Awesome company, team, and broker start to finish!Even though there was great care in each step up until an offer was made and accepted, it was post offer where the full team work at Platinum Group Realtors really shined though.Inspections, Appraisals, purchase agreements, follow up to work completed from inspections or as well as many other items in the process to get to closing the Platinum Group Realtors were flawless. Everything was done in advance, correctly, and many times with a top-notch specialist in the area to complete the work. They were always one step ahead of everything to make sure one outside contact or contractor did not hold up the process to get to closing on time.I did a by mail closing that had timely documentation both on receipt of documents and signature in front of notary. The lender I chose did a poor job of working with urgency to complete work on time to get to the Title company with enough time to send to me out of state. Mikes team diligently stayed on the lender to make sure all was received by the lender to be mailed out to me in time to review and obtain a notary signature on specific date to be returned back to them. This was a team effort on a Friday night with their Title Company POC Karen Weller with Empire (who was also excellent).Without a doubt they have the most committed partners for lenders, title, insurance references, appraisals or anything else you have to seek out. Everything was easy to deal with. All referrals I chose were class acts and professionals. Even the ones I did not select were also tremendous.When you work with Platinum you are guaranteed a journey in which they listen to details that you want in a house/area and help target exactly what you are looking for.The communication does not end after the closing either.
