Me and my wife had both went there and they charged us way more than what the board had said with the prices. He was very rough with our hands myFingers have bleed for days I have small slices around the tips of my fingers where was rough with them. And he was just very rude!! He even asked me if I didn’t want my nails done that he would give me the money back and I was like I wanted my nails done or why would I even came in my wife had to get a bit of an attitude with him for him to even want to do my nails!! Just not a very good place to go, the lady that was there was really sweet kept asking if everything was okay!! But my experience was horrible and I will never ever go back!!!

Just got my nails done for the first time here. I got them done by Amy. She did absolutely amazing. The color I got is a blue and it glows in the dark. Amy was so friendly and so sweet I will definitely be coming back. Thank you again for doing my nails and my friends we love them so much. Cant wait to see you again!

I walked in to get a fill on my manicure. The man asked me what I get. I explained I like them the same shape they are now just shorter and one solid color soft pink like I always get. He continues to ask me where I went prior to coming in, how long it has been since I got my nails done. He continues to make me feel very uncomfortable and frustrated and talks another language in front of me to other technicians in the room. He shows my hand to both technicians working which was super weird. It was a very uncomfortable situation. I will NEVER return. All I wanted was a fill.... did I have to get interrogated? What I ask for is very basic.

BUYER BEWARE. My sister and I went to this nail spa to get manicures and pedicures. My 3 year old niece was with us also(she was just getting her nails pained). When we arrived there was some language barriers between us and the staff. Luckily one of the staff members spoke English perfectly well and translated. I asked for a gel manicure which they said would be $35, this is more the I usually spend but I’m on vacation and a pedicure which would be $25. I thought perfect I’ll do both! The manicure consisted of very little effort by the lady doing my nails. The pedicure was even worse. She soaked my feet, did not clip my nails, barely filed them(they are not even). She scrubbed them with a bush and soap. Did not do any callus removal. She applied lotion to my legs but not my feet. The pedicure was completed the in not even 20 mins. She then handed me a slip that said $80. I told her that I was told it would be a total of $60. They argued that they did not tell me $60 (my sister was there and heard the same as me). When I asked why they did not have the prices posted they stated they just remolded and did not put the signs up yet. I believe they don’t have prices listed so they can scam customers after the services are preformed. One of the most disturbing things my sister and I noticed was out of the 7 customers in the nail salon the only people the staff requested payment from before the services were rendered were the three Spanish ladies and the one African American woman. My sister, myself and the other Caucasian customers paid after.My niece had her nails painted by a boy that was 15 years old (I do not believe he was licensed, my sister was told he was an apprentice) he also did my sisters manicure. He nipped my sisters cuticles 4 time which caused bleeding. When I asked why they did not have the prices posted they stated they just remolded. So so happy with my nails they are the best in town!! Very very gentle kind made our night I will definitely be back!! Will be bringing my family & my girlfriends here! We will never go anywhere els I am just that happy 🙂🙂 I have been geting my nails done for over 8+ years and I finally found my forever place

First time coming to this salon. The man who did my nails asked if I went to an American salon and then drilled my old acrylic off painfully. He even drilled through my entire nail on my pinky and I had an open spot. The acrylic he applied doesnt even cover my entire nail on several fingers. He kept burning my fingers with the tools despite me continuing to tell him he was hurting me. I wish he would have finished putting on the acrylic. I can only assume it was because I didnt tip prior to the service when I had to pay before he would start. I tip based on how good of a job is done not prior. I will never be back to this salon. Reading reviews I see this has happened to others. When you press so hard on the drill that you cause it to stop repeatedly and drill through to the nail bed that is not ok. I paid 60.00 to be hurt repeatedly while others were treated much better by the females working there. To be hurt purposefully because I didnt tip ahead of time is disturbing.

