Normally, in my opinion, one strip mall nail salon is as good as another. TJ nails was so much better than I expected from a random visit. Leon (sp?) was amazing; personable, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to address the particular uglies of my paws without any loss of dignity. Great experience!

I decided last minute I wanted to get my nails done. So I called, and they got me in right away! The staff is very sweet, and professional. Over the weekend, about 2 days after my manicure, one of the gel manicures popped off my nail. I went back today to see if theyd fix it, and Leon went ahead and did the whole set for no charge! Tina also gave me some incense to go home with. They are very great people, and I will definitely be coming back!

BEWARE!! If you a man....do not a come. Wow. Ive had some worthless effort on my mani/pedi but this reigns supreme. I dont know, maybe it was the fact I was a man. Could it be when she said, 10 more minute and it became 30 minute, she saw the irritation on my face? Pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT!! go to this place. Not only are they rude, they’re very unprofessional. It use to be a nice place to go to, customer service wasn’t the best but they did a good job. But, now the service is just as bad as the customer service. The owner refused to do my eyebrows because they were “to thin” when they did them not to long ago. I went in the mall and had no issues.And No, I didn’t give anyone a hard time. And, it was less than a year and you were unprofessional then. Looks like you don’t remember everyone. So, please work on being more professional, even in your responses. Hope this helps you in the future. Have a great day. ☺️

They were open earlier than expected and we were in and out within 45 minutes did an amazing job on my nails for a price.

I used to only go to this nail salon for a very long time and then I stopped going a few years ago because they started slacking but I decided to go again today for the first time in a long time and I’m glad that I did.. the guy did an exceptional job doing my nails, there’s a few things that he could have charged me extra for but he didnt.. he got the shape perfectly... he was very careful, took his time, and was very attentive.. too many Times have I walked away from nail technicians and not liked my nails.. I think this is the first time I can really say I absolutely love them and they are absolutely perfect. I will most definitely be coming back.. I’m not sure the guys name that did my nails but I will definitely be requesting him every time I go.. thank you.. Their design tips are really nice and there’s probably over 100 different designs to choose from. The last place I went to had nothing but a small selection of nail polish.. But this place has everything.. I should’ve went here last time instead of wasting my money at the last place but it’s OK lesson learned

Went here for the first time today to get a full set and the man who did my nails was friendly and efficient. The pricing was affordable and he told me if a nail falls off they will replace for free. I will definitely be going back :)

When I took my daughter to the place. The man that did her nails did not do what we asked. I said to do a manicure and instead of consulting with me he ignored my request and started filing her nails in preparation for polish. When I expressed my concern about his filing technique for a manicure he told me it would be $15.00 extra. When that did not detour my request he said a manicure was unnecessary, because of her cuticles were clear. I know that one of the benefits of a manicure to treat the cuticle, but the purpose of a manicure is the overall health of the hand. Blood circulation, mobility of joints, reducing fungus and infection. I continued to address the filing technique, asking to please file in one direction for the overall benefit of the nail and as required by State Board. He said it would take too long. I could say more but my finger is tried, bottomline I will not be going back and if you go, ask to SEE their LICENSE.

OK today I went to TJ nails for the 1st time my nail lady was Amy she was phenomenal amazing oh my God she took her time with my eyebrows to make sure that they were exactly how I wanted them perfection also my refill was transformed into wow thank you Amy I appreciate you so much

Lovely experience. I highly recommend the brothers, as they really seem to know what they are doing. The younger one is the one I request, as he is very fast and skilled. The style of his work is very clean and crisp.I had been there in the past and had some issues with one of the staff members, but it seems like she has since been fired.Overall, I had a good time at this salon, as the employees are pretty friendly and get the job done efficiently, without talking my ears off.Very fair prices and great quality, and Ill definitely be going there again.

This is a very well run and relaxing establishment. They asked me if I liked their work repetitively as they were doing it and yet got it done fast and efficiently. I cant recommend them enough.

First time visiting but will definitely be going back. The location was very clean with a friendly staff. The prices were reasonable and my nails came out great. I cant wait to go back.

1st time customer a few days ago. My nails already lifting, I also got eyelash extensions for the 1st time. Wasnt sure if the processes of eyelash extensions was supposed to be painful and still is kinda sensitive. Wasnt given much care instructions so I had to do my research. A few lashes fell out and some are clumped. I called other salons to get advice and they told me it wasnt supposed to be a painful experience nor should my eye lids be in pain.A complete waste of $$, now I have to pay to get the removed and have to wait 2 weeks for my appointment.I will not be returning, I hope no one else would get their lashes done here.

