Staff are very unprofessional, the properties are ran like a senior work release housing or a jail itself. If you like violence at your front door then move right on in ; guaranteed to be harassed for money, meds and personal stuff and thats just from staff. I was repeatedly harassed for my pain medicine by the front office staff it got so bad I had to hide my pharmacy bags upon coming home from doctor appointments. I was afraid to reach out to owners of the building or even supervisor for fear of retaliation; the tenant counsel is based on cliques and residents are asked to bring supplies from home for parties or whatever events thrown together. Money and supplies donated to the residents are quickly divided by management staff, and the tenant counsel unless see it come in for yourself. The City of Baltimore and Grace Medical Center gave out $400 debit cards was supposed to be for residents well I overheard one of office managers offering to the security staff how they to could get the debit cards instead of the intended residents. Please help us no believes us so we dont get help or justice. Living in fear when threatened by your nextdoor neighbor and the police come for autographs, I have children but the staff Sees an opportunity. The police are staked outside of my door looking for a fugitive that was possibly tipped off by the staff here is very scary and Im afraid to leave my apartment. Thank you

This is not a place to be regarded as business. They steal from senior applicants to their residences. I had 300 dollars that I had to threaten to have this joint taken to court to return. They folded, and I have a hell of a story to print.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! I lived in Queens manor garden for 3 years everything was good but I moved out 1 year ago and returned the apartment in better condition. The gm at this location she check the apartment and told me I was gonna get my deposit back cause the apartment was in very good conditions. I was told I was supposed to get the money Bach 3 months after and like I said I moved 1 year ago and nothing every time I call they tell me they gonna work on it and nothing so if you don’t want to deal with this DON’T MOVE HERE!!

Just know it’s 0 stars not one just had to choose. I reside at Worthington Woods Apts. in Washington, DC in SE. It’s like pulling teeth to get maintenance to come out to do anything. I have been out of heat since last week and I called Residential One and can never get in touch with anyone, also left message, no response. Residential One has been managing this property for about a year or two. This property has gone down hill every since William C. Smith sold it. It’s sad and frustrating because I am a tenant that do not cause any problems and pay my rent on time. The only time I get things done is when I go over top of their head about my complaints. I should not have to do all that, I have other things I can be doing instead of researching who can help me when my apt complex is falling short. Oh and let me just add is more so on the management side on my property & corporate why this Worthington Woods has went down hill.

This people stole my security deposit...after 11 years living at one of their apartment..with all the discrimination and poor management they have the audacity to steal my security deposit and blame housing authority for not paying their fair share. Court case will be opened and justice will be served. I advise folks not to apply to any of their apartments unless You are a jungle type person

UPDATE (11/20/2020):This morning, I went down to put laundry in the washing machine, and when I exited the laundry room, I saw men working on the elevator. About a week earlier, the tenants had been notified that Allsafe would be inspecting the elevator on 11/19 and 11/24. Today is 11/20, and no one received any notice that there had been some sort of change. And yesterday, my mom was woken up by pest control banging on our apartment door. We did not receive any notification that pest control would be coming. Some tenants did, but we didnt. Needless to say, my mother did not appreciate this, and neither do I.In light of these recent events, I have officially lost any and all respect for ResidentialOne. I do not trust them anymore. They do not know how to communicate or inform its tenants of important happenings, and they are possibly dishonest. Avoid at all costs. From a month ago:I do not work at ResidentialOne; I only live on one of the properties they manage. I had reservations about the company, having had negative experiences with previous management companies. I will concede that the RO maintenance workers working our property are nice enough, but management leaves much to be desired, especially when it comes to communication.Today (10/7/2020), there was a water shut-off in my building (and ONLY my building), and tenants were informed a week ago that this would take place between 9AM and 5PM. Unfortunately, the water stayed off until after 7:30 at night, and this forced me to venture out to the store to buy more jugs of water just when it was getting dark. Although I was able to infer that maintenance was checking for a leak, it still stands that I can no longer invest confidence in ResidentialOne.Like many others that have come before, our current property manager is lousy at communicating with tenants. Now, I will admit that sometimes the property manager does give notice, but for the most part, her communication skills are extremely poor, especially in light of the water shut-off that lasted longer than it probably should and no doubt forced many tenants to alter their plans and routines. The property manager cant be bothered to inform tenants of any changes and offer some kind of explanation as to why?We are in the midst of a global pandemic, one that could last well into next year. People need to have options and resources. To leave tenants without an important resource without informing them as to why is highly irresponsible and disrespectful.Bottom line, I no longer have any confidence in ResidentialOne. Honestly, Im disappointed, hurt, and angry. This company seriously needs to take a good. hard look at itself, how it runs things and treats its tenants.

Residential One took over my complex about a year and a half ago. The customer service is atrocious! They usually put me on speaker phone. And give the impression that my call is annoying them. They are rude, short and try to interrupt me as I speak. They have given me false notices that I had to clear up because of their poor book/record keeping. My unit has gone without hot water on two separate occasions in the last few weeks with no communication as to when it will be fixed.

Residents are dying at an alarming rate. The electrical system goes out at least once per month. The elevator break s at least twice per month.

Metro Village!I love Ms. Natasha who is the head leasing consultant/property manager! She literally has upgraded the property and has bought the building up to code in my opinion! My only issue is the only employee they kept from the previous management! She should have been walked out the door too!

If you are a vendor, think very carefully before doing business with ResidentialOne. Twice I had to threaten to sue them before they would pay me. I got my money both times but it took some serious threats and multiple requests. Under no circumstances will I deal with them again.

I currently live on their Worthington Woods property and they get and “F” for services. They act like they care but they don’t as long as they are getting your rent money. I have been dealing with issues and I keep reporting it and they have not been address yet. It’s frustrating when paying your rent and a company just don’t care.

North Frederick Avenue ApartmentsOffice Staff except for Kelly is rude...you would think the management staff would act professional but sadly thats not the case here...i felt so disrespected by the assistant manager. I understand I wasnt on the lease but I had just been at my grandmothers apartment for 2 weeks because I lost my home and was homeless I enrolled my daughter at Gaithersburg elementary as a homeless student and the Assistant Manager told me to stop talking because everything i was saying was illegal since i was using my grandmothers address to enroll my daughter in school without being on the lease but she clearly didnt care when i said i didnt use the address that i had enrolled her as a homeless student she asked for proof and now that i brought the proof she had the nerve to deny that she asked for proof. I may have spoken wrong when i came in to the office and used the word living when instead i should have said i was staying with my grandmother until my social worker helped me with housing but either way the way I was treated was not right. Now Im being forced to put myself and my daughter on my grandmothers lease and im not sure if this will hurt my chances to get approved when i apply for my own apartment once I get my housing help....
