Im dropping 5 stars for the service. We had some issues with our apartment and escalated properly through the portal and with the front desk. Rob, Diane, and Jay ensured my needs were taking care of and I was met with nothing less than professionalism from the entire staff.Jays maintenance crew needs a few more bodies. Though being slammed, never was there anything less than positivity from them. You are lucky to have these folks here.
Polo Village is a one of a kind apartment complex. The staff is always there to help with any of your needs; they have an especially quick turn-around on maintenance requests. If you’re looking for somewhere to live that’s affordable, clean, with a friendly community, look no further!
Its a honor to be here!! The staff are certainly professional, very clean atmosphere. Impressive amazing and good business is giving someone a product that they are happy with, it was money well spent.
Every day someone is playing their music and it vibrates in my apartment. Have called the office multiple times and nothing gets done. Worst ran apartment complex I have ever lived in. The courtesy officer is a joke and never follows through on complaints. Cant wait until my lease is up and I can get out of this place. Do not live in a place ran by Rangewater Real Estate. They will respond to the negative reviews stating they want to correct the issue and to contact them but nothing gets done.
They were so nice when I was there loved the kids and over all is a grate place:)
Currently a resident here and if you are reading this, please please, please stay far away from this complex. For what they charge, the community is no where near worth it. You are better off renting at a different apartment/house with updated amenities and competent leasing consultants. I’ve had some of the worst noise issues I’ve ever dealt with in my apartment life living here! Unbearable stomping, screaming, crying, yelling for hours upon hours from other residents. I’m strongly considering breaking my lease to get away from this place. If you have noise complaints, they will NOT do anything to fix them. Residents are inconsiderate when it comes to these noises and management pretends to ‘handle’ them but never truly does. You would think they would have some sort of effective protocol for those issues and several others for what they have the audacity to charge living here. Overall just no. Do yourself a favor, for your sanity, and do not rent here.
If location, security, positive attitude of a professional management team and beautiful surroundings are what you are looking for then look no further. Polo Village is your new address.
I am a current resident here at Polo Village and I am disappointed with this complex. The exit gate has been broken since October 19, 2020 and I have received emails stating that it will be fixed but it is now January 4, 2021 and the exit gate is still broken! I have sent multiple emails to the front office but have yet to receive a response. It makes me feel unsafe and it highly irritates me because random people enter into the complex through the exit gate. We have already had issues with car break ins in the complex and the broken exit gate does not help that situation. Also, the stairwells are filthy and no one can give me an answer as to when someone will come clean them or power wash them. I pay entirely too much money in rent for this apartment for the simple things to not even be fixed!! Maybe a call to the Better Business Bureau will help.
If you are looking to make an apartment a place you call home, this place is your final destination! I have three letters for you, R-O-B ! Rob is one of the leasing agents on this property. From the time me and my roommate submitted our application, Rob has been our direct contact. It’s important to note that we did experienced some turbulence when applying. Not only was Rob working diligently with us on the floor front, the property management also took patients with us and investigated the situation to bring it to a close. After a short wait and a call later we were approved for our new apartment home! When we started our search we wanted a place where the staff and management cared about their people, the property and having a safe and clean environment. I am glad to say Polo Village Apartments answer more than our wishes, they gave us a gift of peace of mind. This property has amazing staff but this is just a clear example of what kind of management is over the property. Thank you for showing us a total 360 on what apartment living truly is!
This is by far the best apartment complex that I have lived in! It is well worth the money. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The maintenance is excellent! The complex is very clean and quiet and the neighbors are very nice. I have recommended this complex to everyone I know looking to rent. I could go on but I have to go.
Moved out a year ago. Gate was almost always broken. I had a neighbor who’s car was stolen and have heard of other break ins around the complex. Our next door neighbors used scream and yell at all times of the night which really scared us. Also wouldn’t doubt there was some type of domestic violence going on after being awakened by loud booms in the middle of the night with screams and yells but couldn’t understand their language. After reporting to the office they made it seem like it was normal and nothing changed. That was one of the factors for not renewing. After moving out we were hit with $300 worth of BS bills. Bill collector called and said we didn’t turn our keys on time when we HAD to turn them in 3 DAYS early because he had a vacation in Orlando. Of course I disputed but had to pay still and now they are saying we had an “outstanding bill”. Make sure you get a receipt of when you turn your keys in or they may lie on you. “You reap what you sow” Overall it was good but things had gotten progressively worse over time and the “luxury apartments” weren’t worth the rent continuously going up.
