DO NOT go here! I went to Lavender Nails yesterday and got a no chip gel manicure for a wedding Im in this weekend. Just a few minutes ago I noticed a few of my nails have the polish literally peeling off the sides of my nails (see photo). Im SO disappointed to say the least. Its been less than 24 hours and I have to get on a flight at 7:00am tomorrow morning so no time to get them fixed or go somewhere else before this wedding. Would not recommend...

Had a terrible experience here today!Eric did my 2 teens nails and cut both of them! There was blood coming from the side of their fingers when he was done. Poor things were too scared to say something when he injured them.His work was sloppy too.I told the owner that he had cut them and she still asked me to pay full price for their nails!Said she would put something on it so it wouldn’t hurt so bad…??!!

This nail salon was absolutely amazing. Very big fan. This was my first time here. And I was treated so well.I went to a different salon in Colorado Springs that totally jacked up my nails, cut me multiple times, filed my real nails down so thin they hurt.Lavender Nails redid this nail job that the other people messed up. And they did it beautifully. They were so careful with the cuts on my fingers from the other place. Im really super pleased with the nail care I received.You truly do get what you pay for.

Im always so happy with my nails when I choose Lavender Nails! Ive had several beautiful dip powder manicures at an affordable price and now I wont go anywhere else. Ive never been one to treat myself to luxuries like regular manicures but its so worth it when I come here. My dip powder manicures always last at least four weeks and look beautiful the whole time.

Fantastic nail salon! Everyone Ive seen there has been great and kind and friendly. Ive only ever gotten gel tips but theyve been consistently beautiful and when I stopped wearing them due to covid, my nails were left being pretty healthy considering what theyd been through.

Tiana is amazing with her pedicures. Shes wonderful. All the staff are friendly. Love getting gel Pedi and massage from Tiana.

Great place for quick service. I’m definitely specific about who I have work on my nails there, the owners do the best work. She also does a fantastic job on eyebrows as well.

Always love my nails here! They are so nice and always willing to work with the designs I want to do. The girl was unsure if she could do the design, but they came out stunning. Well worth the price. They are one of my favorite places to go☺️

Worst nail experience ever. They were not busy at all when we walked in. 2 other customers were already waiting while the 5 employees just sat on their phones. One person started on my nails and about 15mins later another walk-in arrived and my nail tech left my manicure to start on hers, and left the other person I was with still sitting waiting to get their manicure done. So he not only left my manicure that had already begun he also just ignored the next person in line all together. Had I not already been started on I would have walked out. Then the next nail tech to come in who took over my manicure was terrible. No customer service skills at all. She had headphones in, was on her phone while working, I have numerous cuts that are bleeding around my cuticles, the clean up job while applying the polish was non existent so I have multiple nails that have polish left on my fingers, also the cat eye was not done very well and is more of just a sparkly finish all over instead of the crisp line it is supposed to be. Very displeased with the overall service and will be going somewhere else from now on. Im glad some people enjoyed their time here, but from what I saw, and experienced, they are lazy and lack all people skills/customer service skills. Id give it 0 stars if I could. I truly hope if you do go here you are treated better than we were.

I went before Covid but it was kind of dirty and over priced. I got a gel manicure and they had the heat up too much and it made my nail beds burn. Probably won’t go back.

Visited this salon today for a quick gel nail soak off,nothing major. But in the 30 minutes i was there,the nail tech that took care of me (i think she may have been the owner) had the most AMAZING customer service of any salon I’ve ever been to. Her attention to detail and care for the clients was commendable. It was pouring down rain today and she personally escorted one of the clients to their vehicle,all the while holding an umbrella over her head for her. As for me,i ended up having a stray hair tickling my eye and I wasn’t able to remove it myself and she noticed and graciously swept my hair back behind my ears for me. She was great,I will be back!

Great place to get your nails done. Plenty of colors. But for a guy its just what a guy needs to look professional.

Ive had great experiences here every time. Maybe thats not the case for everyone but I hate to see such bad reviews. I would recommend:) maybe it depends on time of day I usually go on a weekday morning.

