I absolutely love this place. I am in a wheelchair but when Im in this location or in this business doing anything I feel completely normal thank you guys for giving me back that back.

My experience with Jess the newest edition to this salon: It started as a great customer service, but ended in a nightmare!It was a couple days before my birthday really wanted to change the look of my hair and I had a picture of the exact hair color and design.I made sure to ask that it was something she can do, most of the time after when I was trying to explain, seemed like she was not listening to my needs.Very disappointed on the way my hair turned out, i looked more blonde than the picture even showed, the picture doesn’t even show close to what it came out!!!After going back to hopefully getting it fixed things went from “yes I’ll take care of it” in front of her other customer to later that same day her sending me a text message that she will charge me an additional $90 to fix her mistakes.It’s an obvious mistake, I payed for the service she said she was able to do and was not willing to make it right!I picked this salon for it’s great reviews, I expected an excellent turn out.

Donisia is a goddess! Wish I could give her every star ever! She will rock your hair! Not to mention she is super genuine and so inviting. I have TRUTHFULLY never felt more comfortable with someone cutting my hair. If you want to feel and look incredible, go see my girl! I promise you wont regret it.

Omg! My hair turned out so good! Kristen nailed it. I had a terrible hair experience the first time I went to dye my hair with another salon, but Kristen heard my fears and made my hair perfect. Exactly what I wanted!

Kristen was the 3rd hairdresser I tried upon moving to Colorado Springs. And by far the BEST! She gave me what I asked for and without breaking the bank. She also provided such a friendly atmosphere where I never felt pressure to do anything I didnt want or that I felt like I needed to hurry up. I would recommend Kristen to anyone and everyone.
