This is the third time in three years we’ve relied on Aire Serv to repair our aging AC and they have always gone above and beyond to help us. They are not only prompt but make every possible effort to come as fast as they can. Technicians are always courteous, true professionals and masters of their craft. The employees of this company are just exceptional. They have advised us on installing a new system and loaned us a portable unit to help keep us cool until the new unit is installed. Very kind and helpful and very experienced and knowledgeable. I have confidence in their abilities.

Had a very nice and knowledgeable cooling expert, named Rick McClellan, come do a full maintenance check on my HVAC at my new house. He helped troubleshoot some potential issues and talked about what steps to take to keep everything running well but not break the bank all at once. Appointment was scheduled for 1-3 and he arrived at 1245. Great local service; even signed up for their advantage plan.

Our AC wasn’t working so we called on a Monday for a technician to come out to see what the issue was. They told us the earliest they had was on Wednesday. My husband told them to let him know if they had any cancellations because I am currently 33 weeks pregnant with twins. Heidi put us as an “urgent need” and they were here within a few hours. Kris was who they sent out. He was very friendly and fixed our issue within about an hour. We (especially this pregnant lady!) sincerely appreciate the timely, friendly and professional service to get our AC back up and going!
I recently used Aire Serv to replace my HVAC and AC systems. Customer service was helpful, friendly and responsive.Tate met me at my residence, thoroughly going over my options and needs. He recommended the best model based on my needs as opposed to the most expensive. He was friendly and professional.James, Kale and Mike performed the service at my residence. They were on time and worked diligently for the entire day in the heat. They were friendly and knowledgeable.Supervisor Mike walked me through the ends and outs of the new system and answered all of my questions. He double checked all of the work being done and took the time to correct anything that didnt look perfect. He even answered the phone hours after leaving and the work being completed to assist on an issue I was having with my old thermostat (unrelated to the work they had done).I have no complaints and Im extremely satisfied with all aspects of the work that was completed.
Rick and Christian did a great job of finding the issue and getting it fixed. We had to wait on a part, but they were great at communicating when the part would come in and when they would come back out to repair the system.
Clint Blankenship was great! I’ve tried the other big names in town and he was so much more professional (and not patronizing like others). When I buy a new system it will be from you.
This review is a little late in getting posted but worthy nonetheless. David came out on April 14th to perform my regular semi annual maintenance services on my furnace. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and took the time to fully explain everything to me with regards to what he had performed on the furnace. Whats more, I had a question about the low air quality in the back part of my house and he took the time to double-check the air ducts and run testing on the airflow itself! I highly recommend! I am so glad that I was able to partner with them and I will continue to refer and use them in the future!
Service Technician, Rick, arrived on time & was ready to look into our AC issue. Shortly thereafter it was determined that a mouse had chewed up a bunch of wiring & he had all the required supplies to repair. Cost was very reasonable & done in what I thought was a short amount of time. Very professional & friendly. Will continue to hire for our HVAC needs & highly recommend.

Our Central Air system broke down and AireServ of Columbia made a special effort to fit us in their schedule and came out the same day! Our current heating and ac contractor did not provide emergency service that we needed on weekends. With extreme heat, we could not wait for “regular business hours”. Service was completed quickly by a friendly, experienced service technician. I am a happy, comfortable customer and am switching to AireServ for future maintenance and service.
I highly recommend this business as they are very professional and expert in A/C and Heating. Heidi, Travis and Rick were a blessing to our family during a desperate situation. The compressor in the unit needed to be replaced and the repair was pending the part to be shipped by AHS. In contacting AHS, the part had an estimated delivery date of 9/2 leaving my mother in law with no A/C for close to 3 weeks - during one of the warmest weeks Columbia. Heidi and Travis took time to discuss alternatives with us and we decided to go ahead and install a new unit. Heidi quickly scheduled the installation within a few days (thank you!). Rick, the installation expert, was professional, metculous, and kind. He made sure that all adjustments were perfect and took time to show my mother in law how to use the new thermostat. My mother in law is happy and comfortable. Thank you all.

