I had good service here. The young man, Mick, I think, worked on both my nail set and pedicure thats very rare, IMO. I really felt he was attentive and listened to what I wanted took his time and didnt rush. I went with my daughter and granddaughter (whos 2). At first they didnt want to give my granddaughter her pedicure because she was too young but believe me my granddaughter loves a pedicure. She did great. I really wish though that when my granddaughter got a slight smudge they wouldve fixed it but they didnt. Overall it was a good experience. I would recommend JC NAILS. Ive been getting my nails done and pedicures here for years. If Im unhappy with something they fix it no problem. Ive had some scheduling issues in the past, but they have gotten much better.

I researched nail shops before my visit to Colorado Springs. I was impressed by all the good reviews and also the photos of their work. I was able to make an appointment to get a JC mani and pedi. This particular service includes organic products which felt lovely to say the least. I would highly recommend you make an appointment especially if you plan to come in on Fri, Sat or Sunday as they get very busy. I even heard them turn down walk-ins because they were full. As a client that made an appointment, I am so happy to hear this. We have all been to nail salons that will not say no to walk-ins and clients that make appointments suffer with long wait times which we are trying to avoid. On appointment day, I was instantly greeted by Johnny. I was a little early and told him I am happy to sit in the waiting room. He immediately prepped a pedicure chair so I could wait and relax. I consider this above and beyond service! Kevin was a pedicurist and he performed the most wonderful sea salt scrub followed by a luxurious lotion massage complete with hot towels and hot wax foot soak. Ultimate relaxation. I just closed my eyes and had a nice escape. Megan was my manicurist. You can tell she is just made of rainbows. She is such a happy, pleasant soul. I was getting a new set of acrylics and I showed her a picture of what I wanted with a minor change (photos attached). While I’m receiving my service, I am hearing other customers discussing rather elaborate designs and color schemes for their nails. It was very nice to hear the manicurists listen very patiently and actually have a discussion with their customers as a collaboration. I loved this process. As with other salons, sometimes you have to repeat what you said multiple times and you have to be alert that you’re getting what you asked for. I found this shop to be very collaborative and easy to communicate with. I never had to repeat what I wanted and I never felt rushed or like I was wasting their time. Megan is a true expert! Her designs are on point and she does it so fast. For my awesome pedi and mani (with a new set with designs) I was out the door in 2 hours flat. That’s unheard of.I found this shop not only super professional but also highly skilled and friendly. What more can you possibly ask for? Highly recommend!

I have to give credit to meagan for doing my fill and she’s by far one of the best nail technician I’ve come across.She really cares about the longevity of the nails, pushes the cuticles back, make sure sides and under nail are smooth etc. Her attention to detail really sets her apart from others. My nails look amazing and it’s coming up on two weeks almost. I’m coming back to her when I’m in the area for sure.My sister on the other hand got shellac done with a lady. I wish I would’ve gotten her name but her nails lasted 3 days! That’s just awful. We don’t get nails done so it can look good for just 3 days.My overall experience was great. When I got there it was super busy, but still they asked us if we wanted anything to drink and I was asked on multiple occasion to ensure I was choosing the correct color powder.The price was very competitive and no wonder JC’s is busy busy busy. Do make an appointment because I saw many walk ins having to wait.

I was a little early to my appointment but they took me right away. The gentlemen I had was so kind and my nails are amazing and exactly what I wanted. I had to bring my 1 year old with me because my babysitter had surgery and they were so understanding with her fussiness and even tried to make her happy.Thank you so much!

Called and immediately got an appointment for the next day. Didnt even have to wait when I got there. Every staff member was super friendly and explained the different services to me. This was one of the best pedicures Ive ever had in my life! The lady who did my nails was really gentle when handling my feet and the massage was perfect. They also didnt rush through the service which I loved. It just makes for a greater and more relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be back!

I went here to get an acrylic fill and i am amazed. This place has amazing quality for the best prices. I even asked for an accent nail and Megan helped me with finding the colors and made sure to look at my reference picture and check with me the whole time! My sister and i called earlier today just to see if they had any openings and they were able to fit us in. My total ended up being $40 for the fill and a design…i will definitely be coming back!