I have been coming to lavender nailsFor over a year and I had to finally leave a review because of the inconsistency in service I’ve received. First let me state I always see Eric, the owner. For pedicures fills in dip nails full sets whatever I’ve had done over the year has been with him. Here is a brief summary of my experience:More often than not he gets externally anxious when customers walk in- this place doesn’t like walk ins. He get stressed and starts rushing on the person he’s working on and 90% of the time he isn’t paying attention and will nick you with the drill.He over charged me, or undercharged me? I’ve never paid the same price twice for a fill in and I’m getting the same thing- fill in with gel polish.Pedicures with gel polish rarely last 2 weeks, by the 10th day the polish peels off your toe.The main reason I continued month after month was because his nails don’t lift and don’t break but after a year of the above I quit. I would rather make the drive to another place. I’ve been as loyal as I have been because of the proximity and they’re open Sundays which is hard to fine here.Hope this helps.

I took my wife here for the first time and the experience was fabulous in an explosive way. She got much boom boom for the buck so I would definitely recommend these guys they do excellent work and I would definitely go back and if you know any old grannies out there with crusty toes send them on down.

It was my first time to this establishment, and I was hoping for a great experience since they are close to my home. Lavender nails are lacking tremendously in customer service. The greeting was poor. While I sat there and had my toes worked on, I think my technician said about one word to me the entire time but had a full blown conversation with her fellow technician. There are too many salons to be treated like this. Friendliness, smiles, warmth cost nothing, but it did cost them business!

My new favorite nail place in the Springs. Ive always gone as a walk in and Ive never had to wait very long at all. The gel manicures last 2 weeks or longer. They have a good selection of colors as well.

They were very accommodating and skilled. Every detail was done with precision and detail. You can tell that their priority is perfect work rather than getting you in and out as fast as possible. They made sure they fixed a minor blemish in one nails polish before I even saw it, which impressed me tremendously seeing as many salons Ive gone to wave it off like its nothing when I point out a major flaw. My stiletto nails turned out perfect and even. The price is phenomenal too: $50 for a full set acrylic, stiletto nail with gel polish (three different colors). Very friendly and they take pride in their work. Will definitely return and recommend to others. Best nail salon experience of my life.

Absolutely amazing service!! I normally have a lot of anxiety when I get my nails done, but the staff were so friendly!! They were quick and my nails were gorgeous afterwards!! 💕💕

They gave me two ingrown toenails, cut my cuticle so it bled, tried to ignore it and just painted it... I asked for a salt foot spa but got something else. My manicure was also really thick. I did gel polish on my natural nails. I actually gave them a second chance after this, and the second time went mildly better, but still not great.

Today was the 2nd time Ive had a pedicure by the same person, an older man with glasses. My pedicure lasted 14 minutes from walking in to walking out. No eye contact, no time to soak (seriously, I barely got my feet wet), he didnt do the callus removal, and pulled me almost out of my chair for the 90 second lotion rub. I came to relax and enjoy my pedicure, but instead I was stressed and rushed. I will not be returning.

Great staff and they got me right in however I did not receive what I asked for... Came in with nails that had already been done somewhere else but had grown out. I asked for a new set just like the ones I had (shape, thickness, length, etc.) and was told it would be no problem. Unfortunately they do NOT look even close to what I had asked for 😞 Probably will not be back.

My nail tech put on my nails with some kind of dip color instead of acrylic and when they didnt harden after waiting almost an hour got super frustrated with me asking her to redo them. When taking off the messed up set she actually drilled through my real nail in multiple places.My experience with the pedicure was great though!

Very frustrating experience. We came in about an hour before closing and we were clearly an imposition. It is very difficult to communicate with all but one person. Either language or mood. Hard to say. The color I chose looked nothing like the color that was applied but I think they were pretending they couldn’t understand me. Last time I tried to come around 6pm (they close at 7pm), everyone was walking out because the manager decided to close early. There’s lots of places in the area...I suggest trying another one. And the last time I successfully got my nails done here, the gel polish came off 7 of my fingers within about 4 days.

Don’t go, worst ever, show an art design looks like kindergarten art work, rush you out, uneven color, lumpy, and when they break you nail filing they put a new one one way to wide and at an odd angle... stay away, went immediately to another nail salon and had my nails reshaped and painted, so much better... visit any other salon for better results! I prefer Nail-cissity at Prominence point, they speak your language, don’t talk bad about your current nail failure and ask what you want, Strawberry was amazing!

