Says its temporarily closed but have you been there lately? Inside the salon is full of mattress, furniture, boxes, personal possessions, all heaped up in a pile you can see all of this through the outside window. Looks like theyve closed the business permanently and never bothered to remove their belongings. Disgraceful, unprofessional, immature and irresponsible.

I took my son here for his first haircut today. Im so incredibly pleased with the service, from the moment I made the appointment, to the finished cut itself. I was concerned about my son being traumatized by clippers, so I asked if he was willing to cut using shears only, and he understood and made an appointment the next day during a quiet hour just in case. When the time came for the appointment, he demonstrated to my son using my daughters hair so he wouldnt be surprised, then took it slowly on my son going off his cues and keeping him as comfortable as possible.Not one tear was shed. No screaming. Only minor fussing because he saw food. lol I am so happy his first experience wasnt damaging, and we will be back. The pricing was very reasonable, but even if it were higher I wouldnt mind, as it was well worth it.

Isi, is amazing, I came in looking like I had chopped hair, walking out looking beautiful and feeling beautiful. He came in super early just to help me feel good and that is exactly what he did. He is very flexible on his hours and gives you what you want, not what he wants. I love it! 5 stars all day.

This could not have been a better experience, it was perfect!! I took my lady and I for a couples massage on our anniversary, and it could not have been a better experience. The entire staff was hospital, professional and friendly; the massage was fantastic and they even sent us on our way with a vase of beautiful roses and chocolates in celebration of our anniversary, just to show they truly care! I will certainly be coming back.

My girlfriend made me come to this place and I was hesitant because most salons dont know barbering well. Especially this fancy of a place. But nope, this guy Isi really nailed my fade like no one else ever has. I was more than impressed with his technique and his attention to detail. He definitely is a master of his craft. His cuts were more pricey than what Im used but I would happily pay for this kind of treatment any day. I found my barber.

Hands down the best in Colorado Springs. I have been a friend and client of the Salon for awhile and plan on doing the Spa sometime soon. The atmosphere is amazing out of this world. Very relaxing and calming and all around warming to to see the success and how far its come. 🙌

The spa is a must. After a 15 hour day on my feet, theres nothing better than a full body massage. The staff is very professional and respect the wants of the customer. Before going in I had several body pains to include lower back pain, all day every day. But coming out...... felt like a brand new person with no pains. We will be back for sure!!!!

I didnt know what I was getting into because my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate. I was like ummmmm ok? Now we are out and he cant keep his hands out of my hair! I came in with about an inch of regrowth. My hair is platinum blonde with brown regrowth. I usually color my own hair but since I had surgery, I thought Id let someone else do it. Needless to say my regrowth was orange and the bleach burned my scalp so much that puss was coming out. Some of my hair broke off. Im not happy. Thank God Im a cosmetologist and I fixed their mistakes after having to wait 2 weeks for my scalp to heal. I also had to do a lot of conditioning to my hair being do dry. I usually use 40-30 volume and never had any of this to happen and they only used a 20. They did try to find it but once I shampooed the first time, toner washed out. I did not get what I asked for. I will continue doing my own hair since there are some really bad hair stylists out the. For the price I paid, it should have been done correctly. I think they are too much in a hurry and over book to get people in and out also.

As soon as you walk in, you already feel as though you are in heaven! The vibe you get is relaxing! It is immaculate inside. Isi was the one who brought my hair back to life!!! Worst experience ever! Worked there for several months and wouldnt recommend it to anyone! I had to share the truth now that I left. The salon is disgusting all the time! Sinks flood n are never cleaned. Supplies is never sterile. Owners constantly get into yelling matches and have gotten violate on multiple occasions. Constantly messing up on the scheduling. Double booked appointments are common. Missed appointments are expected due to the owners travels and lack of professional experience and courtesy. Hair dye was damaged during the winter and never replaced so constant color corrections. Not to mention, its in a terrible part of town. Theyve been robbed multiple times. Cars constantly get broken into in the parking lot. Sirens are common. Not 5 star at all and pay for their rating and reviews. Constantly rotating employees due to not getting paid properly, legally, or timely. Now its full of people with no experience just out of school that suck that no other place would take. Dont be fooled by their false rating! Prices never match and constantly change based on their mood. Not to mention my last hair cut was so terrible I had to get it redone twice to be able to fix it! He was so over booked he couldnt die it nor do anything I asked lk layers or taking weight of. Isi literally chopped it all one layer and couldnt even get that right. So much of it was different lengths and the sides werent even symmetrical, I had to take it up inches to fix all of it. He was suppose to fix it later and never did. They never stick to their word. Oh n trust me theyll try to come back and talk smack about me saying how terrible I was but its all just an excuse instead of the truth and fixing themselves.

Isi is amazing, Iv never had anyone do my hair exactly the way I wanted it..I was naturaly dark brown color and he turned me into platinum. ..The way he cut my hair was just perfect. ..He as so much talent. I just dont have enough words to tell you how satisfied I am... do your self a favor and go see him

I would gave this place 0 stars because one Isi cut and made my hair into a mess that I myself or anyother hairstylist couldnt fix my hair was damaged and dry. One time my friend went there and he didnt even wash her hair because he was to tired to do her wash and made the worst cut I ever saw on her. I booked an appointment for a facial and was treated to this delight by the talented Nehir. She gave me a VIP style tour around the spa before we settled in to the facial room. I was so relaxed I think actually dozed off. Her touch was soft yet skilled as she went through several steps to achieve my skin goals. I had her thread my eyebrows as well with beautiful results. My skin looks and feels divine now. I cat wait to go back and already booked my 2nd appointment.

My hair was ruined before I went to Isi. I also had a pretty big fear of getting my hair dyed because of a previous, horrible, experience at another salon. I went to Isi so he could fix my hair. Not only did he make the color beautiful, but made my hair healthy again. He knows what hes doing and he wont damage your hair in the process. He will make you 100% comfortable with what he is doing. Had hair extensions put in from the owner Isi and he destroyed my hair. Within a week of having it done my hair extensions started coming out and now 2 months later Im having them taken out and the way he put them in has been causong my hair to literally fall out dont go here he is not what he makes him self cracked up to be you will leave crying.. Because I did!!

After I landed in Colorado Springs my back was killing me from the flight. I googled salon and spa in Colorado and noticed envisions international.Thank god for google and envisions simply exquisite.

Asked for a purple streak in my hair and they tried to dye it, it came out near black, so they bleached it and tries to dye it again and it came out blue.

I had an appointment at 10 am on Saturday, but everything was closed antd their number wasnt working.