It was late on Saturday night when the fan motor in my AC stopped working. I called Aire Serv and within minutes Clint, the technician, called me back. He gave me an arrival time and worked to find the part I needed. He arrived on time, was professional and got right to work. We were back cooling in no time. For off-hours, I thought the service was reasonably priced and will be calling them again for my service needs. Thanks again Clint for taking such good care of us on a miserably hot July evening.
I am bothered and shocked by the price I had to pay today, just for the employee Christian to identify some leaks in the coil of my ac. The company charged almost $500, that is with a maintenance membership, which I had payed for many years. And no fixing of the problem, yet. It doesnt offer a military discount neither it has a payment plan, so as to make it easier for a disabled veteran with a small pension to pay for just an estimate, basically. Please read fast as fast as they charge this onerous service. Not a happy experience. And no estimate about the price of the coil, which needs to be replaced, obviously as to this hour. Much more $. My AC went out on a Saturday during a heat wave. They were able to come out an hour after I called on a Sunday morning and fixed the problem quickly.
Rick and his apprentice did a great job. Thorough check, explained the problem well, and took the time to ensure we are signed up for the bi-annual maintenance plan (plus got us taken care of for summer) so we can hopefully avoid major problems. Would highly recommend this company.

I just had my heater repaired today. This company was great! They told me the costs up front, sent me a photo of the technician that was coming with a brief history and when to expect him. My Tech was Rick McClellan. He was prompt, gave me all my options up front without any pressure or sales tactics. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable about my furnace. He took the time to go over basic things about my furnace I was unaware of since I just bought my home 2 months ago. The entire experience made me feel confident in this company and I will gladly use them in the future and recommend them to others.
They successfully fixed our A/C, so 5 stars on that! Took about a week to be completed because they had to get their repairs approved through our warranty company and then order the part/parts. Feels like a reasonable time frame to me, so no complaints about that.Im still leaving a 5-star review because it doesnt feel fair to drop a whole star for this...but I was disappointed that the repair tech left behind debris in our utility/laundry room that I had to clean up. There was what looked like powdery rust all over the floor and a pile of it pushed into a mound next to the floor drain after he left.Another thing Id like to note is that the first tech who came out to diagnose the problem said the A/C was repairable, but he then tried to convince us we should just buy a whole new system. We thought that was odd.
We had to place an emergency call as our heat was on the verge of going out. David was our technician and he was prompt, professional, and resolved the issue within 30 minutes. He was very transparent about the issue with the heater and gave us the best solution. He did so good that we signed up for a maintenance plan so we can keep our heater in good condition. As I write this review, I’m enjoying the toasty temperature! Thanks David and Aire Serv!

Our AC went out on a Saturday. Marshall Rea showed up quickly was courteous and professional. Although parts had to be ordered to complete the repairs he was able to get it working enough to keep cool which was much appreciated since high temperatures were approaching 100. After parts came in he returned to finish the repairs and everything is good.
Kris Reasons was our tech that came out to look at our HVAC humidifier in our home. He was really professional, knew what he was doing and was really a nice person. Everyone has been fantastic to work with. Starting with their sales guy Tate, everything has been first class. He explained everything very well and was very knowledgeable. The installers Michael and Garrett were equality as wonderful to work with and their customer service followed up just to make sure everything was working ok. It was a tough pill to swallow getting and entire new HVAC system out of the blue when mine quit, but Aire Serv made the process a lot easier. Would recommend to anyone!

Technicians did a great job on site. Stayed late and even had a team member run by a new thermostat when our old one failed after the new system was installed!The office did a great job working with our home warranty company on a couple issues.The team did an all around great job. The whole company, front desk to boots on ground is great. Super fast response, cooperative, and attentive every step. “Poster people “ for customer service. The techs Dave and Bryan worked hard to replace my furnace in a timely fashion. Kudos guys. Oh and my replacement was an insurance job so I don’t believe they stood to make a lot of profit. Didn’t matter, they treated me like I was their only priority.