I just want to commend Greer. We came to view an apartment 3 hours ago. She immediately came up to us and offered a bottled water, since it was hot out. She gave us a tour of the entire property. It was important to us to have a place for our dogs, and she showed us the dog park that is very huge! We just want to thank her for her patience, since we had a ton of questions. She answered all of them! We look forward to being residents!Autumn
Akita is great! She was very friendly, thorough, patient, professional, and understanding during my transition from Georgia to SC! She also left a very high, personable impression on my dad through her professionalism! I look forward to residing at polo village! Thank you Akita—for everything.
Excellent…Service, Apartment, and Amenities!!!I would like to mention Excellent service provided by Alexandria and Johnathan; they were always helpful and resolve any issues with apartment. My apartment was spacious with plenty of sunlight.Exceptional amenities such as Guest computer and printing, gym, pool and so forth!!..When I left I kept my apartment detailed clean, so they refund my money...they are very fair.Oh, they have an Amazing Maintenance staff as well…they are always on time!!Excellent Management.Kudos to You Alexandria and Jonathan!!
After 2 weeks of anticipation for a tour that was scheduled in advanced we were lead to nothing. Upon arrival the office looked closed so it struck confusion in me as to why it’d look that way if my tour was at 3. After standing at the door for 15 minutes a gentleman opened the door to ask my business there (understandable) and got a lady who inevitably told me that I can’t tour. The communication amongst the is the only reason I suppose I didn’t have a favorable experience.
After living at Polo Village for 5 years and only recently moving to be closer to work I can say myself and my fiance had a wonderful experiance! The maintenance crew was always extremely friendly, always had nice and cool neighbors, family friendly area with a recently installed updated playground, a enclosed dog area, and one of the biggest draws was that Sesquicentennial State Park is in walking distance. I would recommend for young professionals and families.
I cannot discourage you enough from moving here. You will regret it! I lived in Polo Village with my family (including two young children) for 10 months and “luxury” is a gross overstatement. In that time, one of our window frames randomly fell into the master bedroom leaving a gaping hole in the wall of our second story apartment. One of the glass light covers also randomly fell from the ceiling in our hallway and shattered into pieces on the ground. On top of that, our car was broken into, we had roaches almost daily despite two separate visits from pest control, dog poop and trash were constantly left around the playground, and the gate never worked during the entire time we lived there. We ended up electing for early termination of our lease because we found a beautiful two-story home to live in with mortgage payments lower than the rent of our two-bedroom apartment. We were given contradictory information regarding our early lease termination and ended up being billed for unexpected charges. And although the bill stated that it needed to be paid within 30 days, my husband happened to call 8 days after the postage date on the envelope and was told it was about to be sent to collections that week!I will say that maintenance was responsive to our issues and we had many positive exchanges with Greer, but I would not recommend Polo Village to anyone. There are several better options, including affordable homes, in NE Columbia.
The customer service is awesome. Lisa and Alex in the office are very friendly and care about their residents. The location is very convenient. The maintenance team is great as well. I have lived here for two years and have loved it. I have lived in two different floor plans a 1 bed room and a 2 bed room and loved them both! The amenities are great and my dogs LOVE the bark park.
We just moved here about a week and a half ago and we LOVE IT !!! We came from Greenbrier and that place is nasty and disgusting ! It has roaches galore and the ac never worked. I have nightmares about Greenbrier ( seriously i do) i have to remind myself that im in a better place now. Our new apt doesnt have any roaches, just a couple of spiders here and there but thats ok. Lol and the ac works. The only thing i dont like is the trash compactor is all the way up front.. I love the bathrooms, the kitchen our back yard, the clean cabinet space. We love everything about this place. I know it may seem im over reacting, but yall dont know how horrible it was living in Greenbrier. I was getting physically ill over there and i stopped eating. Since i moved over here my anxiety is better and i can eat a little more now. Lol i fell in love with Polo Village ever since i first layed my eyes on it and I am proud and very happy to call it my home ! Thank you Greer and thank you Kendra for helping us. You 2 ladies will be on our Christmas list. 😄😄
I moved in about 3 weeks ago. The move in process was smooth thanks to Akita. She was super professional. There were over 10 people waiting to speak with her (she was the only person at work that work), she didn’t show an ounce of frustration. I was the last person at that time to speak with her about a one bedroom and she gracefully thanked me for waiting and continued to hear me out about what I expected and what I was looking for. She thoroughly explained everything and assured me multiple times to give her a call if I needed anything. Every time I’ve gone in into the leasing office, she’s known my name by heart and instantly helped me with whatever I needed and then some. This is my first apartment and she truly helped me feel a lot better.
