We used Chad to sell our home in December! We started working with him in late October/early November. Prior to meeting him my husband wanted to try to sell our home on our own. After we met him my husband was on board with using a relator. He was professional and efficient. The photos he had taken of our home were stunning!! We put our house on the market on December 22nd around 8pm. Had our first showing the next morning. We were under contract at 8pm on December 26th!
