I have been with Lindsey for over 11 years . America Family Insurance company for over 20 years I was a agent with another company and had State Farm Insurance when I was 16 to 33. I would never have State Farm Ins., so if you want a honest company that pay your claim with low prices go with American Family Insurance / Lindsey Howard Agency . Great Company and a great Agent to work with.

Lindsey is amazing at what she does! I had to get a policy change last minute, but Lindsey was incredibly efficient and an overall pleasure to work with.

It was a disheartening experience working with the Lindsey Howard Agency. I elected to go with AmFam because they had the best value for my rate. I was given one solid rate, with a couple of autopay and paperless discounts for my auto insurance and was initially satisfied after my first visit. However, I get my bill to find there was an additional $88 added to my account.I asked Jade to see why I was billed for $88 on top of my auto insurance payment. She initially said it was because she thought she applied the paperless discount but it did not go through. I asked if she could talk to her managers again to see if that was really the reasoning.Afterward, Jade said the $88 charge was for an accident the system overlooked from 4 years ago, and that my rate has changed. I said I was disappointed that the reasoning for the charge had changed.THEN, Jade emailed me back to say the charge was dropped to $66 but said this time it was a human error. The agent said she applied the wrong discount to my policy and I needed to pay the difference.In summary, I was given three different reasons for a mysterious charge in one month. I switched AmFam agents to one in St. Louis actually. While this agency has very kind and hardworking people, Im worried about their organization and service. Just a disappointing experience with the Lindsey Howard Agency overall.