I recently moved to Polo Village, and so far I have been satisfied. Very beautiful property and quiet neighborhood. I had a maintenance issue recently that was resolved quickly after notifying the staff! This has never happened with any other property Ive rented with. I expect to be here for a while! :)
We moved out of Polo Village about 3 months ago and that was the best decision we made. When we first moved in, we loved the place, but with each change in management it has gotten worse. Our building’s breezeways were cleaned every 6 months it seemed, but by the time we moved out it must have been a couple years. They were filthy. They were supposedly cleaned shortly before we moved out but you really couldn’t tell. The gate that was installed continually had problems. We would be told by the office that they were waiting on a part or something. Or it would be fully functional in a couple weeks. That never happened. I’m not sure why that place changed management so often. We must have gone through 5 different ones in the 10 years we lived there. Waste bags at the pet stations were continually empty. The trash at the stations were always full and then they would start to smell. It’s a shame because this used this used to be a great place to live.
Great service and friendly and helpful staff! I had an issue that I could not resolve and gave the office a call. Atika called back the next day to check on the status of the issue and was super nice and patient while helping me resolve it.
Very nice and quiet place to live. The staff are very kind. Would highly recommend.
Polo Village Apartments is a great place to live. I have been here since 2009 and I still love it. As nice as the outside looks, is how nice the inside looks. This is a great place to raise a family and it is very spacious. I live in a two bedroom with my husband and two kids and we still have room. My kids enjoy the park and pool. It is really a great place to live
We went there Saturday afternoon to take a tour and get information and Kendra was wonderful. She answered all of our questions and made us feel like we were already residents. We are definitely going to do our applications.
We have lived here for almost 2 years now and the gates are continuously promised to be fixed but have only worked for MAYBE 6 weeks, thats being generous, of the entire time weve lived here. Break ins and police activity are literally a weekly occurrence here because of the gate situation, we have surveillance footage to prove this, anyone can just drive on in and out at all times 7 days a week and no one here seems to care. Our daughters brand new bicycle was stolen from our buildings bike rack thanks to the continuous drifters in the complex. Fire alarms randomly go off for no reason and maintenance cant be reached by the fire department to have them shut off. If you enjoy paying for luxury apartments just to have no security and nothing ever fixed, move here. We loved this place when we first moved in and all the girls that work here are so sweet, but this place literally couldnt care less about their residents.
This is by the best housing community that I have experience in my 29 years in the Army...Great team...
I had the privilege of viewing Polo Club recently and from the phone Appointment with Ms.Greer up to our face to face your was wonderful. I love how I felt at home the Two Bedroom was to die for. I wanted to pack up and move in right then. I also view the one bedroom thank you so much Greer for showing me my new home.
First and foremost, I pay to live in a gated community and the gate has been broken for the majority of my stay. Alexandria is very sweet and helpful to any need that I have though maintenance takes entirely too long on urgent issues. Nice apartments but they seem to have no interest or put urgency on fixing the gate.
Was hoping to rent at this property but I was concerned over reviews that the gate is broken. I toured and loved the property. I specifically asked if the gate had been fixed and was told it was and closes daily at 8pm. Ive drove past three times in the last week after 8 and the gate was still open. Not impressed. Why pay for luxury and secure when the gate doesnt work.
Moved in about a month ago and have had zero real issues. Is it perfect? No. But any minor issues have been easily and quickly resolved and the entire application process went smoother than I could imagine thanks to Miriam, the representative that got it done. The location is terrific with easy access to just about anything you need. Everyone has been great so far and I couldnt ask for more!
I recently moved to Polo Village. So far, I am very pleased. I wanted to say that our representative, Alexandria was extremely pleasant and helpful to me and my family. We had many questions regarding the community, lease policies, and Columbia. We even sent a 2 page letter with questions regarding what if type of potential problems. Alexandriawas very pleasant, and answered all our questions good-naturedly.I am very satisfied with my apartment, the neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors I have met are friendly. The grounds are well kept, and all my appliances and fixtures are in good working order. I have good water pressure, and no problems noted.