My pedicure was amazing, so detail oriented. Kudos to the lady who did it, she is truly talented. I was sent to a different individual for my nails, and while I wasn’t crazy about how much she was rushing and how they were turning out, I was appalled after she used her SPIT to fix my fingernail. I was so shocked, I had to tell her to stop and I left. I have NEVER experienced anything like this before, and I am so disappointed.

The employees were so welcoming and wonderful. They did an amazing job and I was very relaxed.

My friends and I went here to get our nails done . I havent gotten my nails done in a very long time because every time I go somewhere its not a good job. THIS PLACE DOES YOU RIGHT! LOOK NO FURTHER. GO HERE! the cost is what you would expect from any nail salon. The employees are very friendly. Upon entering, the front desk asked us if we would like a drink. With a variety of sodas and water to offer. Make sure you make an appointment before going.Wait time is maybe 10 minutes at the most. And we are a group of 3 who were all getting manicures done.Jimmy is the name of my nail tech. Whose I HIGHLY recommend. He did a great job at service, started conversation, and made sure he was careful and precise. I got a full set with the white and pink powder to form an ombre. My total was 65$. I also tipped very generously because Jimmy was nothing short of spectacular. He said he has been doing this for a very long time. Go see Jimmy!!! You wont regret it. Show him a picture of what you want. He will make it happen for you.

Had a rather rude experience my last visit. They were extremely packed. It was so noisy and the nail tech that I ended up with must hate her job. My nails dont look good and I feel like I wasted my money. Maybe they can put this shop back together. Would not recommend at this time. Disappointed.

Ok so I went to this nail salon today based off the reviews. My experience wasnt all that great. They got me in right at my appt time which was a good thing. Now the nail tech I had, well you know when you get a negative vibe right. So when I was searching for the color that was similar I was asking for her opinion but she was no help. When I was pointing out things that I felt was off, I could tell she was upset. So at this point I was ready to get finish because I didnt want to go all bad, but when you are paying for something, you want it to be done right, correct? So if you see in the pictures my nails do not look like the picture I showed her. I feel if you are not good at or patient enough to do designs then you shouldnt be the one doing them. I also dont think they look like ballerina shape. I spent a good amount on my nails but Im not satisfied with them. I would like to give them a try again because this is my 3rd nail salon Ive tried and they did have some good reviews, but if I were to go back I would prefer one of the males being that there were more positive review for them. Still have to decide.

My daughter and I been going to JC nails since I got to Colorado for the last four and a half years. The first year I went to at least five or six different other salons with girlfriends and I always kept returning back to JC Nails. For the last three years Ive been loyal to them. And Im always pleased with their quality of work. their prices are reasonable and theyre very accommodating.

Im pretty frustrated... Ive been twice. Both with appointments. The first time I went with my girlfriends a few months ago and they got pedicures with massages and I got my nails done and eyebrows waxed. They did a decent job on us all, we didnt have much to complain about. My eyebrows were much too thin, despite what I asked for, but hair grows back. What Im frustrated about was I made an appt 2 weeks ago for my twin daughters birthday to get their nails done. We wait for almost a half hour before we got up and walked out. We couldnt wait any longer, we had other things scheduled that day. My daughters were extremely disappointed, they were really looking forward to it. They must have given out appt to someone else. We got there on time, too. As I recall, we had to wait for my first visit, also. Why give us appts if youre going to make us wait? If you dont mind waiting, theh go. Maybe youll have better luck than us. The staff is very kind and the quality is decent. Just my honest opinion.

This was my first visit to this particular salon. I appreciated the ease of scheduling an appointment online and getting a morning appointment so quickly. Nick was my nail technician and he did a good job - manicure and pedicure. He worked fast but not in a way where I felt the appointment was rushed. He constantly asked me if everything looked good as he was working. I would visit this salon again.

