I had the pleasure of working with Damon to sell a home in a hot real estate market with activities and actions moving very fast. My situation was a bit unique with some unusual complications and Damon managed all of them extremely well. His professional work ethic served him well in navigating a potential mine field of communications since we handled the entire listing and sale through phone calls and emails. What impressed me the most was his availability, it seemed he was always working. He was incredibly responsive, returning phone calls and emails quickly and faster than expected. When we ran into a couple of issues, he was able to find solutions and resolve the situation. I would definitely work with Damon and Aquire Homes again.

I contacted Jim Bartha about the townhouse located on 1865 Lorraine St. He met me at the home and let me tour it. He told me to go online and apply in which was not correct. When I contacted him about further guidance he became rude. The following day I applied for this town home. I am a little confused because on Zillow it says no pets while on rent.com it doesn’t say so. Jim asked about pets. I told him I had a service animal and he began to ask personal questions and made me feel as though I had to beg him to accept. He said things like “ I could have been said no but I will look into it.” He wanted to contact my provider himself which is quite against the rules. I sent him my pay stub which shows what I was going to get paid and it was what he was asking for but not enough for his satisfaction I guess. He kept calling for information I felt I shouldnt have to provide. Jim never followed up with me. Jim made me feel like I had to go out my way to make him satisfied. Not cool

This is one of the worst management companies I’ve ever dealt with. They do NOT look out for tenants they only look out for the landlord. So if you need repairs done and the landlord don’t want to pay you have to go to court to get anything done with Acquire Homes. They have no regard for their tenants needs at all. They will also take advantage of the renter as much as they possibly can and they do NOT stay within the guidelines of the law. They make you chase you money which cost you time and money. I recommend you look for a more dependable and credible company to do business with.

Rob and his team were wonderful! After being with another realtor for months, and having no showings I changed when I met Rob. The day my home went live I had several showings and in 45 days my home was sold. Rob knew exactly how to market my home and get me the best price. The pictures and videos that he did truly showed my home in best light. It was amazing to see the difference between two photos of the same area. I knew I had an amazing home, and Rob and his team made it look that way. Would recommend Rob and his team to anyone.

If youre serious about selling or buying, you need to talk to Rob. The reason I say serious is because Rob will get it done. I have worked with Acquire Homes in both buying and selling transactions and they absolutely back up what they say. They give you the best shot at the best price. They know what they are doing. Experience is evident here. I have been nothing less than impressed. Youre making the right choice letting Acquire Homes handle the deal. There are thousands of real estate agents, but these guys are the professionals. You need real pros handling things in this particular market. My husband and I worked with Rob to buy our first home. Throughout the process, he was extremely responsive and helpful. We loved working with Rob Reinmuth. He worked hard to help us ready our home that we loved in Castle Pines to sell and he did a great video with aerial overview of our home and community which was perfect for our out-of-town Florida buyer. We actually listed it $5k more than we thought we would and got the asking price in a short amount of time. He helped us find a house in Monument and the deals were working well. Unfortunately our buyer lost their buyer in FL which meant we had no deal to sell and had to cancel our deal to buy. Although we were so sad, Rob helped us get things back on the market and continued to help us house hunt yet again. In like 2 weeks we were able to sell our Castle Pines home again for the SAME ASKING PRICE to the same buyer who got a top qualified buyer for her home. After much looking, we found a house that just went on the market that morning, saw it immediately and put a contract on it in 30 minutes! It was WAY better than the other house and for a great deal! Rob helped us each step along the way and we closed with no hassles. Because of his knowledge of the area and his wonderful video presentation of the cabin—including aerial views—attracted both local and out-of-state buyers. We received multiple offers and it finally sold for more than our list price! DO NOT RENT FROM JIM BARTHA. Worst renting experience ever. When we viewed the house there was still trash from the last tenants in it and he told us we could move in that day and you take care of the trash in it. That never happened and when we went to sign the lease he raised rent $25.00. Then tried to tell us that he changed it and the web page had the wrong price. Then we move in and do the walk through but he had his assistant write everything down..said we had to fill out another one on our own and return it within 5 days after move in. We never got that sheet either. About a month after move in i called to tell him that my window was cracked (it was the fourth of July) and he proceeded to yell at me and tell me that it was his day off and i shouldnt have called him. Not only that, but that I was wasting his time because he already knew that my window was cracked and my screen was ripped. Yet, here we are at move out and he calls and tells me that I will be charged for the broken window. Not only is he cheap, he is rude and talks to you like you arent human, he hung up on me because i was recording the conversation (so people could see how rude he is) and this is not the only run-in we had with him while living here. multiple times he has tried to pull one over on us thinking we will just take it because we are three young girls in college and when we stick up for ourselves he threatens charges and yells at us. Spare yourself the time, effort, money, and stress and find a different landlord!

This company is terrible. I moved in to a house with a fenced back yard. Halfway through my lease they stopped by and claimed I was not taking care of the property and let all the grass die, when there was not a single blade of grass in the back. The garbage disposal did not work upon move in, Jim said he would replace it but never did. The front and back screen doors did not have screens in them upon move in, neither was replace and I was expected to fix them before moving out. When I moved in Jim had gone through the property without me to fill out what needed to be fixed, NOTHING ever got fixed unless I did it, or payed for it when I moved out. When I called to inform Jim of my 30 days notice, he forced me to pay 42 days of rent to cover the entire next month to cover him. I payed him this money in good faith that I would get my deposit back, WRONG!! He took more than 50% of my deposit for things that were wrong with the house when I moved in. He also changed the locks before the end of the month, and made me pay over $200 to replace the locks. Jim was a very rude and arrogant every time I spoke with him.

