He personally took the time on a Saturday morning to sit down with me and explain everything about my auto quote. The best part is that Jim helped create a plan that was best for ME. I’ve been with StateFarm for over 10 years and these agents treat me like I am part of the family. They personal know me by my name and they go out of their way to make sure I get the lowest rate possible even when I don’t have the best driving record. I have been so pleased with the service I received when a tree fell on my garage during the recent tropical storm. I made phone calls to Jim Myers and by noon had a claim filed, had a conversation with Jim over the phone, and had all the necessary information to proceed with tree removal and garage repair. I was out of town at the time and thus was reassured that everything would get done quickly. I received emails and texts and phone calls over the next few days updating the claim and making sure everything was in order. His entire office was terrific, helpful, and very professional.