Recently moved here from the east coast and tried this salon for acrylic set and spa pedicure.Firstly, the receptionist is poorly trained and has little customer service skills besides smiling. When booking pedicure over the phone she asked what kind I wanted so naturally I ask what kind they have and she pretty much said she had no idea what each pedicure included lol. Long behold upon arriving at the salon I discovered a booklet containing extensive descriptions of what each pedicure included so not sure where the disconnect was there.Secondly, I booked an appointment days in advance and upon arriving promptly was told there was a 15 min wait. I said no problem and picked my colors, after 10 mins I told receptionist I was stepping outside to take a phone call. I ended up staying outside in front of the window for 20 more mins but checked in with receptionist twice to see if they were ready for me and she said they were not. After 30 mins I asked again if they were ready and someone finally sat me at a pedi chair. 15 mins later (so 45 min total wait) a woman came over to do my pedi.The pedi itself was decent but nothing I would go out of my way for. After having to wait 45 mins I respectfully told the nail tech that I could no longer do my nails since I had to go somewhere and didn’t anticipate it taking so long. She said okay and took me up to the cash register where I was met by who I imagine was the owner or manager. She told me “you’ll have to come back for your nails, we couldn’t take you earlier because you were on the phone.” I’m not sure how she came to that conclusion to blame the customer for their shortcomings but it was enough for me to never return and discourage anyone else from coming here. I checked in with the receptionist several times while I was waiting and if they really were ready for me, the receptionist could have waved to me through the window, stuck her head out the door, or called me on my cell. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional service, I look forward to trying other salons in the area.

Omg i had the best time ever here!! i never got the mans name unfortunately that did my nails but let me tell you- you need to come here for 38$ (and i tipped 10$ so 48$ total) i got the best treatment and the best nails. the person who did my nails was the perfect amount of chatting and the perfect amount of professional!! thanks for the great summer nails i’m sure i’ll be a regular.

I just got a full set of acrylic nails here and Wow- such a great job. Reasonably priced as are the fills. Super fast -and I brought a pic of what I wanted (but said I wanted them more square in shape); they listened and checked out the pic and did them perfectly. I was also very impressed by the fact that they will repair any nail that gets messed up for free for 7 days after they do your nails. Talk about standing behind your work! I love that and have never seen a salon offer that before. The salon was clean, comfortable and busy. I would suggest making an appointment which I had done very easily online at their website. I don’t normally leave reviews but I’m so disappointed with my nails that I feel I have to. I went to this nail salon for the first time because my niece said they were good. We were a walk-in and right away the lady was annoyed we walked in an hour before close. I did a fill and the lady didn’t even take the paint off from the last set of nails I had on literally painted over them which I can see the RED from previous nail polish on the sides of my nails with my new polish. I’ve never seen any tech at any salon do that before. They are all uneven as well. The polish is nice itself. It felt rushed and lazy. Won’t be coming back that’s for sure!

I asked for a full set and was pretty disappointed. didn’t get the right coffin shape i wanted and it took my lady two tries to do the design i wanted just for her to say she couldn’t do it. it would’ve been easier for everyone if they just let me know straight up they couldn’t do the design. someone did come up to me and try and fix it for free but still it’s not as neat as i wanted. i’m only giving three stars because the pedicure was amazing and the staff was super nice. besides all that id go somewhere else

I went to JC nails for my graduation. Called about a week ahead to make appointments for my three friends and I to get a mani pedis.From the start the guy was so rude. I explained we wanted the Wax pedis, didnt get those. We had to request them after they were done.Then when I showed him what I wanted he said I can do that. (Clearly he couldnt). Then for nails I got Acrylics and some nail art, that lady also said she could do it (couldnt as well). The lady rushed through my nails. They are sideways and the nail art is something else, I could have done better. One nail has. V silver line and they couldnt even make that STRAIGHT! I love giving places the benefit of the doubt, but this was the worst set of nails Ive ever had. Im disappointed with this trip. Spent a prettypenny for something not worth it. Id look elsewhere! I wish I could post a picture. I wont be back to this place.

I was a walk in and there was no wait for a pedicure. The staff was very friendly. The massage chairs are great and if you are looking for a kind and very detail oriented technician ask for Jon! He was very meticulous to make sure each nail was perfect and even reapplied polish after putting on my flip flops on (even though I thought it was fine). They are often over booked and have to wait for a chair if you walk in, and the building is in bad shape (runs out of hot water for pedicure and electrical issues prevent massage chairs from working). But they provide good service. Only had one bad experience here in six months and they were happy to fix it.