Service Rep was right on time, kind, polite and exceptional at his job. He explained everything that he found and what had to be done to get my AC fixed. It was more than I wanted to pay for repairs but I figured since we just bought an older home, it may need some repairs. It was better priced than the other two companies I compared prices to. When the Rep was finished he said it would take a couple hours to cool down because of the size of the house and it was 80 degrees inside that day. We waited for a few hours and it still had not changed. We called back and the Rep came back to my house immediately to check everything again. About an hour later, it was cooling down fast and was perfect before bed.I have never been happier with any company called to come to my house in the past 30 years. Thank you all very much and give that man a raise.

Arron Lane provided exceptional customer service, per usual! We just had him perform our semi-annual maintenance service. Taking advantage of him being at our house, we asked him to remove our window A/C unit, due to it not working properly and also hearing critters in it lately. Arron happily said hed remove it and store it in his barn for someone in need. Upon removal, there were 2 bats under it!!! I freaked out and couldnt bring myself to help him close the window. He just smiled and said that was okay. He quickly took care of the situation and went above and beyond! I would recommend Arron to anyone and everyone!

It would be our luck that in the middle of a heat wave in September our AC unit would go out, and Tate from Aireserve was able to come out and get us fixed up right away! We had to wait a bit for installation of a new unit and they were so nice to lend us window units to keep the house cool in the mean time! Installation was fast and the installers were friendly and efficient, and thankfully weren’t bothered by our crazy dogs at all! We especially appreciated their prompt and extensive follow up and reasonable pricing! 10 out of 10 would recommend

After a less than ideal experience with another company in town, I chose Aire Serv for an emergency dispatch of a furnace issue on one of the coldest days/nights weve had this winter. Rick was emergency dispatched at 7:30pm to our home, and worked/diagnosed the issue well past 10:30pm. The issue was temporarily fixed, Rick then returned the next morning to solve the issue. After another hiccup with the furnace unit a few days later, David was dispatched to investigate our new issue. After some tweaking to the solution that Rick had completed, things are working just fine, and since it was a related issue, it was completed free of charge. The dispatch office was excellent in getting someone on site quickly (within the hour), and the email photo I.D. verification is a nice touch to know who is coming to your home.
I used Air Serve for several home warranty repairs before deciding to replace my HVAC system. Michael helped me with my options and to pick the best unit for my budget. Cody and Dave worked at my house for two days doing duct cleaning and replacing they unit. They were very courteous, kept me updated and cleaned up when they were done.I highly recommend Air Serv.
Capacitor on my AC unit went out on Saturday evening. I Called Aire Serv and they dispatched a technician (Marshall Rea) that was very prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He took a look at the unit, determined it was the capacitor, grabbed one off his truck and swapped it out in a few minutes. AC has been running like a dream ever since!
I called Aire Serv because our AC was freezing up and not cooling the house. They came out in a timely manner which was great. They spent maybe 5-10 minutes tops looking at our unit and told me that our refrigerant was low due to a leak. I asked where the leak was and they told me leaks are hard to find. They then told me it would be $330 for a pound of refrigerant and another $331 for a contactor pole that “looked to be on its last leg.” They then advised I replace the whole system instead of throwing money at refrigerant that would just continue to leak out. I told them I would talk to my spouse and we would decide what to do. They then tried to sell me a maintenance plan for a few hundred bucks.I decided to get a second opinion the same day. This person came out and used a tool to locate a possible leak and determined there was no leak. They also told me my refrigerant was not low. After taking the time, they determined it was a bad capacitor and replaced it immediately. My AC is working better than ever. It was a $10 part.I am all for paying for a quality service, but I truly feel the Aire serv techs attempted to take advantage of me today. I was home alone with 2 fussy young kids and we were all hot and cranky. I’m lucky I only made an $80 mistake (the fee for them to come out... which I still can’t believe I paid because they didn’t even diagnose the problem) instead of a $661 mistake or $10k mistake. 🤷🏻♀️Edit: I called them Friday afternoon and told them about my dissatisfaction with the service I received. I was told I would have to wait until Monday for a call back from a particular department. It’s now Wednesday and I haven’t gotten a call from anyone.