My family and I had an amazing experience with Miriam! She was attentive to our needs and she provided us with top notch customer service. She made us feel like family. We love being apart of this community.
I normally dont do reviews but these ladies are awesome (Kendra, Alexanderia and Miriam). They are very helpful, kind, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I am very big on customer service. Polo Road Apartments has the best staff in Columbia, SC. Not just saying this but its true.
Couldnt be happier living out here, from the beginning everything has been smooth and painless. Miriam has been super helpful in answering any questions I have, and resolving and following up on any issues that come up. Between the location, amenities, and attentive staff, living is very comfortable.
Between the three gates, one is almost always broken. I’m disappointed with the lack of concern from the staff about me not being able to get to my apartment. Then they deflect the blame on someone else. Very unprofessional
Visit a friend who stayed there and it was very nice complex.
I really Love living here ! The staff is amazing
I am a current resident of 1 year and I enjoy living here. There has been a transition with the property management and maintenance staff coming on board (roughly fall of 2015). The current staff has been nothing but professionals assisting me with the issues I have encountered with my apartment and or outside agencies. Polo Village is a great place to live at.
I am getting ready to move out of Polo Village and it has been the worst apartment that Ive lived in. This is my first time writing a review. Thats how bad its been. If you move here, live in the top floor. Do Not move into a first floor apartment. I have complained to the office a few times and nothing has changed. I dont want to be that tenant in the office everyday. My neighbors above me who are in the military have no consideration that anyone lives below them. From the outside the blinds to their apartment are all torn and ripped....they just dont care. I work and cant be up all night. I cant even have peace and quiet during the day when Im not working. I have had family and friends over and they dont understand the level of stomping and running and noise that comes from above me. Just be very careful if you are planning to move here.
I love it here! Anytime I needed service, it was taken care of promptly. I decided that I needed more space. The management here made it happen and worked hard to make the transition seamless. Thank you to the staff at Polo Village who really cares about their residents. This IS my home and will be for a long time to come.
I absolutely love my apartment but the staff and management team takes no pride in getting things done around here. We pay all this money for rent $900+ and we do not get our full Amenities that we are guaranteed as a luxury apartment community. Its never secure. The gates never work. We had 3or 4 break ins in one day being that the gates are always open. The trash compactor has complications but instead of insuring that the residents has some place to dispose of trash, they rope it off and ask not to put trash at the dump. Now we have to go out of our way to find a place to put our trash. We also have a car care center. Very convenient but only if everything worked properly. I have put in request for an air filter replacement for 3weeks straight. It takes 2mins to bring it and put it in. I have not gotten that not have I gotten pest control as I requested 3 weeks ago. Im so tired of paying all this money for such poor management around here.
I dont know were to start....the apartment itself is nice....but thats were it stop..The staff are forever changing, the maintenance crew close out work orders that has not been completed. And please believe me when I tell you!!!! every document that you receive from the office, please!!!!! file it away for your benefit, because when its time to moving out.... theyre going to try to take advantage of you in every way. Showing documentation will save you. take pictures, before and after you move on and out. Make sure your date and time is set on your camera. I moved out and i received a quote for what I owed... written.. and paid it. .. a few days later the amount increased by $100 even though Ive paid the previous amount. I brought in the letter showing that it was paid and Tom agreed but I was still sent to collections. Now I have to go back and forth with them showing them documentation that I pay what was agreed upon. With that being said...the apartment is nice but with all the headaches is it worth it?
Everyone in the office are great with customer service i have worked a-lot with akita and she been very helpful i would strongly recommend moving here :)
The property is so nice and clean! The ladies at the front office are so friendly and helpful. Will definitely be recommending this place!
I have lived at Polo Village for a little over three years. The Polo Village management and staff is very friendly and always accommodating. When every I have an issue and there have been very few, they are always cordial and timely.I would recommend Polo Village as a GREAT place to live for anyone!!!
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TEAM. They take absolutely no ownership for any issues you may have concerning anything dealing with the apartment complex or your unit. The crime rate is BEYOND HIGH! They had four apartments broken into within 1month. Theres no luxury in living here... Please do not let the appearance fool you. Be wise. The pest control is garbage and the noise is outrageous. No playground (it was taken away without notice)for kids to use so they are always in the road and in the way. The laundry facility is always malfunctioning and the business center isnt as accessible as it should be. Parking is crazy ... if youre not in by 7p.m. youre screwed. Just choose elsewhere!
