Residential water damage. Burst pipe. As soon as the Owens Agency, Allstate was notified, repair and recovery were underway. Allstate made a stressful situation (residential water damage) a much easier matter to contend with. They went above and beyond to see our recovery needs were met. Ive come to understand the Owens Agency and Allstate are there for us. Not only was the water damage addressed, the Owens Agency checked in on us to make sure we were doing ok. Wow. So to not go into deep detail I was upset at my current insurance agency for NOT going to bat for me on a claim. I stopped by the Owens agency because they were clients of mine before. Without any hesitation Crystal gave me valuable info though my former agency that starts with a N still denied it...I changed. Not because of the denial but the customer service. I had so much communication that I truly know how a real agency operates even after I was in an accident less than 2 weeks with them. Crystal and Jo are amazing. I’ve had them for almost 10 years since moving here ...and unfortunately I’ve gone through a few accidents and a homeowners claim from the hail storm of 2014 (now I know why uninsured motorist coverage is required in S.C. lol). They took care of my claim so well for me and for the women I had the accident with, that she was very happy with the way things went and didnt even show up at court.
