow what a sad group.Much gratitude to Die Hard Towing the only professional group to use.

I had a tire pop on the side of the bypass and Die Hard had me on the truck in thirty minutes or less. By far the best tow truck experience Ive had and will definitely go to them if needed in the future.

We needed a tow and waited for 4 hours for AAA to come. Then Die-Hard’s came within a half hour and were wonderful. They immediately saw what was wrong with the vehicle and then towed it to the dealer. We would highly recommend them!

My husband and I were extremely pleased with Die Hard’s price, customer service over the phone (setting up the appointment), payment options, and the care they took prepping my vehicle to tow. We had to have an engine rebuild done, so we needed to tow it from our residence to the shop. It was quick, easy, and efficient. I will most definitely work with them again if I ever have the need!

This man came and got my car off the side of I-65 at Harding place. My BMW Z4 is my baby. I had to leave her there while I worked. I called for a tow 15 minutes before they closed on a rainy Saturday evening. I was worried about the price. So the man I spoke to on the phone referred me to another towing company that was 24 hours but they wanted to price gouge me. God bless the tow driver and his family for calling me back before he went home for the night! He just knew the other company wouldnt do as good a job as him, and he just felt bad about letting me call them. My car sits very low to the ground and this man was very careful with her. The other company (D&D) had actually complained about how low the car sits and was talking about ripping off the bumper and other horrifying things that no one wants to hear from a tow driver! when DIE HARDS TOWING called me back I immediately agreed to have him come get my baby! I paid him in cash! It was a fair price and the cheapest in town short of calling an old friend who happens to be a tow driver and begging for a favor. He even dropped my car at the requested shop for repairs and then dropped me off at my home directly after. The driver was kind and friendly and did a great job with my baby. Not a single scratch on my car! Now Thats service I will call for again should I ever need a tow for any vehicle again! Thank You So Much! For helping me out when you could have gone home and rested after a long 7 day stretch of work days. Thank your wife for understanding! And thank God You called me back!

Called a week ago to get info on their towing procedure, they told me same day, so i called yesterday, when we were ready to have them tow our truck that we are rebuilding to our house. We set up a time for 130pm for him to pick up and never heard from them again. When I tried to call multiple times throughout the day the phone went directly to voicemail, left message and they never returned my call. This place obviously doesnt like to earn money and will not last.... All I can be thankful for is that I hadnt paid him yet because he never called back to head to pickup the truck.

Die Hards website says they are open 24/7. My husband broke down on 840 and called at 4:20am and had to leave a voicemail. Its 7am and we still havent had a call back. After waiting a while we called D and D. They answered the phone and was there in less than an hour. Please change your hours if you cant help people in the early morning hours

Very bad, the owner is a complete idiot who has stolen my personal belongings out of my truck, then refuses to let me grab anything from the inside (not out side inside, example my phone or picture of my father) unless i give him the title so he can scap the truck, and besie that refuses to tell me the tow few so i can pay it, fkng moron

Called this company for an emergency tow and was told they were at lunch (@ 3:20 pm) and could be here in a couple of hours for $200. We called D&D towing instead and were told they would tow us for half the price and would be here within an hour.
