Ive been using Craig for my insurance needs my whole life. Hes just wonderful to work with and extremely responsive. His agency is so much better than using the automated phone lines you get with some insurance companies. Christina always knows what needs to be done and works with Craig to make it happen very quickly. Its always a breeze to do get anything done with them. The prices are great too. When I got married recently their rates were much better than my husbands previous plan which convinced my husband to switch over too. I expect to keep using Craig for years to come.

I have used Craig OKeefe since first moving to Columbia in 1993, and have had excellent service through hat entire time. I have had a couple accidents and he has always been here to directly answer my questions and take care of everything I needed when I needed it. I highly recommend talking to him if you are considering switching agents or companies. He is a very down to earth guy who doesnt try to just up sell you on everything but he will let you know where your liabilities are and how to best cover them.