I had a GREAT experience at JC Nails! They had an opening when I had availability. Their prices are the best in town! I got a manicure and pedicure (both with Gel polish) and paid $60 (not including tip). My nails looked amazing and my feet havent been this soft in a while! They have a 7 day guarantee so if a nail chips, theyll fix it for free within the first week! You also accumulate points. After 500 points, you get a free pedicure! The place was clean and well lit. I recommend calling ahead for an appointment- especially if its the weekend. This photo is 11 days out from my manicure and besides them growing a bit, they still look great!

The woman who did my nails was so nice and amazing at her job! I made an appointment online and it wasn’t crazy busy when I went with my friend. I got long coffin acrylics for Halloween of course and I got the sea salt pedicure with gel polish for both. She was so quick, yet not rushed at all. She really made sure to do quality work. I’m so glad I chose this salon because I recently moved to the area and has been seeing a nail tech in Indiana for 5 years so I figured it was going to be hard finding someone new, but I know I have found my new person and salon!

This place is just kinda EH. Not horrible but not great. I misunderstood what my friend said her girls were gonna get. So I said nails painted instead of toes. BIG difference (not). They kinda seemed annoyed that I said the wrong thing when I made an appt. We also decided us 2 adults would get shellac on the fingernails as well. Still seemed annoyed even though it was an hour til close. They didnt get all the dead skin off my feet so now I have to finish it myself. For the price I paid I was hoping for smooth feet. The polish was done well although my shellac didnt stay on as long as it normally would if I went to my regular salon who I dont go to anymore. Overall just blah. Probably wont go again.

The tech that I use is very good, does an outstanding job however she can use some soft skills. She barely acknowledges the client, she is constantly on not one but two cells watching some gamers play, this has happened twice already. The last time I was there she did not even address me at all except to tell me to go wash my hands. I will be finding somewhere else to go although she’s a great tech, she really put me off in returning to that establishment.

I received a cutdown and gel manicure on acrylic nails Friday 1/29/21. I made a same day appt by phone for 5:20 and was seated by 5:30 so it was fast! I was out of there by 6PM.HOWEVER. The next day my gel coat started to turn brown. My nail colors were 443 and 448. (White and a glitter) my nails are brown and the paint is chipping. I’ve never experienced this ever before. Also, they were exceeding max capacity. I had to ask my tech to clean the work area before servicing me- immediately after he had serviced someone else. The service was $32.

I have been coming to this nail salon for over 3 years, and normally am very happy with their service. Im always referring them to friends/family. The nail techs do excellent work and usually theyre very professional and make you feel genuinely welcome. I have NEVER left a bad review on these guys (or anyone else). I just have never felt so frustrated and mistreated by a business. I had called and made an appt one week in advance for a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing, the services that I normally get from them. When I arrived (a little early) for my scheduled appt, the desk person told me that I didnt have an appt and that they wouldnt be able to take care of me. I didnt raise my voice or make a scene, but insisted that I had made an appt, and who I had talked to. She didnt try to fix the situation, ask anyone, and barely glanced at her appt book. She just shrugged shaking her head no. When I tried to pursue (I would have waited) she again stated that I did not make an appt and that I was just out of luck. I had driven about 25 mins to go esp to this salon. She never even tried to accommodate me, and just started waiting on someone else. I think they overbooked with walk-ins and just needed to bump somebody. I recently bought a $100 gift cert for my daughter. When I told my daughter about my bad experience, my daughter admitted to me that when she went to use the gift cert, they rejected it and she just paid. The gift cert was less than 5 weeks old. There are tons of nail salons in Colorado Springs. Its unfortunate, but Ill be going to another one from now on.

Made an appt for 11:30 to have a manicure and pedicure. Arrived and confirmed I would be getting both. Started off good with the pedicure. They kept taking people over me for the manicure. Even while my toes were drying they just kept taking others until everyone was bust. Yet they took other women from the chair who were still drying. Customer service needs improvement.

The staff is so professional and kind. They did a beautiful job on my nails. My partner also went with me for his first pedicure. He said he will definitely go back!