Went in with my niece to get our nails done. There was literally no other customers in the place, but we still had to wait while 5 staff members sat on their phones and iPads. Whdn they finally decided to help us, we were both sat down and they started on my niece. Another customer then came in 30 minutes after we arrived, and they stopped doing my nails and started on the new customer instead. We walked out and will never be back. Worst service I have ever received in my life.

My friend and I went there yesterday to get our nails done for prom. We are only 16 and were completely scammed. They over charged us by $5 each not including tip. They messed up my nails pretty bad as well. They did not even do the design on my friends nails that she paid for. My friends lady also just left before she was done. I definatly would not recommend to young girls to go without an adult because they do try to take advantage of that.

This was my first time there and I had a fantastic experience. They were not busy so I was seated right away. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes and 2 nail techs came in. They have so many colors and glitter to choose from. One was assigned for my pedi the other for my mani. The best thing was they did my mani and pedi at the same time. I loved this because it just made it that much quicker. The lady doing my pedi did a great job and was very thorough. And I can say the same for the lady who did my mani. I made a mistake of wearing skinny jeans and the ankle is really tight already, and even tighter pulled up above my calf. they were really difficult to pull back down after I was finished. I told her it was fine and that I can fix it once I got home but the lady who did my pedi was persistent and worked really hard to pull them back down. I thought this was outstanding and really above and beyond service. All in all a great experience and I will be back.

The customer service here is AWFUL!! Youre pretty much ignored and they hardly engage with customers. Serious stern faces and no thank you. Also, during my manicure they left on my rings, the water I soaked in was cold and the nail tech did a below than average job. Definitely wont be back.

I have consistently received great service at Lavender nails. The employees are friendly and professional and put time and effort in their work. The salon is neat and the atmosphere is very comfortable.

Im a guy. I run regularly and happened to get an ingrown toenail. My wife recommended I get a pedicure because they cut out ingrown toenails. I confirmed by reading something on the Runners World website.I was nervous entering a room full of women looking at me like I was in the wrong place.Anyway, the staff made me extremely comfortable. They turned on ESPN and took great care of me. I now understand what all of the fuss is about with getting pampered.Ill be back next time my feet need TLC.

They argued about the length and shape I wanted my acrylics to be. They painted my nails sloppy and the acrylics came out lumpy. Some of the nails were unevenly shaped and cut.

I’d give ZERO stars if I could. I don’t ever write reviews unless they are places I love, but I really had a terrible experience here. I made an appointment for 2pm and showed up at 1:50pm. SEVEN people showed up after me (all walk ins) and were seated before me. The lady kept saying 5 more minutes. I waited over AN HOUR after my appointment time before the guy looked over and said oh I forgot about you! Seriously?! He was sitting next to the lady who kept telling me 5 more minutes! Then she finally sat me down and told me I looked tired!! She left bubbles in the polish of my nails, cut my thumb open on the grinder tools, left my real nails growing out the top of the gel fill and when I went to pay, she said her card machine was down and I needed to walk across the street to the ATM to get cash!!! She didn’t mention it when I came in or anytime I was sitting there. She’s lucky I’m honest and went to the ATM and came back. She charged me full price! Never coming back here again. Ever.

We made appointments at this place because it seemed to have good reviews. Firstly, we called ahead and made an appointment. We arrived on time but were seated and ignored for half an hour before someone came to help us. Secondly, both my grandmother and I had our hands butchered during our manicures. They cut so deep on the cuticles that we both bled and were sore for days. Then without warning they poured alcohol into the open wounds. We still have nasty scabs several days later. Lastly, the staff was rude and made you feel unwelcome, like an inconvenience. Definitely will not be returning here or recommending this place to anyone.

So dirty here. I had to ask them to finish my daughter because they left her sitting in the chair. They started yelling at us about her shoes. It was so strange. My pedicure was 11 minutes long and the lady only massaged 1 leg. She was too busy yelling at a co-worker. When I pointed it out she said then dont come here.

Well for one they stuck me with a nail tech that didnt know how to do a powder ombre. Then the polish and nails came off way to easy. I think if they have techs then they need to be trained before doing a full set.

