Dan put a really great package together with current comps and other related documentation to support our challenge. He was very diligent and maintained communication with the VA, who agreed with us in the end.When we were on the selling end, there was so much anxiety lifted from our shoulders, particularly because we had an offer right away! Our experience with Dan was difficult. What? Then why 5 stars? Well first of all were out of state buyers a first for us and a first for Dan. Once we found what we were looking for Dan was right on it working for us, calling to update us and calling to cheer us on through all the nasty piles of paperwork. He/We had to deal with starting again from square one all over again with a second mortgage writer/lender as the one we started with and his company had to bail. The second lender was great overall but they were not always clear about what they needed and this was definitely more difficult by email and by phone but Dan helped us get through it slowly but surly.....no wait he was never ever surly. I was sick during part of all the closing and Dan put up with that as well. Oh, and early on, prior to finalizing our offer he went to the property to take videos of it to send to us to better know what we would be purchasing.Dan had been working with us for about a year as we looked for property that matched what we were looking for. He did a great job and you can feel confidant putting your trust in his hands
