I was having difficulty securing coverage from an insurance company for a fender bender that was not my fault. Larry suggested looking for security cameras that might give some insight. Through the cameras I was able to make contact with an individual who witnessed the accident.The insurance company then certified full coverage for my repairs. I texted my agent, Larry Lucas, regarding an urgent matter, asking him to simply call as soon as he could. I received a call one minute later. Although he was commuting to his office, Larry had immediately pulled over to the side of the road and called me back. His concern was genuine, his professionalism was evident, and his answers helped me to address the issue immediately. Upon arriving at his office, Larry called with more helpful details, and also to make sure I had everything I needed. It was obvious he cared, and I felt much better knowing he was in my corner!
