I THOUGHT that I had amazing service turns out I didn’t. Me and my mom both ended up leaving with holes in our hoses.. Be CAREFUL and AWARE when going here they trick you so they can get commission. Instead of fixing the issue when confronted about it they wanted US to buy a new hose and they repair for free when they’re the reason it’s slits in the first place keyword THEY’RE. Told my mom it’s “dry rotted” TWO cars back to back really?

I had the most seamless experience at SpeeDee! I was on a road trip and realized that I needed an oil change right away. I looked up mechanics just off the highway as I passed through Columbia, found SpeeDee, and gave them a quick call to scope out my options. Calvin answered and was so helpful and inviting that I rerouted my GPS then and there. Once I got to the shop, it really was super speedy! The entire team communicated effectively and were incredibly friendly, AND they had me back on the road with fresh oil in less than 15 minutes. Stopped in immediately after my A/C went out on the hottest day of the year. They took me in worked on it the minute I pulled in, took them less than 15 minutes to remove, vacuum, clean out, fix and replace the air filter and I was on my way for $44. AMAZING TEAM, Great job guys, professional and fast... where else can you get that in the world anymore... Ill tell you ONLY HERE!!! Highly reccommend them!!! Thanks guys!!

Calvin was phenomenal. Originally spoke with him over the phone and he was very nice and patient with me, also quite funny. The quickest oil change I have ever had. The price was higher than I thought. I would have rated a little higher, but my next oil change due was not reset. Overall I am satisfied with the results. If you are in a pinch and need to have a quick oil change this is a great alternative if you are okay with the cost.

I needed an oil change, when I arrived the service crew were really polite and greeted me, the service was fast and they knew what they were doing. Kevin was very honest with me and was a huge help and informed that the last mechanic that changed my oil didn’t change the filter. Quick, friendly service. No wait. Shop was clean and organized. Guys were friendly. They explained the different oil options and pricing was clear. I was able to remain in the car throughout the whole service. Which was convenient. They also allow you to supply own oil for $30. So you can potentially save a bit on a full-synthetic oil change. My transmission fluid was low and brown (instead of pink). Which surprised me. They allowed me to get out of the car and check/confirm it myself. And it was indeed low and burnt looking. Almost like thinned motor oil. They explained the transmission flush process and pricing, but didn’t pressure me to perform the service. Which was nice.

Really easy and low pressure. Even got to stay in my car while they did the job. Will be coming back for future work in the area.

Oil change was great and the staff is friendly and honest, but I was pretty disappointed that they were unable to rotate my tires because my truck sits too high for the jack. I don’t even have a lift on my truck and it’s a Tacoma so it’s not a big truck.

I took my BMW 328i there to get a oil change, BAD IDEAL. The guy that changed my oil filter was Josh. I guess he is the manager there. Anyway I paid $106.32 for the poor service that cause my vanos solenoids to go bad. Josh put a after market filter in my car and broke my oil filter cap. All of that cause my car to loose oil pressure and check engine light come on. I took my car to BMW dealership to get it looked at. I was told all my problems is oil pressure lost due to broken oil filter cap with a $1100 fix .I have all paperwork to prove. Anyway I call speedee oil and ask for manager which was Josh. I explained what was going on. I was told he have to talk to DM. BMW dealership even talk to him and told him the same thing. The company refused to pay the bill. Now I out of the money I spent to get oil change and have a $1100 bill. I am working on taking company to court about it, but who knows how long that’s going to take. Adding to the problem, I talk with Don the owner about the situation. He tells me they not paying for it. Never again will I go there.