Worst manicure ever received. The nail technician kept saying wow-- its been forever since youve gotten a manicure, when I have had one -week half weeks ago. Of course I know my cuticles grow quickly. You dont need to make me feel like a circus animal. Shes very rough with the cuticle remover, and the polish bubbled after I left. Im from the Denver metro area so I cant go back to get them fixed but Ill see if I can post a photo how terrible they look.

My acrylic nails kept falling off just days after having them put on, and the nail tech butchered my cuticles. I will not be going back and I do not recommend this place to anyone. They treat you like you are not worth their time.

We moved to CS a year ago and tried several nail salons and Lavendar was the first we wanted to come back to again and again. We always walk in with little wait and get fabulous service and great mani pedis!!

Good service but at the 3rd day the shellac starts peeling off. One week and acrylic must every nail too.

I had a horrible experience at Lavender Nails - from the customer service to the actual service itself. I went in for the first time ever one day for a full set of acrylic nails and I had a very rushed, nail and hand damaging, poorly done experience as well. My acrylics were glued on and filed crookedly and I, and my boyfriend were treated very rudely and felt unwelcome when we returned to get them taken off and redone a day later since they were painfully crooked on my nails. When I got the acrylics removed, my nails were soaked in acetone for over 25 minutes extremely drying my nails and fingertips, then filed off with an electric nail file that was dug too deep into my nail bed. Damaging, scratching, and denting them. The staff who did my nails upsettingly stared at me and looked mad at me when I got them off as the manager had taken over my nail situation. I did not receive a refund but instead was told to come in after 2 weeks to let my nails heal. My boyfriend and I went back again after 2 weeks to get them done and the man who did my nails again, upsettingly stared at me the entire time I waited while my boyfriend talked to the manager, but they were busy so the manager told us to come in the following week. But at this point, weve been treated rudely and unprofessionally. My boyfriend went in today to see about a possible refund in this case, and before even saying anything- the manager said, What does your girlfriend want this time? He also noticed a paper sign this time stating they do not give refunds. I do not feel comfortable going here and will never again.

I have been here 3 times just to give them the benefit of the doubt. They are so rough on your hands and are not detail oriented in the least! When you try and let them know what you want fixed, they act irritated and like you are crazy. All 3 times i have come home and regretted getting them done there. They are THE WORST!

I had the absolute worst, most unprofessional and detestable experience imaginable. I wouldnt let the owner to do my nails. Even ONCE. They are rude, have a low quality of service and are not concerned with providing a decent service. They refused to do my nails but told me to come back. Two women came in while I was getting a pedicure and they were served (of course the woman were white; somehow I feel their prejudice, which is hilarious from another minority). I mean lets be honest Vietnamese have been discriminated against within the Asian culture but they want to be discriminatory towards me, as a black woman! The thing is I speak mandarin a bit and could decipher some of their detestable comments. What a pity that you are a blue collar laborer and judging me!I would never go here again.

They always fit me right in, their prices are reasonable, and they make my runners feet look soft and beautiful without a second comment.

Um no. Idk what you people are basing your experience off on but for that place to be in the nicer are of Colorado Springs, they are a BIG fail. First off the pedicure chairs needs replacing, they have all kinds of water spots on the arm rest tables,secondly,it smelled like someone stale feet in there, third, they need to start using plastic bags inside the pedicure water bowl, I dont think ANY of their instruments were sterilized. There was a bloody bandaid on the chair next to me.Ok now my pedicure. The damn polish is way to thick, my cuticles looked beat up. Ill be going back to Envy Nails on Powers. Much more up to date and a lot nicer.

I don’t recommend going here. I had a pedicure and from the first cut of cuticle I knew there was a problem. They cut so low into the side of my big toe that it hurt and bled. I told him and he didn’t stop. It’s so inflamed it woke me up all night when my foot hit the sheets! He grated my heels so hard they are red and on fire with each step I take! It hurt! The worst was the calf massage. It was so painful that I asked him to stop, 3 times, and he nodded okay and went back to the other calf with a new solution and hurt me some more. I have yellow bruises on both calves! For what was supposed to be a treat it was torture. I called and told them. They apologized. It was an older man who did my pedicure. Go relax and spoil yourself but not here.

Awful! Worst pedicure Ive ever had! The lady cut my toe and my friend I was with the guy scraped her heel so much it was bleeding and he had to get her a band aid. Still charged fill price and laughed.