This place by far has the worst hospitality. I came in to get my nails done with some friends. Two of us showed up before the other, and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. That’s fine, Sunday’s can sometimes be busy and it looked like they had two people being worked on before us and two people waiting to be worked on with only 3 nail technicians so that made some sense. Immediately we were separated. One went to the pedicure station and the other to the nail station. Again, makes sense to some degree and I didn’t want a pedicure but I had hoped they would work on her and then bring her over to where we could sit together. Fast forward 40 minutes later, our 3rd friend comes in. Neither of us has even been prepped, nor looked at since we were separated. Our friend is told it’ll be an hour till she’s taken care of. 20 mins later both of them are getting their pedicures and I’m still waiting.... having to resort to texting in order to even communicate with my friends. After watching the lady next to me be nicked multiple times with the drill.... I decided I wasn’t interested in getting my nails done any longer as the wait just to be treated like a lab rat was no longer something I wanted. Granted, I’ve been nicked at plenty of places and I dealt with it even though it can be irritating.... usually the technicians apologize as it’s usually accidental, but this lady just gives odd looks and continues. Not something I prefer to deal with so I put the polish back and sat next to my friends. Mind you, I did sit in the pedicure chair, but I never turned it on I just sat and talked. Plenty of places allow you to do this until there are guest waiting to be served. There was no one and 2 other seats available. Even then I’d gladly move if needed, but there was no where to even stand to be near my friends, so I sat and kept them company while they were taken care of. 5 minutes in I’m told If I’m not going to pick a color, I can go sit in the waiting area because “these chairs are for customers”. Even though, I arrived way before the other friend and I was never taken care of, and they clearly saw us chatting together up front but still decided to separate us. I get that doing nails takes time, and I was willing to give up my spot to someone else as long as I could hang out with the people I came in with. Shouldn’t be that difficult to accommodate to. Instead the lady had to give attitude and tell me to sit elsewhere. So I left. No point in giving business to a place that has no standards for hospitality.P.s. please clean your fans. There’s far too much fuzz buildup on them and I’m sure guest wouldn’t want to have that blown all over their nails, let alone breathe it in. If you’re curious which fan it’s at station 4. I’m sure the others need attending to as well.

Stopped in because my place was closed. My daughter got a pedi and the polish on her feet was done so badly that we asked them to do them over. They did and they looked better. She also got her nails polished and literally 5hrs later 4 of her fingers were bare not chipped bare. The nail polish came right off. I wont be spending my money there again!

I have been going to this place for over 5 years...Ive had 3 horrible experiences with some of the employees.But I can honestly say that I am very happy with the work of Phuong and her two sons, whom I only go to now!They know what I like and I am very pleased with their work.Thanks

GREAT PRICES but not the greatest selection of designs and techs, while nice, are limited in their nail art and design abilities. Great place to get your eyebrows done though for only $10!!!

They really listen to what you want and then they do a fantastic job on lenght and colorI have tried other places but T J is by far the BEST. You wont be disappointed..

Second time visiting T J Nails and I like their job ( Phi) first time I went there he helped me with a bad job nail I had on a different nail salon and he didnt charge me, therefore I decided to go back and have my nails done there. Phi did a great job on my nails and my toe nails. I can get a little be pikie with my nails and he had no problem shaping them the way I wanted them done. He was so professional and friendly at the same time. Im deffenitly going back to get my nails done again.

I used to like them. Every time I go in I get charged different prices. I guess it depends on who I get. They over charge for the cat eye gel. This last visit I was not happy with his work and the price. Ill go elsewhere next time

The guy that did my nails was rude got mad at me because i couldnt decide what color i wanted only tried 5 different colors and he was mad and irritated i got a attitude with him back and said that i wanted a color i would like he then slammed my $5 on the table and told me to go somewhere else will not recommend this place to anyone or be returning if you dont like your job get a new one tf smdh

I went to get my eyebrows done and they completely screwed them up they took too much off of both eyebrows and one was way too small I had to draw my eyebrows on for a week after that. Just terrible! Would not recommend going there!!!!!!!!!

I came here one before with a girlfriend. I really liked the manicure service, back then, even though it was several months ago. Recently, in Septembe 2014, I decided to get a manicure with designs on the tips. I like the nail tip designs. This place has so much variety with nail colors and designs. I have visited other Nail Salons owned by Asians or Vietnamese persons. But, T.J. Nails is the best when it comes to giving me exactly what I want. I almost never schedule an appointment. So, I always just do the walk-in service and the employees are quick, efficient and professional. Also, I do love the quick and even work for the eye-brow wax !I do recommend T.J. Nails and theyre prices are affordable and reasonable.I always enjoy treating myself at this Nail Salon

I was very disappointed in my service. Tiffany (the larger mixed lady) did my pedicure. I asked for a deluxe, and she was so busy, that all she did was complain. I got all the way to the wax, no scrub and no hot stones, yet she charged me for the deluxe. When I brought it up, she blew me off and sent me to someone else to pay. I usually have good service there, but I will not be returning

I paid $50 for eyelash extensions plus a $10 tip. My eyes burned so bad I had a difficult time driving home. The extensions fell off the next day. When I returned and asked for either credit or my money back the owner was very rude. After much discussion she stomped to her cash register, pulled out a $20 bill and literally threw it at me. It hit the floor. DO NOT GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS at TJ Nails. TERRIBLE experience. RIP OFF!!!!! I got a pedicure the same day...no leg massage...no oil...no offer of wax. Ill NEVER go back unless the owner offers a refund for the SLOPPY UNPROFESSIONAL PAINFUL eyelash extensions and poor pedicure. This shop SUCKS...buyer beware!!! The lame apologies Ive read from the owner on this site are not sincere. Do NOT trust her or her employees to do quality work. They dont give a damn about anything but your money...STAY AWAY!!!!!
