I have lived in Corporate Lake for about 3 years now! I dont have any complaints! The maintenance team is AMAZING! All of my maintenance requests are usually completed within 24 hours! The management staff is very friendly and understanding! The neighborhood is well maintained. There is also security that drives around the neighborhood keeping everyone safe! I would recommend Corporate Lake properties to everyone!

My fiance and I started renting from Corporate Lake Prop. in AUgust 2020. They have honestly been nothing short of amazing. This last time, literally 3 hours ago, I got home to our AC frozen up and not running. I called the maintenance line and within 5 minutes, they had the HVAC tech, Josh, out and he took care of everything within 3 hours. Josh was professional and I appreciated the small talk as well. I will always recommend Corporate Lake!!

The people at corporate lakes have been great! They made accommodations to let us come in and view an apartment, have been very friendly, gotten back to us quickly, and have done everything possible to help us transition to the apartments! Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment as they have been great and it is in a great location.

Dont let the high-end look fool you. I could hear my neighbors close cabinets and yawn. Dog feces strewn about the property. College students made a ton of noise.

We were disappointed in our interactions with Corporate Lake while looking for a townhouse to rent. We felt business practices and communication should have been more clear. Interactions felt rushed in the beginning and move in fees did not appear transparent. A statement on their website detailing that you will be renting sight unseen and a nonrefundable deposit is required immediately would have ruled them out for us. It felt like our time was wasted as well as theirs. This may work for college students or professionals looking for just a place to live short term, but when you are looking for somewhere to call home for a couple years until you are ready to buy a place, it just doesnt make sense. It wasnt a good fit for us. They do have nice convenient locations, were pet flexible, and were gracious when we walked away. Still felt weird to pay an application fee for a place we never saw that wouldnt be available for a few months. Overall the practices and interactions did not seem consumer friendly. More transparency and clarity upfront about their business model could save everyone a lot of time.

We lived in at the Park View property for a year. The apartment was nice, the layout was good, and it had an overall high-quality feel to it. The layout is spacious and it is quite nice having washer and dryer connections. The location is great since it is directly across the street from a park.The downside was the management. They were not terrible but consistently had an abrasive, almost combative, attitude toward tenants. We had very few interactions with the management since we had few issues with the apartment and our rent was automatically debited, however, they tended to send out property-wide emails about issues like litter, animal waste, etc, that had an off-putting tone that sought to place blame on every resident and asked us to spy on each other. The few times I needed to call about an issue I was greeted with a defensive attitude from the beginning of the conversation.Another issue with the Park View property was the lack of effort to make the walkways and parking lot safe after winter weather. The management sent people out to salt icy surfaces on only a couple of occasions during the winter. There were several stretches of a week or more where southern half of the parking lot (the part closest to the building) and the exposed walkways were covered in solid ice, making getting to the building from your car a treacherous task. The only thing that got rid of the ice was a rise in the temperature outside.

Incredible staff, reasonable rent prices, wonderful location; theres nothing that isnt perfect with living here! Honestly one of the best apartments Ive ever lived in. The best part is the staff, the people at the office are super friendly. We stop in sometimes to visit, and they feel like a part of my family.

Not sure if this is the right one or the Corporate lake one is. So ill put this on both because Im pretty sure theyre the same.I cant say anything for the previous management, but the new group that has taken over has been some of the best people to rent from that Ive ever had!Very kind staff, reasonable hours of operation, and maintenance requests are easy to schedule and very fast to get to. Also hes a nice guy even.We had a few things here and there to fix when we first were moving in to now, and theyve always been right on top of it!With the kindness and ease of renting through these guys, we plan to continue to rent from them the rest of our stay in Columbia

I wouldn’t recommend anyone deal with these people that call themselves “management.” They are completely rude and have no respect for inquiring tenants. It’s all about the bottom dollar for these people. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Beautiful place, convience in the location if your going to college. Fortune of money to move here. Lawns arnt kept up terribly well. Managment when I worked there were rude!

I live on the corporate lake and this place is awesome. Fishing is very fun and easy. Las margs is practically next door.
