Replaced the downstairs unit. Excellent work, timely, and honest on pricing and scope of work. Just had to have him make another call to the house for an issue upstairs (different unit). Same day service, thorough, and doesn’t upsell things you don’t need, which I appreciate. Can’t recommend highly enough!

We used Smith Air last summer to replace our ac unit upstairs and we decided to replace our downstairs unit this year. They did a great job both times and installed the new units next day quickly and efficiently. The father/son team are great and we would 100% recommend them to anyone.

We had a great experience with Smith Air. Communication with Mr. Smith was quick and efficient. He even called to let us know he was running 10 minutes late. And his charge to us was very affordable. Our AC repair was a very simple fix but Smith Air will be who we contact if we need anything else done in the future.

Smith Air performed a fantastic job installing our new heat pump and all new duct work over 5 years ago. They do quality work and their service is great. I highly recommend their business to anyone wanting a quality heating and cooling system.

😁 My father in law recommended Yancy/smith air after having used him 3 times over the past 10 years, so I called him Saturday afternoon on Memorial Day weekend & within 3 hours he came by looked over our 3 units, fixed them for a very fair price. Mr. Smith responded very quickly to a somewhat urgent need we had with our main AC unit going down during one of the hottest stretches of weather weve had this summer and he quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed our problem and was VERY reasonable in price and kind and pleasant in personal interactions. I highly recommend him without reservation.

I had Jack Daniel Hill come out due to the air conditioning not cooling. It turns out I needed to change out my air filter. Daniel was the nicest tech ive ever encountered. Please send Daniel back every time. Thank you Hiller for hiring veterans

Im writing this review because, people need to know, yes Yancy is nice in person, and yes I will update this review when things get fixed!! He installed the complete central heat and air from scratch ( duct work unit install ect.). She called in last Dec when it was installed and her father called no answer, he finally answered his phone in end of feb. Yes 3 months he finally answered only to say wait till next winter cuz I cant test heat in summer, so those 3 months in winter last year each bill is right at $300, mind u she is a single & when it was put in she was pregnant w/2nd child. In beginning of this winter she started calling and again never got ahold of him except a couple of times they spoke decided on a day and never heard a word from him after appt was made until finally the heat quit all together, remember she has 2 young children, he came out finally I guess he was thinking well Ill rig it to work and he did rig it to work on emergency heat and its been on er heat since Sunday today is the next Sat he said he couldnt test the unit cuz the er heat is not hot enough😠 sounds like hes spinning stuff to get her off hes back, and he said Ill be back Thursday or Friday to fix she told him to call cuz someone would have to be here, did he call? NO HE DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL AND GIVE ANY EXPLANATION AT ALL LIKE GO F$!# URSELF, OR NO I JUST DONT WANT TO COME THERE BE CUZ IVE ALREADY GOTTEN PAID FOR UR JOB!!!! BY ALL MEANS ILL CHANGE THIS REVIEW WHEN HE FIXES THIS B#$&S&*t, because she hired this company SMITHS HEATING AND COOLING ITS ENDED UP COSTING AN ARM AND A LEG SO FAR, AND JUST REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.........UNTIL IT GETS FIXED........IF I COULD PUT 0 STARS I WOULD!!!