Not great service I made an appointment got there on time and was in the chair without my nails even being prepped for an hour. The cash machine ran out of money and this wouldnt have been an issue if it wasnt a regular event, as soon as it ran out they immediately said go to the bar Im 16 what do I look like in a bar? My nails all have been broken and its only been a week. I asked for a design for my nails and was told to come in the next day to get the design. Meanwhile once again I set an appointment. The people are set although the pricing is outrageous, the man doesnt seem trained while doing my nails I was asked several times if he was doing his job right. Wouldnt recommend not even in an emergency youll be wanting your money back before you hit the door to leave.

I wanted to wait a week before I wrote my review. I came in a week ago for a rebase. It was my first time at this salon. It was busy but the owner said she could still do my nails for me. She was super friendly. However she started to do something completely different than what I came in for. She used her nail drill to drill off my acrylic nails down to my real nail. Applied a powdered color to my nails. They did come out pretty. It wasnt what I initially asked for..I thought I was picking out a shellac nail color but the owner insisted on the powdered color product. Figured Id try it plus she had already started. My nails looked nice. My nails were sore the next day which sometimes happens but here we are a week later and my nails are still hurting. To touch anything even water. They are sooo sensitive. She drilled my real nails way too thin when she was removing my acrylic nails. I went into another salon to get their opinion and they said the same thing. So Im disappointed and now worried about how to take them off and when I should even try. You cant even correct that. They basically have to grow out.

Came in for a mani-pedi today. This place exceeds my expectations. Very friendly family owned. They did my nails just amazing. They are open late even. They take their time and make sure its done to perfection. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you again!

Very poor and bad customer service. They are not taking customers nicely. And price which is there they are asking for extra. Not even good job! I would like to report this place.And they were absolutely not busy,not even 1 customer was when I been there! Very poor and not nice workers. Never seen this kinda services in nails! Just close your salon if you can’t take any clients!

They have great selection of nail gel and the service is decent. You can talk to the staff well but the process of nails is a bit rushed but the amount of time it takes to get done is longer that some, if that makes sense. Service was genuine and kind

I have gotten my nails done at different places, but this place is by far my favorite. The quality and precision of details were beyond my expectations. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone who wants a job well done. The salon owner is sweet and very honest. She will tell you what looks good and what doesn’t if you ask for her opinion. The second two pictures are what he gave me. He also charged me an extra $10 for the special design and my feet are not as smooth as they should be. Not impressed.

I paid for my girlfriend to get her nails done and a pedicure and she says her nails still hurt a week later and that her cuticles were cut and bleeding. They filed her nails so thin and the product burned her. They charged her 65 for a 20 min pedicure but they said it would be 50 then said good for your skin and tricked her into a 15 upcharge and didnt even get rid of her calluses and painted the gel sloppy and got it all over her skin and the lady was really rough with her and made her cuticles bleed and cut her nails wayyy too short when she said no. She went to a different salon and had them take the nails off and the nail tech said it was cheap knock off product and MMA based which is illegal and really damaging to nails. She said you could tell it was MMA because it was really hard to get off and was sticky she said normal product would scrape off without a problem. My girlfriend said she seen a man rinsing the mop he used on the foor in the sink where everyone washes their hands and then didnt clean the sink out after disgusting. She said she was really uncomfortable and felt like they were judging and talking about her in their language because her lady did even speak english. Huge waste of money i wouldnt recommend going here.

I got a full set and pedicure. The owners are very friendly and personable. I was happy until I took a closer look at my nails. The gel doesnt cover my whole nail and its been 2 days and it looks like I have had them on over a week. He told me this one is supposed to last longer but Im not so sure.

Owner is very unprofessional! she requires everybody to pay cash so she doesn’t have to report her earnings to IRS. She answers the phone by saying “HELLO instead of the business name. She is the only person working. She cannot seem to keep employees to help her run the business.She’s a one-man show never has time for her customers. She has very poor service and always late. Can be rude to her customers when she’s busy she doesn’t pick up the phone. Why would anybody want to support a business that doesn’t want to pay their fair share of taxes. I will make sure that everybody in town knows about her and her business.