To the guy who said this is the worst company to work with, I think you meant that for someone else, this is Acquire Homes, Inc. the leader in Colorado Springs Real Estate. I was in the market for Colorado Springs homes for sale and came across Acquire Homes and Ive read all these reviews and nothing negative is spoken about Rob or his team of amazing Realtors. So if you want luxury patio homes for sale or you wish to sell your home in Colorado Springs, you can entrust Rob and his team to take the best care of you. The complaints on this profile speak mostly of property management and rental home issues. Im not going to say you didnt experience issues but who doesnt? Property management can be a pain sometimes and the rules can be intense and same with rental homes and sometimes, even though you rely on the Landlord or Property Managers to fix small maintenance issues, you need to be an Executive and dont wait for orders to act and just fix it on your own. Complaining doesnt make the company look bad. It just shows you werent in control and youre taking out anger on the wrong target. Acquire Homes is the best for buying and selling homes in Colorado Springs.

Rob at acquire homes is nothing short of amazing. He is extremely knowledgable and his marketing is second to none. Ask him about his professional drone videos...amazing! He sold out house for more per sq. ft. Than any other home in our area. He found us a a great deal on a new larger home. We wouldnt hesitate to recommend Rob and his team to anyone.

I had an amazing experience working with Rob Reinmuth and Brenda Crist of Acquire Homes. I chose them because of their communication responsiveness, their experience in the new home building industry, and because they were recommended as an Endorsed Local Provider via Dave Ramsey.They were knowledgeable about the whole process and the local Colorado Springs market. They were always there for me throughout the whole process. Brenda even went with us to the builders design appointment (lasted roughly 4 hours) as she had experience in interior design. Throughout negotiations they saved us over $15K in discounts and free upgrades from the builder. Rob has excellent negotiations skills.With some realtors you get the feeling they are just trying to push the deal on you to get paid and move on to the next client, but I never felt that with Acquire Homes. The whole time I felt like that were on our side fully vested in representing us and our family. Id be glad to use them again. We love our home!

By far the best experience Ive had buying or selling a home. Rob Reinmuth is NOT your typical realtor! He knows every real estate trend, market profiles, value assessments, etc. Rob knew how to asses every property from an investment standpoint and time has proven him right on every point he made. We will never use a typical realtor again, Rob is our guy.

Earlier this year I put my home on the market. As a result, I had the opportunity to interview several realtors. Since this was the first time the house would sell and the home had no recent comps, it gave me an opportunity to clearly see that most realtors walked in with a low-ball price point that did not correlate to the location not to the amenities of the house.It was obvious when Rob came in that he had his finger on the pulse of real-estate here in Colorado Springs. He suggested a price point that exceeded my expectations and blew away the low-ball suggestions of previous realtors.After I worked with his team to stage the house, he pulled together an extremely beautiful video of the property highlighting both interior, exterior, and locational elements of this home which resulted in an all cash offer after only 2 weeks on the market. It truly is a pleasure doing business with Rob and team but perhaps more importantly, he gets results!!

8/16/2013 - FridayAcquire Properties = Nightmare; Teresa A. and Warren McComb. Teresa claims; Honesty, integrity and professionalism. Achieving client confidence & respect through exemplary management, “NOT”!The whole Co. is a joke, and lies to you non-stop, they have the audacity to lie to everyone, do not know how they sleep at night screwing all in their path that they represent. From the signing of the lease through the move out it was all negative. From the start we had to deep clean the whole home, pictures showing our case in point. Teresa had the audacity to state that there are different levels of cleanliness (OXYMORON), her husband is the same, he is spineless. Rob Reinmuth who is another of their personnel on board stated that they are Colorado Springs finest, well Rob is just as incompetent as they are. From the beginning of our moving in one of their managed properties, and performing the deep cleaning throughout, we notified the company of no bottom shelf above the produce drawer of the refrigerator, never had received it by move out 18 months later, lack of maintenance, multiple work orders logged with no response, the home is a disaster, lack of safety is evident with the carpet needing power stretched, which my Brother fell down the stairs. My Brother had a pan that the old stove prior to receiving a new used stove (oxymoron) per Teresa A McComb, The yard a disaster at move in 1000 % better when we moved out, their maintenance person is Dennis, yes Dennis the Menace, his back yard mechanic aptitude matches his lack of work ethic, he would show up the three (3) times he did and never notify my Brother he was there to perform what little he did. Dennis was not allowed in our home, and his work substandard. They would not communicate with us what so ever, they want to have you bow down to them.The moral to the story, you read it at the start, an 18 month nightmare. Any dealing with this so called joke of a company is beyond poor. The property that you want to make sure you do not rent is 1425 Witches Willow Ln., C/S, CO 80906. The problem with the master bedroom is this; of all places you expect to be the best place in the house, is the opposite, the heat in this bedroom is the worst, unbearable, speaking from experience, I only lived in this room for a couple months, and moved into one of the smaller bedrooms, and all we used this room for was storage.

The worst company you could ever work with. You would be smart to find another company to handle your property for management or sell. Beware!!!!!