I truly enjoyed my time at Polo Village, I never post reviews on anything however I feel this is an exception. Alexandria is the BEST!!!!! It would be a disservice for Polo Village if she leaves. She helped me out tremendously and I will never forget her. I had only ONE problem and it was resolved quickly. I felt comfortable coming home from work which was late at night (after 1am). Finding parking was difficult at times but it was only because I was getting off late. I lived on the 2nd floor and the noise wasnt bad at all. People cant always expect 100% peace and quiet living in an apartment complex. NOTE: if you have more than 150 pairs of shoes dont fault Polo Village 😂
Beautiful surroundings. Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Thank you Akita
WONDERFUL place to live with a family or alone... The manager is absolutely amazing and the maintenance staff is quick to take care of any problems. I would highly recommend this community!!!
Property is very clean and staff are super friendly. I would definitely recommend living here.
The weather has been outrageously hot and me and my family were hoping to go to the pool this Memorial Day weekend. Got to the pool and it looks like it hasnt been cleaned in months. It wouldve been a nice weekend to relax in the pool. I mean this is South Carolina and pool season started two months ago. We spend over $1000 a month for this apartment. Ive lived in many apartments in Columbia and even the crappy ones have a clean pool year round. Are the leasing agents not embarrassed to show the clubhouse pool area?
The front office is very Busy and I dont usually get to get my packages because their on their HOUR lunch breaks, and when i do their in great amounts.
I recently applied to this community on March 11th. I was told by Victoria that I would get my administrative fee back if things did not work out. A few days later Victoria was longer employed with the company. After speaking with the office, Greta took over my application. I spoke with her breifly she stated to me that I would receive my administrative fee via postal mail in 3-4 weeks, I reached out to Greta last week to see if everything was ok having the fee returned to me. She explained to me that she would get in contact with corporate to verify it has been mailed out. Here we are today 3 weeks pass. No returned call or email. At this point I’m frustrated! after speaking with Ms.Kendra 20 mins ago she looked into the issue and was able to resolve my issue I have been having for 3 weeks. She looked into my issue and saw in the system it said it would not be returned she opened my file back up and processed my fee back to me, she was very informative. She also, explained that the corporate office processes on Wednesday. Thanks to her I would be receiving my fee by next Friday. Greta is slack and need to step it up she could of told me that over the phone when I spoke to her. Again thank you Ms. Kendra for your helpful details, maybe you can teach Greta.
Came in May 22nd and Mirim was just a blessing to my family and I. She was just the absolute sweetest and got us further in our application than the rude person we had to work with ever did. Thanks for everything that you have done for us Mirim hope to see you Monday!PS: You all really need to train your staff on how to talk to people. Some of your staff are very unprofessional and it would turn people away really quick.
Stayed here for about 6 months and had to leave. The level of unprofessional-ism among staff was profound to say the least. Go up the road to Polo Commons.
Akita has been extremely helpful, returns calls & emails within an hour and went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth, carefree move!!! Huge thank you Akita!!!!!!
MANAGMENT IS TERRIBLEthere are always things malfunctioning around the complex. The first day we moved in the gates were broken, they didnt have our apartment key ready, and they also had not got a replacement blind put in from the previous resident. Less then a month of us living here, our AC unit went out 4 TIMES. We asked to be compensated for the electricity being used and still have yet to receive that. This place just has no sense of urgency, and they have a sign out front that says we love our residents ..... YEAH RIGHT!
Kendra and Alexandria are great. Love the generosity and kind people here at Polo Villiage. Apartments are great. Had maintenance issue AC was out and it was fixed the next day by Mr. Elkins. Thank goodness.. loved the surpringly chick fila breakfast before going to work one morning. That was a surprise. Would recommend to the next group of military personnel that replace me at the end of the year..
VERY unprofessional group of people and staff that does very well at leading you to believe they care, they want to help you, and they want whats best for you . However, you can call them a million times and tell them your problem and theyll tell you it will be taken care of and it never will unless you escort someone personally to do their job . The apartments are nice and spacious and the windows are big enough for someone to climb right through them and you wouldnt hear a sound. They dont care to have proper locks on the windows or screens on the windows and expect you to be okay with sleeping in your apartment with small children with windows that do not lock. If they get a better staff at the office theyd be alright. Also VERY POOR pest control. They make you pay for pest control to have an apartment full of bugs no matter how clean you are you will have to find your own way to keep the bugs out because they will find a way in . Ill give the ACTUAL apartment building five stars because its more than spacious with huge closets, but the staff you have to deal with 1/2 of a star because they dont do their jobs. To enjoy the luxury of living in apartment you need staff that can take care of issues that youre having right ? Would not recommend anyone with small children to move here unless you plan on doing half of the jobs at the leasing office yourself. ALSO it can be very loud at night, people will practically stand right out side of your window talking very loud when youre trying to sleep.