I loved this place!! Never been able to find a nail salon that I liked enough to come back to it. But Ill def be coming back to this place. They have such a wide and awesome variety/selection of colors, and I actually felt so welcome (which isnt common at all), they were so friendly and kind. Amy and Tim stayed late just to let my friend and I get in really quickly, they were amazing. Easy 10 out of 10 stars. Got my eyebrows done, too. Def coming back here for all of my nail and eyebrow needs.

My daughter and I went in they only accept cash however failed to tell us until after they started our nails. I reluctantly had to leave my daughter there to go get cash which me both of us very uncomfortable. I got a dip manicure and they were very stingy with the dip power not even dipping my finger in the power and even forgot to put a top coat on my daughters nails. Will not be returning.

I made an appointment at 8 didn’t get my nails started until 9 someone else came in at 8:30 and the lady did her nails first. I got charged 60$ for dip powder to be applied like regular acrylic and It doesn’t come out the same and I didn’t get any gel polish. Some of my nails were messed up so I called her back the next day and told her I don’t like it, it needs to be fixed she said you can’t leave and say you don’t like your nails. I’m not coming back here!!!

DO NOT GO HERE. I am still growing my nails out from the horrible gel experience I had here last month. I went in for a manicure and needed gel I had on from a previous manicure removed. My nail tech barely spoke to me, set down a bowl of acetone and pointed before he walked away on his phone. That didn’t bother me so much, I understand sometimes you have to take a phone call, things come up, etc. He didn’t come back for 20 minutes, meanwhile I was still soaking my nails. I wasn’t sure whether to take them out and felt like they were soaking too long. He came back to begin removing the old gel (which was pretty soft at this point) and he used an electric nail file to grind the nail polish off, which ground off about a millimeter of my nail beds in the process. I started to feel pain/heat from the nail filer and asked him to stop. I asked “Is it normal for it to burn this much? It really hurts.” And he assured me pain was normal. I powered through because at this point my nails looked insane, so I wanted to go through with the manicure even though I was close to tears. My color at the end was gorgeous, even though the edges were uneven and he piled on the gel so high that I had a really funny, thick looking nail when he was done. I just wanted to leave so I ran out of there when it was over. The other thing I didn’t like was I had to pay cash up front before he would get started and I included the tip. I wouldn’t have tipped him 25% up front if I had known better.

I went with my mom and sister for a girls day. We loved it. We three got full sets and pedicures. The staff was awesome. Love my nails. They were very friendly and professional. We will definetly be back soon.

The nail quality is really great. These are my nails two weeks out. No chips or anything. First time coming here. I like my nails a certain way and the nail technician made me feel like I was being overly picky. Something to note - they are cash only. Thankfully I had cash on me because they started doing my nails before telling me this.The person I went with was very unhappy. The nail tech cut her long natural nails right as she sat down. She can leave her own review but it may be a good idea to check in with your customer before cutting length.

This was the absolute best nail salon i have been to!! The staff is genuine and caring... They did an amazing job on my fingers and toes and i will never go to another salon again! I very HIGHLY recommend this salon for anyone who wants to be treated by great people and walk away completely stoked with that you paid for!!!

Turned away because i get off at 7 and they close at 8, this wouldve been my 4th full set and I love her work but her husband rudely told me sorry theyll call when theyre available... he asked if I could come in the next day I told them yes but it would be the same time and they again said sorry well call you if we get a cancelation. So basically I cant get my nails done because I have a job and they wont accommodate someone that gets off late..... but they were sorry tho so I guess that makes up for it..... very disappointing and unfortunate because she does great work 😔

Our daughter and I were fortunate to discover this place and these very talented, sweet fun and engaging small business owners. They did an incredible job with some beautiful acrylic tips and engaging conversation. Great business and love that they are open on Sundays.
