This place was nice at first because I was a new driver and needed help finding a place that would insure me. After about a year things started to get weird. I had the insurance company they put me with sending me letters that I owed Stuart money. When I called and canceled my insurance with them because I switched to geico the letters didnt stop. Now im told that I owe the company they put me with money for the months I had insurance that should have been canceled. Awaiting response from Stuart about this and if it is resolved I will change my review. Until then I recommend if youre a new driver be with them for a year then branch out to a new company because things seem a bit odd since youre technically going through Stuart and not the insurance company they assign you to.

For YEARS I have had my personal auto and home policies with Stuart/Vogel insurance and have had the very best of service from them. I have never been treated as a burden, even when calling in half a dozen times in one day while shopping for a car, asking for estimates of insurance on various cars. We now have our business insurance with them and are very pleased with the service given. Kelli, Jordan and Xavier are the best!

Ive had an excellent experience with this company. Im new to the area and needed some slightly complicated insurance coverage. Abraham helped me find a policy when many other companys couldnt and went out of the way to explain the policy, fax it to the dmv, and let me know what I could do in the future to lower the rates once my situation got sorted out. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I also just spoke with Jesse on the phone about getting some paperwork emailed to me. She was very friendly and sent me the paperwork right away. I would highly recommend this company.

What a ripoff insurance company Progressive is. I certainly hope that no one else in Columbia gets hit by one of their clients in an auto accident. They have you go to their estimator for claim damages and no matter how many other estimates you have, you get a check for their low-ball estimate. They also claim that there is no diminished value that they are responsible for in the State of Missouri by statute. I have never bought any products from this company and I hope you will stay away from this scam company as well. Flo Blows!!!

Can I get some service? Asked same questions multiple times (3days)for commercial quote. So called Manager upset that Im upset. Lol. She advised me that I had to wait until the person I was working with was finished with training at noon before I could get a quote she had already recieved.

I have been with Stuart Insurance for 15 plus years until today. I called Monday morning to start a new policy after getting divorced. I was quoted a much higher rate. I asked them to try to find a cheaper policy. After he told me this will take him awhile to do, he agreed and said he would call me by end of the day Tuesday. When I hadnt heard back today, I called to follow up. I was informed my ex husband removed me from the policy Tuesday and that I have not had coverage since Tuesday. He said, I meant to call you, Im sorry I forgot. But Im still waiting on a few more quotes to come in. I told him I would find another agent. Had I been in an accident or my daughter been in an accident this could have turned out very bad. I asked to speak with a supervisor, dSpoke with Kelly, who was rude and said they dont have time to call someone just because they are removed from a policy. She did apologize, if you want to call it that, and told me she had paying customers to attend to and hung up on me. I have never seen such horrible customer service! This would have never happened when John owned it. Its a shame they have turned this great company into a company that doesnt care about their customers!! I found a much cheaper policy through Geiko!!

My girlfriend needed insurance for her car today so I said Stewart insurance. Just like all the other times we have gone. But when the Manager Kelly Decided to help her you can tell right away she had something against her, strange but even stranger what she quoted her 115$ for liability for one month? It was around 70$ every other time (especially when you never been pulled over or have any tickets) So she called me, I said go ahead and get it since we really needed it for one month to sell the car. Then after the attitue continues she upped the price to 145$ For liability a month on A old car we just paid $68 last Year from Stewart insurance and she still has the receipt . So I just said to leave. Called the general I save half. Bad prices bad management Will run your business to the ground.