TERRIBLE.We were paying month to month rent, and they re-rented the apartment to someone else. My fiance went to the office to pay the rent, and thats when he found out. They said they couldnt get in contact with him, but they know where we stay. They could have left a note. Very unprofessional group of people.
I recently moved in and then had a rude awakening when our car was broken into. When we moved in they claimed to be fixing their broken gate (its supposed to be a gated community), however, after this event we found out that the gate has been broken since July and they dont seem very motivated to get it fixed even after this complex has had multiple cars broken into since its gate broke. This also holds true for their one broken security camera, they also seemed to have no intention of fixing it.
The staff and maintenance team are pleasant and attentive. I have not had any issues that have not been resolved.
It’s ok. It’s unfurnished. No WiFi. There is a gym and laundromat.
Maintenance requests are not taking days or weeks but taking over month. Cant wait to get out of here when my lease ends.
The apartments look nice and grand from the outside road. The entrance even looks pretty nice, but the further you get inside, its kind of dirty. Theres sometimes trash or spills in the street and walk ways. There has been dog poop sitting in the entrance of my building for probably two or three weeks now. When I moved in to my apartment, it looked ok except the blinds and windows were dirty and dusty. The tubs were also dirty. I asked if it was dirt and the woman showing me the apartment said no, it was just wear. When I moved in, I bleached the tubs and the dirt came running off of them and they were not worn. I asked them to come back and clean the tub walls which also had dirt on them as well as the rest of the apartment. The walls were still dirty and the windows were still dirty and dusty. I ended up wiping the whole place down myself. There was also leaks, holes in the walls that I didnt see before, clogs, broken garbage disposal, low water pressure, etc. Their response time was so so and the resolutions were hit or miss. I keep my apartment clean and I still get a lot of bugs too. Some of them are small so I tolerate it, but I cant deal with the roaches or water bugs. The gates are always broken and the key pad on the visitor side is broken too. The numbers jam. We did have quite a few break ins because of that. Parking is ok if you get here as soon as you get off of work and dont leave for anything else that night. The leasing office is pretty nice, but the business center isnt fully functional and the work out equipment is ok but some of it is damaged. The staff is fairly nice. I really cant complain about them. The trash compactor area is disgusting! I dont even want to put my trash there because there is always stuff all over the ground there (trash, old food, spills). Neighbors are decent. I had a neighbor above me for the first half of my stay that was loud, but Im pretty sure they left. Everyone else is pretty friendly. The apartment itself is nice. I love the sunroom. Super cute. I think that this place is tolerable for a while, but not long term. The problems werent so bad that I was uncomfortable, but I probably wont be staying. Oh, the location is good too. Central to everything.
Oh. My. God. The level of incompetence is unbelievable.
DO NOT MOVE HERE! THERE IS STILL HIGH CRIME, AND THEY COULD CARE LESS! THEY SAY CRIME HAS NO ZIP CODE, YES IT DOES, AND IT IS 29223!! ITS JUST AWFUL, SEEMS NICE AT FIRST, BUT SOON YOU WILL SEE THE TRUTH! TERRIBLE STAFF (HELLO I KNOW YOU ARE READING), GROUNDS, CHEAP APARTMENTS, I COULD LITERALLY GO ON ALL DAY! SUCH AN AWFUL PLACE AND TO TOP IT OFF, I SEE THEY GO AROUND AND WRITE FALSE REVIEWS, AND THEN ATTACK THE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT WRITE THEM A GOOD REVIEW!! THE PLACE AND THE STAFF IS PATHETIC!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Dear Polo Management, When are you planning on fixing the main gate which was broken over 7 months ago? I hope it is fixed before I move out next year.
No security, gated community with no gate. Rooms are made really cheap. Mold and roaches in rooms.
Great places
Every year the management and staff are changing and it is getting worse and worse. The current management and staff have no idea how to run this place. Who the hell charges $100 for one day late payment? Banks and credit card companies dont even charge this much.
I’m done with living here.
Awesome staff!!!
The good life
