Kim did a wonderful job selling our house. She was very clear in what was important to sell the house and what was not. Also, Kim helped handle the leg work of many tasks while we were out of the state. One example was helping us get contractors for work on our house. The only thing we had to do was say yes/no and send a check when the time was right. This made the whole process far easier on our end.Thank you so much Kim!

Kim is an incredible real estate agent. She is the most efficient, professional, and friendliest agent that I have ever worked with while purchasing a home. We were looking to buy in Colorado Springs while living in Centennial. During the purchase process, Kim kept us completely informed of what was going on, what to do, and advised us of what was our best options were. We had problems with our lender even though we had pre-qualified with them. Not a problem with Kim; she introduced us to a friend, who worked for a mortgage company in Colorado Springs, and we got our loan in a timely manner and even received a better interest rate than our local credit union was offering. I cant express how lucky we were to find her. Shes the best.
